Abstract
一种计算机层析X射线摄影机。为实现其较短的结构并使之具有关于台架开口(4)的直径的高灵活性,其中台架(1)处在一个框架(9)内,该框架具有用于引导台架(1)的滚柱轴承(7、8),这些滚柱轴承在轨道(6)上运转,该轨道包绕滚筒形台架的外圆周。
Description
本发明涉及一种计算机层析X射线摄影机。
在已公开的计算机层析X射线摄影机中,其具有一个转向台、一个所谓的台架,在台架上可旋转地设置有一个X射线源和一个射线探测器。X射线呈扇形辐射,因此,在由X射线源和射线探测器组成的测量单元旋转时可从不同的方向透射被检查物体的一个层面。计算机根据探测器输出信号计算出被检测物体的图像,并在一监视器上重新显示出。
还公开了,为使台架旋转,设有一个滚珠轴承套圈,该轴承套圈从外侧包围台架,而台架可在该轴承套圈内旋转。其中,会引起摆动,从而导致产生所不希望的噪声。此外,所公开的计算机层析x射线摄影机始终为单元形式的构造,即一种类型的支承单元不能用于其它类型。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种层析X射线摄影机,与现有技术相比,使台架的支承更简单,尤其使在一个框架内安装不同规格的台架成为可能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即采用一种计算机层析X射线摄影机,它具有一个环形的台架,在该台架上固定着一个X射线源,该台架具有一个中心圆形开口,台架为绕***轴旋转而支承在一个框架内,该框架具有供径向和轴向引导台架的滚柱,它们在轨道上运转,该轨道在台架外圆周上包绕台架。
在本发明中,设有一个位置固定的框架,它具有至少三个滚柱轴承,这些滚柱轴承引导台架沿径向和轴向方向在固定在台架上的环形轨道上运行。这使得能够在一个框架内安置具有不同测量开口直径的台架,即对不同类型采用一个框架。
下面参照附图所示实施例对本发明作进一步说明,附图中:
图1为本发明计算机层析X射线摄影装置的正视图;
图2为图1所示装置沿图1中I-I线的剖示图。
图中示出一个环形台架1,在该台架上固定着一个X射线源2和一个射线探测器3。射线探测器3由一列探测元件组成,其输出信号输入一计算机中用以计算被检测物的图像。台架1具有一个中心开口4,被检测物置于其中。通过台架1绕***轴5旋转,被检测物可被由X射线源2发出的,扇形辐射的X射线束以不同方向透射。
重要的是,台架1在其外侧上设有两条轨道6,滚柱7和8在其上运行。其中,滚柱7沿径向引导台架1,而滚柱8沿轴向引导。滚柱7、8可旋转地支承在一个框架9(图1中未示出)上,该框架9包绕带有轨道6的台架1。框架9借助支架被支撑在检测室的地面上。
为降低噪音,轨道6不直接与台架1相连,而是由一橡胶层11作中间连接。在台架1的外圆周上设有滑环12,其上安有滑刷13,它们用来将高压电输送给X射线源2。通过这种设计,能在计算机层析x射线摄影机结构较短的情况下达到台架1的持续运转。
通过本发明,创造了一种具有沿Z轴方向(***轴5方向)均衡重心的刚性滚筒结构的技术解决方案。在圆筒式台架的圆周上的轨道6和滑环12实现了一种狭窄的结构类型。为支撑台架1可采用标准滚柱轴承。在此存在一种关于台架开口直径的高灵活性。
Claims (6)
1.一种计算机层析X射线摄影机,它具有一个环形的台架(1),在该台架上固定着一个X射线源(2),该台架具有一个中心圆形开口(4),台架为绕***轴旋转而支承在一个框架(4)内,该框架具有供径向和轴向引导台架91)的滚柱(7、8),它们在轨道(6)上运转,该轨道在台架外圆周上包绕台架。
2.如权利要求1所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,供径向引导台架的滚柱(7)和供轴向引导台架的滚柱(8)以其轴相对成90°错开,它们贴靠在轨道(6)的外表面,即一侧表面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,在台架(1)的外圆周上设有两个环形轨道(6),其中供轴向引导的滚柱(8)位于轨道(6)之间。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,轨道(6)通过一个橡胶层(11)与台架(1)相连。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,滚筒形的台架(1)在其圆周上具有一个用来将高压电输送到X射线源(2)的圆形滑环(12)。
6.如权利要求5所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,滑环(12)位于轨道(6)之间。
