养猪业是我国畜牧业的支柱产业,随着经济技术的发展,养猪业在逐渐向规模化、标准化方向发展,在养殖的过程中,母猪的繁殖能力是影响养殖经济效益的关键点。
目前,在各养殖厂内,断奶母猪身体恢复慢,母猪卵泡发育不完全,发情率低,***率低,导致母猪空怀期长,且产仔数量低。

针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供功能性母猪配合饲料及其制备方法,目的是为了解决背景技术中提出的问题,功能性母猪配合饲料包括玉米60-70份、豆粕20-25份、小麦次粉5-10份、膨化大豆粉5-10份、鱼粉2-3份、甜菜粕3-5份、糙米15-20份、大豆油2-3份、甘蔗糖蜜1.5-2份、氯化钠0.3-0.5份、石粉1-1.5份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、赖氨酸0.3-0.5份、精氨酸0.3-0.5份、苏氨酸0.2-0.3份、植物活性成分0.15-0.25份、混合微量元素0.1-0.2份、维生素预混料0.1-0.2份。
进一步的,混合微量元素包括硫酸铜10~30ppm、硫酸亚铁50~100ppm、甘氨酸亚铁90~110ppm、硫酸锰35~55ppm、硫酸锌30~50ppm、甘氨酸锌40~60ppm、***钠0.1~0.3ppm、酵母硒0.1~0.3ppm、碘酸钙0.4~0.6ppm。

进一步的,功能性母猪配合饲料通过以下步骤制备;
S1.对粒状原料和粉状原料分别进行除杂;粒状原料为玉米、豆粕、甜菜粕、糙米,粉状原料为小麦次粉、膨化大豆粉、鱼粉、氯化钠、石粉、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、植物活性成分;
S2.粒状原料通过破碎机破碎为粉状原料,与S1中的粉状原料共同送入预混罐进行预定比例配比的初步混合;
S3. 预混罐中的预混物粉料通过管道吹入混合装置中,使用混合装置将配比后的预混物粉料进行充分均匀的混合,过程中加入甘蔗糖蜜、混和微量元素和维生素预混料,制得功能性饲料粉体;
S4.使用包装机进行成品包装。
进一步的,所述步骤S1包括S11.筛选除杂,利用筛机筛除大于及小于饲料的泥沙、秸秆等大杂质和小杂质;S12.磁选除杂,采用饲料除杂永磁筒、粉体饲料去铁设备分除各种磁性杂质。
进一步的,所述步骤S4包括S41.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入粉料成品仓储存,再由粉料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性饲料粉体;S42.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入待制粒仓储存,再由制粒机进行制粒,制粒过程中加入大豆油成分,制成功能性饲料颗粒,随后运往粒料成品仓,再由粒料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性母猪配合饲料。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
设计母猪体内激素检测实验;选取100头刚结束哺乳期的二元母猪。按照体重、胎次和背膘随机分为4个处理组,实施例1、2、3的每个处理组的25头母猪与对照组的25头母猪针对发情期及奸娠早期饲喂的结果进行对照。在实施例1-3中的配合饲料中额外添加0.1%丁酸钠、0.05%辛酸、0.1%月桂酸。
0.1%丁酸钠可促进猪的肠道细胞分化增殖,改善小肠形态、促进小肠消化吸收功能,保护结肠黏膜上皮细胞,维持肠道微生态平衡,有效提高动物生长性能。
酸化剂在畜禽生产中的主要作用是提高饲料蛋白质的利用率和改善肠道微生物菌群。0.05%的辛酸通过降低胃肠道pH,促进蛋白质变性、激活胃蛋白酶原提高动物对蛋白质的消化利用;辛酸作为有机酸分子,通过进入微生物机体破坏细菌细胞的合成和繁殖,从而对胃肠道病原菌到抑菌和杀菌作用。
0.1%月桂酸具有抗毒增免、阻断囊膜病毒、健康肠道、修复和发育肠道、过奶的作用。母猪使用,减少仔猪小猪腹泻。
对照组
使用市面上能够购买到的质量优质的母猪产前饲料,本对照组使用赤乐川繁殖母牛怀孕饲料。
实施例1

维生素A为11500IU,维生素D3为2500IU,维生素E为350IU,维生素K3为4ppm,维生素B1为2ppm,维生素B2为6ppm,维生素B6为5ppm,维生素B为0.17ppm,维生素C为100ppm,泛酸钙为25ppm,烟酰胺为20ppm,叶酸为2ppm,生物素为1ppm。
功能性母猪配合饲料制备方法。
S1.对粒状原料和粉状原料分别进行除杂;
饲料原料包括玉米、豆粕、甜菜粕、糙米这些粒状原料和小麦次粉、膨化大豆粉、鱼粉、氯化钠、石粉、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、植物活性成分这些粉状原料,在对牧业饲料生产工艺中需要对饲料原料进行除杂、粉碎加工,从而方便后续进行生产加工。
粉碎后的粒状原料、小麦次粉、膨化大豆粉、鱼粉、氯化钠、石粉、磷酸氢钙这些粉状饲料原料中常夹杂着一些沙土、皮屑、秸秆或砂石杂物,如果不进行清理会对设备或畜类造成伤害。
S11.筛选除杂,利用筛机筛除大于及小于饲料的泥沙、秸秆等大杂质和小杂质。
S12.磁选除杂,采用饲料除杂永磁筒、粉体饲料去铁设备的除铁率达到99%,用以分除各种磁性杂质。
S2.粒状原料通过破碎机破碎为粉状原料,与S1中的粉状原料共同送入预混罐进行预定比例配比的初步混合。
S3. 预混罐中的预混物粉料通过管道吹入混合装置中,使用混合装置将配比后的预混物粉料进行充分均匀的混合,过程中加入甘蔗糖蜜、混和微量元素和维生素预混料,制得功能性饲料粉体;
S4.使用包装机进行成品包装。
S41.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入粉料成品仓储存,再由粉料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性饲料粉体;
S42.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入待制粒仓储存,再由制粒机进行制粒,制粒过程中加入大豆油成分,制粒机制成功能性饲料颗粒,随后运往粒料成品仓,再由粒料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性母猪配合饲料。
硫酸铜用于控制猪的肠道疾病。当母猪出现腹泻、食欲下降等症状时,可以使用硫酸铜进行治疗,用于治疗母猪肠道细菌性疾病的每日应用药量通常不超过100mg/头/日。本发明中硫酸铜10~30ppm的剂量主要用于控制母猪肠道菌群。
母猪在整个妊娠期,为保障胚胎的造血机能发育,会动用母猪机体内铁的原始贮备,这些还不能完全满足胚胎需要,且可能造成产前母猪发生缺铁性贫血。母猪在临产前与泌乳期对铁的需要量较大。甘氨酸铁和硫酸亚铁用于对临产母猪补充铁元素。因母猪对硫酸亚铁的吸收利用率很低,仅有3%~15%,本发明适当增加了硫酸亚铁含量,在母猪妊娠期间能够更好的补充铁元素,为母猪体内胚胎提供足够的造血。
通过饲喂微量硫酸锰,锰元素作为一种辅酶因子,能够影响到动物机体从胆固醇合成雄性激素的代谢反应,雄性激素增加骨骼肌肉和的浓度,从而刺激了营养分配的改变,进而增加了肌肉组织瘦肉的沉积,而非脂肪组织的沉积,此功效能够解决在增加了母猪碳水与糖分摄取后体脂增加导致死胎数量增多的问题。
维生素预混料包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、泛酸钙、烟酰胺、叶酸和生物素。为了给猪补充体内所需的各种维生素,在饲料中添加多种维生素,还有多种矿物质、微量元素等,可以满足猪所需的各种营养成分。
300-400IU的维生素E与0.1~0.3ppm***钠、0.1~0.3ppm酵母硒中的硒结合,防止不饱和脂肪酸被氧化成过氧化脂质,保护细胞膜,与生长、发育,延迟衰老有密切关系。可促进毛细血管增生,改善微循环。防止动脉硬化,抑制血栓形成;维生素E还为维持骨骼肌、平滑肌、心肝的结构和功能所必需,缺乏维生素E可引起贫血,肌肉营养不良。同时维生素预混料中的维生素E也叫生育酚,具有极高的生物活性,可以促进母猪分泌性激素,促进母猪繁殖***发育,进一步的促进母猪发情和***。
依据以上实验数据分析得出,当采用实施例3的配料配比时,繁殖母猪的发情率总体有了显著的提升;相比于对照组,实施例1-3在相同数量下配种成功的头数均有所增加,且每窝产仔数相比对照组平均增加了1.4头。由于本发明营养搭配的影响,出生猪崽的平均存活数也得到了保证,大幅降低了死胎数量,但相应的木乃伊胎数有略微增加,分析得出由于母猪怀胎数的增加,怀胎中会有一定概率导致母猪腹中胚胎在发育成型过程中受到物理因素影响导致血液***与肌肉***无法生长发育完全。而在每窝产仔数增加的前提下,此木乃伊胎的发生概率对总体的产仔质量影响微乎其微。
通过在妊娠母猪日粮中甜菜粕,减少了由于妊娠限饲所引发的规癖行为,同时粗纤维还有提高母猪繁殖性能的功能,与其他粗饲料相比,甜菜渣纤维的填充性比粗饲料的中性洗涤纤维低,长度小,可消化纤维含量高;妊娠期甜菜粕、糙米、豆粕这些高纤维日粮的含量适当增加可以提高母猪产活仔数。其中甜菜碱作为一种甲基供体,与蛋氨酸和胆碱有代谢关系和相互替代作用,对母猪产仔有积极的影响。
本发明功能性母猪配合饲料营养浓度高,***补饲,能够快速的恢复断奶母猪的身体,促进母猪的性激素分泌,促进母猪的卵泡发育和***,提高母猪的发情率,提高产仔数量;同时能够预防母猪的骨质疏松,提高母猪免疫力,降低母猪的患病率,从而提高了养殖厂的经济效益,能够大大的促进养猪业的发展。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.功能性母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,包括玉米60-70份、豆粕20-25份、小麦次粉5-10份、膨化大豆粉5-10份、鱼粉2-3份、甜菜粕3-5份、糙米15-20份、大豆油2-3份、甘蔗糖蜜1.5-2份、氯化钠0.3-0.5份、石粉1-1.5份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、赖氨酸0.3-0.5份、精氨酸0.3-0.5份、苏氨酸0.2-0.3份、植物活性成分0.15-0.25份、混合微量元素0.1-0.2份、维生素预混料0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述混合微量元素包括硫酸铜10~30ppm、硫酸亚铁50~100ppm、甘氨酸亚铁90~110ppm、硫酸锰35~55ppm、硫酸锌30~50ppm、甘氨酸锌40~60ppm、***钠0.1~0.3ppm、酵母硒0.1~0.3ppm、碘酸钙0.4~0.6ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能性母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素预混料包括维生素A为11000-12000IU,维生素D3为2000-3000IU,维生素E为300-400IU,维生素K3为3-5ppm,维生素B1为1-3ppm,维生素B2为5-7ppm,维生素B6为4-6ppm,维生素B为0.125-0.2ppm,维生素C为50-150ppm,泛酸钙为20-30ppm,烟酰胺为10-30ppm,叶酸为1-3ppm,生物素为0.5-1.5ppm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能性母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述混合微量元素还包括0.1%丁酸钠、0.05%辛酸、0.1%月桂酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能性母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,通过以下步骤制备;
S1.对粒状原料和粉状原料分别进行除杂;粒状原料为玉米、豆粕、甜菜粕、糙米,粉状原料为小麦次粉、膨化大豆粉、鱼粉、氯化钠、石粉、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、植物活性成分;
S2.粒状原料通过破碎机破碎为粉状原料,与S1中的粉状原料共同送入预混罐进行预定比例配比的初步混合;
S3. 预混罐中的预混物粉料通过管道吹入混合装置中,使用混合装置将配比后的预混物粉料进行充分均匀的混合,过程中加入甘蔗糖蜜、混和微量元素和维生素预混料,制得功能性饲料粉体;
S4.使用包装机进行成品包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的功能性母猪配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括S11.筛选除杂,利用筛机筛除大于及小于饲料的泥沙、秸秆等大杂质和小杂质;S12.磁选除杂,采用饲料除杂永磁筒、粉体饲料去铁设备分除各种磁性杂质。
7.根据权利要求5所述的功能性母猪配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4包括S41.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入粉料成品仓储存,再由粉料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性饲料粉体;S42.一部分功能性饲料粉体进入待制粒仓储存,再由制粒机进行制粒,制粒过程中加入大豆油成分,制成功能性饲料颗粒,随后运往粒料成品仓,再由粒料成品仓运送至包装机,包装制成功能性母猪配合饲料。
