技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动汽车用冷却液组合物。
背景技术
电动汽车的动力单元(主要为电池、电机等)或先进驾驶支援***等为了维持性能及防止热失控而需要温度管理,探讨有几种冷却方式。其中,水冷式的热交换效率高,有容易进行温度管理的优点。以往内燃机用的冷却液,为了防止金属的腐蚀而添加有离子性的防腐蚀剂,因此电导率高,事故或故障时,有动力单元的电流和冷却液发生短路而起火之虞。此外,直接对电池进行冷却时需要高绝缘性及防锈性。
此外,如专利文献1中所述,已知为了使电动汽车上搭载的电池的热量放热,采用含有特定的可捕获离子的多孔质微粒子的冷却液。

本发明的课题在于,获得一种电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其作为电动汽车用冷却液组合物,为了对动力单元及其他需要进行温度管理的机器或使冷却液循环的回路内进行冷却,尤其除绝缘性外,还具备防锈效果。
为了解决上述课题,本发明采用以下电动汽车用冷却液组合物。
1.一种电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,含有下述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物,
R1及R2互相相同或不同,选自C1~C20的烷基、氨基及C1~C20的烷基氨基中包含的基中,
X1及X2及X3及X4互相相同或不同,选自羟基、烷氧基及烷基中包含的基中,
n为1以上500以下。
2.根据1所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,作为防锈剂,含有选自无机酸、有机酸、***类、噻唑类及胺类中的1种以上。
3.根据1或2所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,基剂含有选自水、二元醇类、醇类及二元醇醚类中的1种以上。
4.根据1~3中任一项所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,电导率为500μS/cm以下。
根据本发明,可提供一种电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其作为电动汽车用冷却液组合物,于使用前后,绝缘性及防锈性均优异。
具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明进行具体陈述。
本发明作为电动汽车用冷却液组合物为含有特定的硅氧烷化合物的组合物。
且,本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,于使用前,pH优选为5.0以上,更优选为5.5以上,进一步优选为6.0以上。此外,pH优选为12.0以下,更优选为11.0以下,进一步优选为10.5以下。
且,本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,使用前的电导率优选为500.0μS/cm以下,更优选为300.0μS/cm以下,进一步优选为100.0μS/cm以下,更优选为50.0μS/cm以下。或者可为10.0μS/cm以上,也可为20.0μS/cm以上。
进一步,根据日本工业标准JIS K2234,作为金属试验片将钢(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)、铝铸件(50×25×3mm,Φ6.5mm)、铜(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)、黄铜(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)浸渍于本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物750ml中,以加热至88℃的状态,经过336小时。其后,作为本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物的电导率,优选为500.0μS/cm以下,更优选为300.0μS/cm以下,进一步优选为100.0μS/cm以下,更优选为50.0μS/cm以下。或者可为10.0μS/cm以上,也可为20.0μS/cm以上。
或者,作为金属试验片将钢、铝铸件、铜、黄铜浸渍于电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,以加热至88℃的状态经过336小时后,就各金属试验片的质量变化而言,钢优选为±0.10mg/cm2以下,铝铸件优选为±0.15mg/cm2以下,铜优选为±0.10mg/cm2以下,黄铜优选为±0.10mg/cm2以下。
(特定的硅氧烷化合物)
本发明中的特定的硅氧烷化合物为下述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物。且这些化合物具有低电导率性。

本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,作为上述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物,优选R1及R2中的至少1方为C1~C20的烷基,更优选至少1方为C1~C10的烷基,更优选至少1方为C1~C5的烷基。
此外,优选R1及R2中的至少1方为-NH2基,或者至少一方为C1~C20的烷基氨基。
优选R1及R2中的至少1方为-NH2基,更优选R1及R2均为-NH2基,更优选R1及R2中的至少1方为-NH2基,同时另一方为甲基。
另外,在不损害基于本发明的效果的范围内,R1及R2互相相同或不同,可含也可不含选自甲基及氢原子中的基团。
本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,不含其他与防腐蚀相关联的添加剂时,上述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物的含量,合计相对于电动汽车用冷却液组合物整体,优选为0.10重量%以上,更优选为0.15重量%以上。此外,优选为5.00重量%以下,更优选为3.00重量%以下,进一步优选为1.00重量%以下,最优选为0.50重量%以下,极其优选为0.40重量%以下。
此外,本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,含有如下述所示的防腐蚀剂时,上述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物的含量,合计相对于电动汽车用冷却液组合物整体,优选为0.03重量%以上,更优选为0.05重量%以上,进一步优选为0.07重量%以上。此外,优选为2.00重量%以下,更优选为0.50重量%以下,进一步优选为0.10重量%以下。
(基剂)
本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物所含的基剂,为低电导率,希望为具有抗冻性的基剂。具体而言,优选为含有离子交换水、纯水、水、二元醇类、醇类及二元醇醚类中的2种以上的混合物的基剂。
(基剂中所含的二元醇类)
作为上述二元醇类,可列举乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、己二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、甘油等中的1种以上,其中特别优选乙二醇或丙二醇。
(基剂中所含的醇类)
作为上述醇类,例如可列举选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、庚醇、辛醇中的1种以上。
(基剂中所含的二元醇醚类)
作为上述二元醇醚类,例如可列举选自乙二醇单甲基醚、二乙二醇单甲基醚、三乙二醇单甲基醚、四乙二醇单甲基醚、乙二醇单乙基醚、二乙二醇单乙基醚、三乙二醇单乙基醚、四乙二醇单乙基醚、乙二醇单丁基醚、二乙二醇单丁基醚、三乙二醇单丁基醚、四乙二醇单丁基醚中的1种以上。
除水以外的上述基剂中,乙二醇及/或丙二醇,从操作性、价格、入手容易性的方面出发而优选。
(防腐蚀剂)
在不损害基于本发明的效果的范围内可添加防腐蚀剂。
或者,本发明的组合物中,为了有效抑制电动汽车的动力单元中使用的金属的腐蚀,在不影响电导率的范围内可含有至少1种以上的防腐蚀剂。含有这些防腐蚀剂时,作为该电动汽车用冷却液组合物中的这些防腐蚀剂的合计含量,为1.50重量%以下,更优选为1.00重量%以下,进一步优选为0.80重量%以下。
此外,含有这些防腐蚀剂时,作为本发明中的通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物与其他防腐蚀剂的合计含量,优选为0.05重量%以上,更优选为0.10重量%以上。且,优选为0.20重量%以下,更优选为0.15重量%以下。
进一步,作为可与本发明中的通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物并用的下述防腐蚀剂,尤其可选择选自***类、磷酸类、脂肪族羧酸及或其盐及胺类中的1种以上,从通过更少量的防锈剂可发挥效果的观点出发而优选。
作为防腐蚀剂,可列举磷酸及或其盐、脂肪族羧酸及或其盐、芳香族羧酸及或其盐、***类、噻唑类、硅酸盐、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、硼酸盐、钨酸盐、钼酸盐及胺盐中的任1种或2种以上的混合物,含硫的醇类及含硫的酚类及胺类。
作为磷酸及或其盐,可列举正磷酸、焦磷酸、六偏磷酸、三聚磷酸等,及它们的碱金属盐,优选为钠盐及钾盐。
作为脂肪族羧酸及或其盐,可列举2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、2-乙基己酸、己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷酸、十二烷二酸、其他二羧酸等,及它们的碱金属盐,优选为钠盐及钾盐。
作为芳香族羧酸及或其盐,可列举苯甲酸、甲苯酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、对甲氧基苯甲酸、桂皮酸等,及它们的碱金属盐,优选为钠盐及钾盐。
作为***类,可列举甲基苯并***、苯并***、4-苯基-1,2,3-***。
作为噻唑类,可列举巯基苯并噻唑及其碱金属盐,优选为钠盐及钾盐。
作为硅酸盐,可列举偏硅酸的钠盐及钾盐,以及称作水玻璃的以Na2O/XSiO2(X为0.5~3.3)来表示的硅酸钠盐的水溶液,作为硝酸盐,可列举硝酸钠或硝酸钾,作为亚硝酸盐,可列举亚硝酸钠或亚硝酸钾。作为硼酸盐,可列举四硼酸钠、四硼酸钾。
作为钼酸盐,可列举钼酸钠、钼酸钾、钼酸铵,作为胺盐,可列举单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺。
作为含硫的醇类及含硫的酚类,可列举烷基胺的环氧乙烷加成物、烷基二胺的环氧乙烷加成物、2-(甲基硫代)乙醇、2-(乙基硫代)乙醇、2-(正丙基硫代)乙醇、2-(异丙基硫代)乙醇、2-(正丁基硫代)乙醇、2-(异丁基硫代)乙醇、2-(苯基硫代)乙醇、2,2’-二硫二乙醇、2-(2-氨基乙基硫代)乙醇、3-(乙基硫代)丙醇、4-(甲基硫代)丁醇、3-(甲基硫代)己醇、2-噻吩甲醇、3-噻吩甲醇、2-噻吩乙醇、3-噻吩乙醇、4-(甲基硫代)-6-(羟基甲基)-o-甲酚、甲硫基丙醇、DL-蛋氨醇、L-蛋氨醇、硫代二甘醇、6-羟基-1,3-苯并噁硫醇-2-酮、4-(甲基硫代)苯甲醇、4,4’-硫代二苯酚、3,6-二硫-1,8-辛二醇、3,7-二硫-1,9-壬二醇等。
作为胺类,可列举三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、乙醇胺、三甲基胺、己二胺等。
(染料)
本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中可含也可不含水溶性染料。作为可使用的水溶性染料,优选稳定性优异的染料。
本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,作为调配水溶性染料时的含量,相对于电动汽车用冷却液组合物的基剂100重量%,优选为0.0005~0.2重量%,更优选为0.001~0.1重量%,进一步优选为0.003~0.02重量%。
若低于0.0005重量%,则难以通过目视确认着色,可视性变差。
(消泡剂)
本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中可含有消泡剂。
作为这样的消泡剂,可采用二甲基硅氧烷等硅氧烷类的消泡剂。
这样的消泡剂的含量在电动汽车用冷却液组合物中优选为0.001~1.0重量%,更优选为0.005~0.1重量%。
此外,本发明并不限定于下述实施例,可在权利要求书所记载的范围内自由地变更来实施。
(其他添加剂)
作为其他添加剂,可使用通常的碱性物质,优选使用钠或钾等的碱金属盐的氢氧化物,且可调节其pH。作为pH调节范围,可调节至6.5~9.0,优选调节至7.0~9.0的范围。另外,不含环戊烷。
此外,可含也可不含可捕获离子的多孔质微粒子、非硅酮类表面活性剂、矿物油、二氧化硅。
实施例
实施例与比较例中使用的组成成分及试验结果及效果示于下述表1。
(金属腐蚀性试验方法)
将表1中记载的实施例及比较例的电动汽车用冷却液组合物的金属腐蚀性相关试验前的pH及电导率作为初期的pH及电导率进行测定。
接着,作为金属试验片,分别将钢(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)、铝铸件(50×25×3mm,Φ6.5mm)、铜(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)、黄铜(50×25×1.6mm,Φ6.5mm)(各金属试验片的Φ6.5mm为板上设置的螺丝钉穿孔的直径)浸渍于750ml的电动汽车用冷却液组合物中,于88℃下加热336小时,测定试验后的试验液的pH及电导率。
进一步,通过目视确认有无试验后的金属试验片的外观的变色或腐蚀。此外,求取试验前后的试验片的每单位表面积的质量变化。
表1中示出实施例1~10及比较例1~2的结果。

由上述结果可知,根据依照本发明的各实施例1~7,相对于同样均未含有甲基苯并***、磷酸、三乙醇胺的比较例1,至少相对于铝铸件的耐金属腐蚀性良好。虽然依赖于硅氧烷化合物的调配量,但可维持更加稳定的pH的变化量。
此外,根据依照本发明的各实施例8~10,相对于同样含有甲基苯并***、磷酸、三乙醇胺的比较例2,至少相对于钢或黄铜的耐金属腐蚀性良好,且钢、黄铜及铜的质量变化小。进一步,可维持更加稳定的pH及电导率的变化量。
从这些结果来看,本发明的电动汽车用冷却液组合物即使在使用后也可维持稳定的pH和电导率。进一步明确不会使各种金属腐蚀。
Claims (4)
1.一种电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,含有下述通式1所示的硅氧烷化合物,
R1及R2互相相同或不同,选自C1~C20的烷基、氨基及C1~C20的烷基氨基中包含的基中,
X1及X2及X3及X4互相相同或不同,选自羟基、烷氧基及烷基中包含的基中,
n为1以上500以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,作为防锈剂,含有选自无机酸、有机酸、***类、噻唑类及胺类中的1种以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,,其特征在于,基剂含有选自水、二元醇类、醇类及二元醇醚类中的1种以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的电动汽车用冷却液组合物,其特征在于,电导率为500μS/cm以下。
