The medical device housing has a hard requirement of good scratch resistance and alcohol scrubbing resistance, because medical devices are often sterilized with alcohol. The preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps: mixing the hydroxy acrylic resin, the cosolvent, the wetting agent, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the thickening agent, the mildew preventive, the rheological additive, the color paste, the modified glass powder, the wax powder and the water to obtain the component A. Specifically, the application firstly mixes the filtered hydroxy acrylic resin and the defoamer, and carries out the first dispersion for more than 25 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 r/min-1800 r/min; after dispersing until no shrinkage cavity exists, reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 r/min for second dispersing; and then mixing and stirring the mixture with a cosolvent, a dispersing agent, modified glass powder, wax powder, a wetting agent, a mildew inhibitor, a rheological aid, color paste and a thickening agent to obtain the component A. In one embodiment, filtering the hydroxy acrylic resin into a clean container by a 400-mesh filter screen, adding an antifoaming agent, and adjusting the disperser to 1500-1800 r/min for first dispersion for more than 25min; spraying two drops of wetting agent into a sampling drop to observe whether the appearance of a coating film is shrinkage cavity or not, and adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersing machine to 800-1000 r/min for second dispersion after no shrinkage cavity is confirmed; slowly adding cosolvent, dispersant, modified glass powder and wax powder into the mixture, controlling the rotating speed to be 800-1000 r/min, stirring the mixture for 15 minutes, sequentially adding wetting agent, mildew inhibitor, rheological auxiliary agent, color paste and thickener into the mixture, stirring the mixture for 30 minutes, and filtering the mixture by a 400-mesh filter screen after the mixture is detected to be qualified, thus obtaining the component A. The matte hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent, the glossy hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent, the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and the water scavenger are the same as the above, and are not repeated.
The water-based plastic paint is prepared by mixing the component A and the component B prepared by the method. The application can prepare the component A and the component B firstly, and then mix the component A and the component B to obtain the water-based plastic paint. The application has no sequence for the synthesis sequence of the component A and the component B. The proportion of the component A and the component B in the application is the same as that described above, and the description is omitted.
The application also provides a medical device, which comprises a substrate and the aqueous plastic paint coated on the surface of the substrate or the aqueous plastic paint prepared by the preparation method. In certain embodiments of the application, the substrate is an ABS plastic substrate or a PC plastic substrate, preferably an ABS plastic substrate. The aqueous plastic paint disclosed by the application has excellent adhesive force on an ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) substrate or a PC (polycarbonate) substrate, does not need baking, can reach the optimal state of paint film performance after being dried at room temperature for 2-3 days, is resistant to alcohol scrubbing and does not fade, and is very suitable for the coating production of medical instrument shells of the ABS substrate.
The application provides a water-based plastic paint and a preparation method thereof. The water-based plastic paint provided by the application is a water-based plastic paint with full matte, high scratch resistance and high alcohol rub resistance, the paint film gloss can reach 0 degrees, the scratch resistance is very good, the solvent resistance is good, the solvent rub resistance of the paint film of the colored paint is not fading, and the paint film is very suitable for being applied to medical appliances, in particular to medical appliances of ABS base materials. The preparation method of the water-based full-matte water-based plastic paint with high scratch resistance and high alcohol rub resistance has the advantages of simple operation and continuous production. Tests show that the water-based plastic paint provided by the application has the advantages of 0 degree of gloss, good adhesive force, good scratch resistance, no bright mark and no fading after scratch, and the alcohol scratch resistance times are as high as 188 times, and are obviously better than that of commercial plastic paint.

The application discloses a water-based plastic paint and a preparation method thereof. Example 5
The aqueous full-matt plastic paints prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-2 above were compared to commercial aqueous matt plastic paints (commercial plastic paints from guangzhou kangzheng polymer HS 203). Taking the prepared sample and commercial plastic paint, respectively adding water-based red, yellow and black color paste with the same proportion to prepare the same color, respectively adding curing agents according to the proportion, uniformly stirring and adjusting the mixture to the same viscosity, respectively spraying the mixture on an ABS plastic plate and a PC plastic plate, naturally drying the mixture at room temperature, testing the adhesive force, the gloss and the scratch resistance of a paint film on the plastic on the next day, testing the alcohol scrubbing resistance of the paint film on the third day, dipping a white cloth strip with alcohol for wiping to see whether the color is lost, testing the alcohol scrubbing fading condition after the seventh day, and simultaneously testing the times of alcohol scrubbing resistance, wherein the test results are shown in table 1:

From the comparison result of example 5, it can be seen that: the water-based matte plastic paint prepared by the application has the advantages of 0 degree of gloss, good adhesive force, good scratch resistance, no bright mark, alcohol scrubbing resistance, no fading, low VOC content, and is very suitable for the coating production of medical instrument shells of ABS substrates.

hydroxy acrylic resin: 50-80 parts by weight;
modified glass powder: 3-10 parts by weight;

the component B comprises:
matte hydrophilically modified hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent: 25-45 parts by weight;
light hydrophilically modified hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent: 25-40 parts by weight;
propylene glycol methyl ether acetate: 15-40 parts by weight.
2. The aqueous plastic paint of claim 1, wherein the component a further comprises:
cosolvent: 3 to 6 parts by weight;
wetting agent: 0.1 to 0.5 weight portion;
dispersing agent: 0.1 to 1 part by weight;
defoaming agent: 0.1 to 0.5 weight portion;
and (3) a thickening agent: 0.2 to 0.6 weight portion;
mildew preventive: 0.1 to 0.3 weight portion;
rheology aid: 0.1 to 0.4 weight portion;
color paste: 0 to 35 parts by weight;
and water: 0 to 10 parts by weight;
the component B further comprises: water scavenger: 0.5 to 2 parts by weight.
3. The aqueous plastic paint according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of component a to component B is 100:5 to 10.
4. The aqueous plastic paint according to claim 1, wherein in component a, the modified glass powder is selected from modified glass powders having a mesh number of 4000 to 6000;
the wax powder is selected from wax powder with hardness higher than H.
5. The aqueous plastic paint according to claim 2, wherein, in component A,
the hydroxy acrylic resin is selected from phenylpropenoid hydroxy acrylic resins;
the cosolvent is selected from at least one of alcohol ester cosolvent, alcohol ether cosolvent or alcohol cosolvent;
the wetting agent is selected from siloxane type gemini structure wetting agents;
the dispersant is selected from polymeric dispersants;
the defoaming agent is at least one of organosilicon defoaming agent or polyether siloxane defoaming agent;
the thickener is selected from polyurethane associative thickeners;
the mildew preventive is selected from isothiazolinone in-tank mildew preventive;
the rheological aid is selected from polyurethane association type rheological aids;
the color paste is selected from white color paste;
in the component B, the component B is a mixture,
the matte hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent is selected from coarse particle size matting curing agents;

hydroxy acrylic resin: 50-60 parts by weight; cosolvent: 3 to 4 parts by weight; wetting agent: 0.25 to 0.35 weight portion; dispersing agent: 0.3 to 0.8 weight portion; defoaming agent: 0.25 to 0.35 weight portion; and (3) a thickening agent: 0.35 to 0.45 weight portion; mildew preventive: 0.18 to 0.22 weight portion; rheology aid: 0.2 to 0.3 weight portion; color paste: 25-30 parts by weight; modified glass powder: 5-8 parts by weight; wax powder: 1 to 1.5 parts by weight; and water: 1 to 2 parts by weight;
the component B comprises:
