Description

Water-based high-transparency filler for woodware and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of woodware coatings, in particular to a water-based high-transparency filler for woodware and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous development of the upstream chemical synthesis technology in recent years, the research and application of the water-based wood lacquer also make remarkable progress. However, due to some inherent characteristics of the water-based wood lacquer (such as poor hole-entering property of a wood conduit, easy wood rib expansion, low solid content, difficult over-thickness of single coating and the like), the problems of difficult filling of pinholes, easy collapse after dry film, excessive primer coating times, overlong coating period, excessive primer transparency reduction and the like in the fully-closed coating of the water-based wood lacquer are always difficult to solve. In order to avoid the defects and shortcomings in the coating of the solvent type wood lacquer, the duct of the wood is filled by firstly coating the transparent filler on the porous wood.
The common application method and coating steps of the transparent filler used for assisting the surface coating of the woodware are as follows: wiping water filler (color paste color adjustment), waiting for dry polishing, spraying water clear primer for several times, and spraying water clear finishing paint. In order to ensure the final coating effect, the water-based filler needs to have the following properties: 1. the adhesive force is excellent, and the filler is usually used for a bottom coating layer of coating and is the basis of subsequent coating, so that the adhesive has good adhesive property on a material and a subsequent paint film; 2. the filling power is the primary functionality of the filling agent, and the requirements of reducing 1-2 times of coating of the aqueous clear primer and avoiding or reducing the occurrence of pinholes and sinking after a paint film is dried are met; 3. the wood filling agent has the advantages that the wood filling agent has high transparency, and the excellent transparency is an important requirement in wood varnish coating on the premise of ensuring excellent filling property and adhesive force, and can fully show the texture and color of wood only by having good transparency, so that higher requirements are provided for selection and matching of fillers, resin and coloring materials in a filling agent formula; 4. the method has the advantages of safety, environmental protection and low VOC design concept, and each link of the waterborne wood coating is continuously and deeply implemented.
The existing woodware water-based filler is difficult to simultaneously achieve the above 4 aspects, and especially simultaneously has good adhesive force, filling force and transparency.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water-based high-transparency filler for woodware, which has excellent transparency after good adhesive force and filling force are considered.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an aqueous high-transparency filler for woodware comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
defoaming agent: 0.2 to 0.8 percent;
dispersing agent: 0.5 to 1.6 percent;
inorganic filler: 10% -30%;
organic filler: 20 to 40 percent;
aqueous resin: 10% -30%;
thickening agent: 0.3% -1.2%;
substrate wetting agent: 0.2 to 0.8 percent;
and (3) bactericide: 0.1 to 0.5 percent;
a crosslinking agent: 1% -5%;
water-based color concentrate: 1% -10%;
water: and (4) the balance.
By adopting the scheme, the high molecular dispersant and the water-based resin which have excellent wettability to the filler are adopted, so that the pigment and the filler are fully wetted and wrapped, and the final transparency is ensured. In the aspect of filler selection, a mode of combining organic and inorganic fillers is adopted to ensure the transparency and the performance of filling holes by wiping. In order to avoid the collapse problem caused by the re-swelling of the filler layer by the subsequent water-based primer, an organic filler is selected to replace a part of the inorganic filler, because the water resistance is hardly influenced by the organic filler. In addition, the auxiliary crosslinking agent improves the chemical combination of the water-based resin and the inorganic filler and also closes the hydrophilic groups on the water-based resin, thereby comprehensively improving the structural force and the resistance of the water-based filler and providing a solid foundation for the subsequent water-based coating. In order to improve the transparency tendency of the water-based filling agent after being completely dried, a small amount of water-based high-transparency color concentrate is added into the formula in some ways, so that the texture and the glittering feeling of the wood are displayed, and the dyeing concentration can be adjusted according to the final color shade requirement of the furniture.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the defoaming agent is one or more of silicone defoaming agent, mineral oil defoaming agent and acetylene glycol defoaming agent.
By adopting the scheme, the filling agent is ensured not to generate bubbles when being manufactured, otherwise, after the filling agent is used and dried, the bubbles in the filling agent form pinholes or gaps to influence the normal use of the filling agent, and the defoaming agents can fully eliminate the bubbles in the filling agent to prevent the occurrence of the above conditions.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the dispersant is one or more of polyacrylate wetting dispersant, hydrophobic copolymer wetting dispersant and polyoxyethylene wetting dispersant.
By adopting the scheme, the dispersant can uniformly disperse various materials, particularly organic filler and inorganic filler in the filler component, and ensure the uniformity and stability of the filler.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the inorganic filler is one or more of mica powder, quartz powder and transparent powder.
By adopting the scheme, the inorganic fillers have stable chemical structures, can effectively improve the impermeability, weather resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the fillers, and do not contain any radioactive elements, thereby leading the trend of environmental protection in the field of coatings.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the organic filler is one or more of polyethylene wax, polyurea, polyurethane microspheres and polymethyl methacrylate microspheres.
By adopting the scheme, the viscosity of the filler system can be ensured not to be too high, so that the transparency is not influenced, the better transparency is realized, meanwhile, the lower oil absorption can ensure that the filler can rapidly invade into gaps of wood, the filling property is ensured, and finally, the excellent transparency and filling property of the filler are ensured.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the water-based resin is one or more of acrylic emulsion, water-based polyurethane dispersoid, water-based alkyd resin and water-based polyurethane acrylate.
By adopting the scheme, the filler has excellent weather resistance, adhesive force and cracking resistance.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the substrate wetting agent is one or more of polyether modified polysiloxane substrate wetting agents, acetylene glycol substrate wetting agents, anionic surfactant substrate wetting agents and nonionic surfactant substrate wetting agents.
By adopting the scheme, the filler can be fully wetted and wrapped, so that the uniform transparency of the filler is ensured.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the cross-linking agent is one or more of aziridine oligomer, polycarbodiimide and silane coupling agent.
By adopting the scheme, the chemical combination of the water-based resin and the inorganic filler can be improved, and the hydrophilic groups on the water-based resin are sealed, so that the structural force and the resistance of the filler are effectively improved.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the water-based color concentrate is one or more of water-soluble metal complex dye red, water-soluble metal complex dye yellow and water-soluble metal complex dye black.
By adopting the scheme, the metal complex dye belongs to alkylated metal salt dye, and is extremely hydrophilic and nonpolar due to the separation of a single polar metal salt structure, so that the metal complex dye can be easily dissolved in an organic solvent. The metal complex dye has solvent solubility, and the water-based resin in the auxiliary filling agent greatly enhances the transparency, and meanwhile, the adhesive force of the metal complex dye is far stronger than that of the acid dye, so that the color base adhesive force in the solution can be enhanced.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the aqueous high-transparency filler for woodware, which comprises the following steps:
the preparation method of the water-based high-transparency filler for the woodware comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring water, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent to obtain a first material;
(2) adding an inorganic filler and an organic filler into the first material under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second material;
(3) and under the stirring state, adding the aqueous resin, the thickening agent, the base material wetting agent, the bactericide, the cross-linking agent and the aqueous color concentrate into the second material, mixing, and uniformly stirring to adjust the viscosity of the obtained material to 80 KU-90 KU so as to obtain the aqueous high-transparency filler for the woodware.
By adopting the scheme, the reaction time and the reaction rate in each step of mixing can be fully ensured, and the uniformly dispersed mixed filler is finally obtained.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the high-transparency filler has excellent transparency after good adhesive force and filling force are considered, and the transparency of the high-transparency filler is excellent after being measured by experiments;
2. the high-transparency filler has extremely low VOC and higher environmental protection value.
