The object of the invention is achieved in that:
the citrus sun-burn prevention pesticide composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
20-70% of aloe vera extract,
avobenzone: 1-10%,
ascorbic acid: 5-10%,
0.1-1% of film forming agent,
0.5-5% of a surfactant,
the balance of water is complemented up,
the film forming agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone,
the surfactant is at least one of laurinol betaine and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,
the citrus sunburn-preventing pesticide composition is a liquid.
The preparation method of the aloe vera extract comprises the following steps: freezing Aloe vera to vitrification state with liquid nitrogen, pulverizing with pulverizer, and mixing with ethanol: glycerol: vacuum extracting aloe vera in the ratio of 5:5:1 in an extraction tank under the pressure of-0.02 to-0.04 Mpa, controlling the temperature at 40-50 ℃, stirring for 2-4 h, cooling to normal temperature after extraction, filtering and collecting filtrate to obtain aloe vera extract, wherein the filter cake is used as a matrix of a biological organic fertilizer.
The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
25-60% of aloe vera extract,
avobenzone: 2-8%,
ascorbic acid: 6-8%,
0.2-0.8% of film forming agent,
1-5% of a surfactant,
the balance of water is complemented.
The preparation method of the invention comprises the following steps: the aloe vera extract is used for completely dissolving avobenzone, ascorbic acid and a film forming agent, and then water and a surfactant are added and stirred uniformly to prepare the citrus sunburn-preventing pesticide composition.
The aloe vera extract is rich in aloe polysaccharide, aloe-emodin, anthraquinone compounds, proteins, vitamins and other components, and can provide abundant nutrients for oranges through spraying, so that the absorption of the oranges to the nutrients is enhanced, the anthraquinone substances in the aloe vera extract can keep the oranges wet for a long time, and sunburn can be repaired, so that a water-locking waxy layer is formed on the surfaces of the oranges, and the rapid water loss of the oranges under high-temperature strong light is reduced to form solar fruits.
Avobenzone is a stable sunscreen against full band UV radiation, prevents degradation of other components of the composition due to intense light conditions, and is useful for protecting the stability of aloe vera extract and ascorbic acid in the compositions of the present invention.
The ascorbic acid can promote the formation of antibodies and collagen, can effectively promote tissue repair and iron absorption, plays a vital role in metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine and folic acid, firstly enhances the resistance of citrus by introducing the ascorbic acid, and secondly can effectively prevent the condition of oxidized sunscald caused by strong illumination, thereby playing a role in relieving and repairing the sunscald.
The film forming agent has the main function of forming a transparent film on the surface of citrus, and has the function of prolonging the action time of the medicine on the fruit surface and playing a long-lasting effect.
The sun-burn phenomenon of citrus mainly causes high-temperature oxidation and rapid dehydration on the local part of citrus fruits under high-temperature strong light to form solar fruits. According to the invention, avobenzone is introduced to absorb and resist UV rays in strong light, so that damage to the surfaces of fruits is reduced, meanwhile, the ascorbic acid and aloe vera extract are used for enhancing the resistance of oranges, slowing down the oxidation effect of strong light on the surfaces of the downloaded oranges, simultaneously, anthraquinone substances are used for repairing the surfaces of the oranges, the long-lasting protection effect is achieved on the surfaces of the oranges through the action of a film forming agent, and meanwhile, the aloe vera extract is assisted to form a water locking film on the surfaces of the oranges, so that the thickness of a wax layer on the surfaces of the oranges is increased, and the effects of reducing the rapid volatilization of moisture, resisting strong light for a long time, repairing the oranges rapidly and reducing solar fruits are achieved.
According to the citrus sunburn-preventing pesticide composition, due to the synergistic effect of avobenzone, aloe vera extract and ascorbic acid, the resistance of citrus can be enhanced under the auxiliary effect of a film forming agent, a layer of water locking film can be formed on the surface of the citrus rapidly, the thickness of a waxy layer on the surface of the citrus is increased, the citrus can be kept water for a long time, the citrus is antioxidation, meanwhile, UV rays can be resisted for a long time, the solar fruits can be repaired rapidly, the loss of citrus planting process can be obviously reduced, the economic benefit of a planter is increased, the application is convenient, safety and environmental protection are realized, and the cost is low.
The pesticide composition B (see test examples) can obviously improve the sun-burn prevention performance of oranges, reduce the solar fruit rate, reduce the fruit dropping rate caused by solar fruits, ensure clean fruit surfaces, and obviously increase the economic benefits of farmers by comparing the pesticide composition B with other comparative examples through experiments at two places.
