本发明为柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,解决巳有农药组合物的太阳果率、落果率高,果面不洁净的问题,按重量百分比包括以下组份:库拉索芦荟提取物20~70%,阿伏苯宗1~10%,抗坏血酸5~10%,成膜剂0.1~1%,表面活性剂0.5~5%,水余量补足,成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,表面活性剂为月桂醇基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,柑橘防日灼的农药组合物为液剂。降低太阳果造成的落果率,同时果面洁净。

柑橘防日灼的农药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,属于植物生长调节剂领域。
背景技术
每年6~10月,南方片区的温度偏高,经常有35℃以上的高温天气,而柑橘此时正处于快速膨大期,高温强光照的天气很容易造成柑橘的日灼,局部脱水严重,造成落果和品质下降,对于爱媛、沃柑、茂谷柑等经济价值比较高的品种,每年因为日灼造成的减产损失非常大,常规的处理方法有两种,一种是通过物理的方式在柑橘表面喷涂一层白色的钙质遮阳产品,通过物理反射原理起到减少日灼果的影响,但采收后的果实需要进行清洗,但很难清洗干净,且有些钙化物质已经通过柑橘的果皮孔隙渗透至果肉内,造成品质下降难以销售;另一种是通过覆盖白色防晒纸,起到防晒作用,但通过覆盖白色防晒纸的方式也只能局部遮盖,对于没有遮盖的部分,很难起到保护作用,且人工成本也比较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种通过化学调控手段,在柑橘表面形成锁水膜,减少果实内水分的极速蒸腾挥发引起的局部高温日灼,同时能诱导增强柑橘的抗高温能力,在高温强光照条件下显著改善日灼情况,减少落果率,施用方便,安全环保、价格低廉的农药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,按重量百分比包括以下组份:
库拉索芦荟提取物 20~70%,
阿伏苯宗: 1~10%,
抗坏血酸: 5~10%,
成膜剂 0.1~1%,
表面活性剂 0.5~5%,
水 余量补足,
所述的成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,
所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,
所述的柑橘防日灼的农药组合物为液剂。
所述的库拉索芦荟提取物的制备方法为:通过液氮将库拉索芦荟冷冻至玻璃化状态,然后通过粉碎机破碎,再按照乙醇:丙三醇:库拉索芦荟冷冻破碎物比例5:5:1在提取罐内进行减压提取,压力控制在-0.02~-0.04Mpa之间,温度控制在40~50℃,搅拌时间2~4h,提取结束后,降至常温,通过过滤收集滤液,即为库拉索芦荟提取物,滤饼作为生物有机肥料的基质用作它用。
按重量百分比包括以下组份:
库拉索芦荟提取物 25~60%,
阿伏苯宗: 2~8%,
抗坏血酸: 6~8%,
成膜剂 0.2~0.8%,
表面活性剂 1~5%,
水 余量补足。
本发明的制备方法为:首先用库拉索芦荟提取物将阿伏苯宗、抗坏血酸、成膜剂溶解完全,然后加入水和表面活性剂搅拌均匀即可制得本发明柑橘防日灼的农药组合物。
库拉索芦荟提取物中富含丰富的芦荟多糖、芦荟大黄素、蒽醌类化合物、蛋白质、维生素等成份,通过喷施使用,可以给柑橘提供丰富的营养物质,增强柑橘对营养物质的吸收,芦荟提取物中的蒽醌类物质可以柑橘保持长时间的润湿,且可以对一些日灼进行修复,使得柑橘表面形成一层锁水的蜡质层,减少柑橘的在高温强光下不会快速失水形成太阳果。
阿伏苯宗是一种稳定的防晒剂,可以抵抗全波段的UV射线,防止组合物中其他组份因为强光照的条件分解变质,用于保护本发明组合物中的库拉索芦荟提取物和抗坏血酸的稳定性。
抗坏血酸可以促进抗体及胶原蛋白形成,可以有效的促进组织修补和铁的吸收,同时对苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢起着至关重要的因素,通过引入抗坏血酸,首先增强柑橘自身的抵抗力,其次可以有效预防强光照下带来的氧化日灼情况,起到缓解和修复日灼现象的作用。
成膜剂的作用主要是在柑橘表面形成一种透亮的薄膜,是药物在果面的作用时间延长,起到长久持效的作用。
柑橘的日灼现象主要是在高温强光照下,在柑橘果实局部造成高温氧化迅速脱水,形成太阳果。本发明通过引入阿伏苯宗,吸收抵抗强光中的UV射线,减少对果实表面的伤害,同时通过抗坏血酸和库拉索芦荟提取物,增强柑橘自身的抵抗力,减缓强光下载柑橘表面的氧化作用,同时通过蒽醌类物质对柑橘表面进行修复,通过成膜剂的作用,在柑橘表面起到长久持效的保护作用,同时辅助库拉索芦荟提取物在柑橘表面形成锁水膜,增加柑橘表面蜡质层的厚度,以此来达到减少水分的快速挥发、持久抵抗强光、快速修复、减少太阳果的作用。
本发明柑橘防日灼的农药组合物通过阿伏苯宗、库拉索芦荟提取物、抗坏血酸的协同作用,在成膜剂的辅助作用下,能够增强柑橘自身的抵抗力,快速在柑橘表面形成一层锁水膜、增加柑橘表面蜡质层厚度,持久保水、抗氧化、同时可以持久抵抗UV射线,快速修复、减少太阳果,不落叶、不落果,可以显著降低柑橘种植过程的损失,增加种植户的经济收益,施用方便,安全环保、价格低廉。
本发明B农药组合物(见试验例)可以显著提高柑橘的防日灼性能,减少太阳果率,降低太阳果造成的落果率,同时果面洁净,通过两地的实验对比,与其他对比例之间有显著性差异,可以显著增加种植户的经济收益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:

实施例10:
本实施例10柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,按照重量百分比包括:库拉索芦荟提取物70%、阿伏苯宗10%、抗坏血酸10%、成膜剂1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、月桂醇基甜菜碱1%、水余量。库拉索芦荟提取液的制备方法同实施例1。
试验例
B对比例为上述实施例7的柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,按照重量百分比:库拉索芦荟提取物50%、阿伏苯宗6%、抗坏血酸7.5%、成膜剂0.6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5%、水余量制备。
将上述实施例7制得的柑橘防日灼的农药组合物(B)在内的10个对比例A-J在沃柑上进行试验对比。
试验分别在四川省邛崃市沃柑产业园区、眉山市爱媛产业园区进行。在产业园区内每个品种分别选取生长情况一致的柑橘树60株,A-J计10个处理,重复对比试验理三次,随机排列,十二个对比例为:A:清水对照;B:上述实施例7稀释500倍(库拉索芦荟提取物1000ppm+阿伏苯宗120ppm+抗坏血酸150ppm);C:50%库拉索芦荟提取物稀释500倍(库拉索芦荟提取物1000ppm);D:6%阿伏苯宗稀释500倍(阿伏苯宗120ppm);E:7.5%抗坏血酸稀释500倍(抗坏血酸150ppm);F:50%库拉索芦荟提取物+6%阿伏苯宗稀释500倍(库拉索芦荟提取物1000ppm+阿伏苯宗120ppm);G:50%库拉索芦荟提取物+7.5%抗坏血酸稀释500倍(库拉索芦荟提取物1000ppm+抗坏血酸150ppm);H:6%阿伏苯宗+7.5%抗坏血酸稀释500倍(阿伏苯宗120ppm+抗坏血酸150ppm);I:市售钙质遮阳产品稀释20倍;J:市售遮阳纸贴片。
上述对比试验重复三次,用药时期均为7月27日,用药时统计每棵树的挂果量,处理A-I采用叶面均匀喷雾方式,处理J采用果面局部覆盖粘贴,在8月23日统计太阳果量,在10月10日统计柑橘的落果率及果面是否有污染情况。
试验结果:

从表1、表2可以看出,柑橘防日灼的农药组合物的本发明B农药组合物可以显著提高柑橘的防日灼性能,减少太阳果,降低太阳果造成的落果率,同时果面洁净,通过两地的实验对比,与其他对比例之间有显著性差异,且使用便捷,可以显著增加种植户的经济收益。

1.柑橘防日灼的农药组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括以下组份:
库拉索芦荟提取物 20~70%,
阿伏苯宗: 1~10%,
抗坏血酸: 5~10%,
成膜剂 0.1~1%,
表面活性剂 0.5~5%,
水 余量补足,
所述的成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,
所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,
所述的柑橘防日灼的农药组合物为液剂。
