and pushing the charging equipment or the vehicle maintenance equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle.
In order to facilitate vehicle operation control of the non-motor vehicle, conditions that the non-motor vehicle needs to meet in an abnormal state, that is, preset state conditions, may be preset, where the preset state conditions may include one or more state conditions, and may include, but are not limited to, at least one of the following: the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset tire pressure threshold value.
In the running process of the target non-motor vehicle, whether the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle meets the preset state condition can be determined based on the vehicle state information such as the electric quantity and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle, which are acquired in real time. If the vehicle of the target non-motor vehicle meets the preset state condition, for example, the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle is too low or the tire pressure is insufficient, the target non-motor vehicle may not be capable of completing the dispatch task with a longer task route, and potential safety hazards exist.
In this case, in order to ensure the safety of the non-motor vehicle operation, a control operation of at least one of the following may be performed: controlling and reducing the dispatch quantity of the target non-motor vehicle; by interacting with the driving object of the target non-motor vehicle, the target non-motor vehicle is dispatched according to the sequence from near to far, namely, the target non-motor vehicle is dispatched nearby, for example, an order with a relatively close distance is arranged for the target non-motor vehicle; and pushing the charging equipment or the vehicle maintenance equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle so as to suggest that the target driving object of the target non-motor vehicle timely goes to the charging equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle for charging or goes to the vehicle maintenance equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle for vehicle maintenance.
Optionally, when the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle is less than or equal to a set electric quantity threshold value, or the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle is less than or equal to a set tire pressure threshold value, it may be determined that the target non-motor vehicle cannot dispatch the order, and then the order that the target non-motor vehicle has dispatched may be subjected to order transfer processing.
For example, the management system may send orders or communicate with the driver according to the health status (i.e., vehicle status) of the vehicle running the non-motor vehicle, for example, when the power of the vehicle power supply running the non-motor vehicle is too low or the tire pressure is insufficient, etc., the order is reduced or the management system contacts the driver to arrange for nearby orders. The management system may also issue the most recent charging facilities or vehicle maintenance facilities depending on the health status of the vehicle in which the non-motor vehicle is operated.
According to the embodiment, when the vehicle state of the non-motor vehicle is abnormal, the order sending of the non-motor vehicle is reduced, the nearby order sending is arranged for a driver, and available equipment for solving the abnormal situation is provided for the non-motor vehicle, so that the normal operation of the non-motor vehicle can be ensured, and the operation reliability of the non-motor vehicle is further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above method further comprises:
s41, under the condition that a traffic accident occurs in the target non-motor vehicle, intercepting target video information from video information of vehicle-mounted video equipment on the target non-motor vehicle according to the occurrence time of the traffic accident;
s42, intercepting target road condition information from the road condition information perceived by the road side perception device according to the occurrence time of the traffic accident;
S43, executing accident handling on the traffic accident according to the target video information and the target road condition information, wherein the accident handling comprises at least one of the following steps: emergency handling of accidents and responsibility fixing handling of accidents.
For management of a non-motor vehicle, due to lack of standard management of the non-motor vehicle, emergency treatment cannot be performed in time after a traffic accident occurs to the non-motor vehicle, and due to lack of relevant video information, difficulty in responsibility allocation to the traffic accident is high. In order to timely carry out the emergency treatment of the traffic accident and the responsibility determination of the traffic accident after the traffic accident, the emergency treatment and the responsibility determination of the traffic accident can be carried out according to the video information shot by the vehicle-mounted video equipment of the non-motor vehicle and the road condition information acquired by the road side sensing equipment under the condition that the traffic accident occurs to the non-motor vehicle. For example, traffic regulations during operation of non-motor vehicles are not sufficiently managed, accident occurrence rate is high, and accident certainty and liability are high after an accident occurs.
In this embodiment, shooting may be performed in real time through a vehicle-mounted video device of the target non-motor vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted video device may be a camera, which may be disposed on a head of the target non-motor vehicle or may be disposed on a wearable device matched with the target non-motor vehicle. In the case of a traffic accident of a target non-motor vehicle, the target video information, that is, the video information related to the current traffic accident, may be intercepted from the video captured by the vehicle-mounted video device of the target non-motor vehicle according to the time of the traffic accident.
Meanwhile, the road side sensing equipment can sense road condition information in real time, and under the condition that the traffic accident occurs to the target non-motor vehicle, the target road condition information, namely the road condition information related to the current traffic accident, can be intercepted from the road condition information sensed by the corresponding road side sensing equipment according to the time of the traffic accident. According to the target video information and the target road condition information, accident emergency treatment and traffic accident responsibility determination can be carried out on traffic accidents.
For example, the non-motor vehicle is operated to carry out video monitoring through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the non-motor vehicle, and meanwhile, road side sensing equipment is combined. When a traffic accident occurs, the video information of the road side sensing equipment and the vehicle-mounted video equipment is intercepted and uploaded to a safety management system in the management system at the first time, and accident emergency treatment and accident responsibility determination treatment are carried out.
According to the embodiment, the emergency treatment and the accident responsibility determination of the traffic accident are carried out according to the video information shot by the vehicle-mounted video equipment and the road condition information perceived by the road side perception equipment, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of the traffic accident treatment can be improved.
In one exemplary embodiment, performing accident handling on traffic accidents according to target video information and target road condition information includes:
S51, selecting a target processing mechanism from a preset group of processing mechanisms according to the vehicle position of the target non-motor vehicle;
and S52, sending the accident information of the traffic accident to the terminal equipment of the target processing mechanism so as to carry out accident emergency treatment on the traffic accident by the target processing mechanism.
After the traffic accident occurs, the accident information of the traffic accident needs to be sent to a corresponding processing mechanism in time, and the corresponding processing mechanism carries out accident emergency treatment in time. For example, after a safety accident occurs in an operating non-motor vehicle, there is a risk that emergency treatment cannot be performed at the first time, for example, reporting is not timely after the accident occurs, or emergency treatment cannot be performed when emergency treatment vehicles can not reach the scene quickly due to complex traffic conditions.
In this embodiment, in the case that a traffic accident occurs in a target non-motor vehicle, a processing mechanism for processing the traffic accident, that is, a target processing mechanism, may be selected from a preset set of processing mechanisms according to the vehicle position of the target non-motor vehicle, and accident information of the traffic accident may be transmitted to a terminal device of the target processing mechanism, so that the target processing mechanism performs accident emergency processing.
Here, the preset group of processing institutions may include traffic management departments, fire departments, medical institutions, and the like. The processing mechanism selected according to the vehicle position of the target non-motor vehicle may be the processing mechanism closest to the target non-motor vehicle, or may be a processing mechanism closest to the target non-motor vehicle in a processing mechanism matched with a traffic accident, or may be other processing mechanism selecting modes, which are not limited in this embodiment.
For example, after a traffic accident, information of an operating non-motor vehicle is transmitted to a safety management system through wireless communication, and accident information is transmitted to a nearby hospital and an emergency treatment department through an emergency system interface. After the emergency vehicle receives the accident information, the emergency vehicle can travel quickly, and scenes such as path planning, vehicle speed guiding, emergency vehicle priority and the like are realized through interaction with road side sensing equipment, so that the emergency vehicle can quickly arrive at an accident scene, and the accident can be handled and accident personnel can be cured.
According to the embodiment, the accident information is sent to the processing structure, so that the emergency treatment and the personnel treatment of the traffic accident can be realized as soon as possible, and the efficiency of the traffic accident treatment is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above method further comprises:
s61, under the condition that a target non-motor vehicle is in a forbidden operation state, acquiring first identity verification information sent by wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle;
s62, when the first authentication information passes the authentication, the control target non-motor vehicle is switched from the forbidden operation state to the allowed operation state.
In order to prevent the non-motor vehicle from being stolen, the identity verification of the driver can be carried out through the wearable equipment matched with the non-motor vehicle when the non-motor vehicle is in a state of forbidden operation, whether the driver is the driver matched with the non-motor vehicle is determined, and under the condition that the identity verification passes, the current driver information can be determined to be matched with the non-motor vehicle, and the operation state of the non-motor vehicle is switched to the allowed operation state.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the wearable device may implement functions of V2X communication, uu (universal User) communication, positioning, bluetooth connection, voice interaction, and driving recording through a program module or a hardware module thereon, which are respectively a V2X communication module, uu communication module, positioning module, bluetooth module, voice interaction module, and driving recording camera in fig. 4.
Under the condition that the target non-motor vehicle is in a forbidden running state, after the wearable device is successfully matched with the target non-motor vehicle, a driver (which can be a target driver) can input first identity verification information through the wearable device, the first identity verification information sent by the wearable device is obtained by a vehicle-mounted terminal or a server of the target non-motor vehicle, the first identity verification information can comprise identity information of a driving object wearing the wearable device, and whether the current driving object is the target driving object can be determined by verifying the first identity verification information sent by the wearable device.
In the case that the first authentication information is authenticated (for example, the first authentication information is the same as the pre-stored authentication information of the target non-motor vehicle), the current driving object may be determined as the target driving object, and the state of the target non-motor vehicle may be switched from the prohibited operation state to the permitted operation state, that is, the current driver is permitted to use the target non-motor vehicle.
For example, the wearable device binds with the operating non-motor vehicle via bluetooth and performs identification verification before operation begins.
Through the embodiment, the identity of the wearable equipment is verified, so that the non-motor vehicle can be prevented from being stolen, and the use safety of the non-motor vehicle is further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above method further comprises:
s71, in the case that the disassembly operation performed on the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is detected, an identity verification request is sent to a wearable device matched with the target non-motor vehicle;
s72, acquiring second authentication information sent by wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle in response to the authentication request;
s73, in the case where the second authentication information is authenticated, the control allows the disassembly operation to be performed on the battery of the target non-motor vehicle.
In order to prevent the battery of the target non-motor vehicle from being stolen, in this embodiment, an authentication request may be sent to a wearable device matched with the target non-motor vehicle to request the wearable device to provide identity information of a driver, so as to verify whether the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is a driving object bound with the target non-motor vehicle.
In this embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal or the server of the target non-motor vehicle may send the above-described authentication request to the wearable device that matches the target non-motor vehicle, in the case where it is detected that the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is being detached. After receiving the authentication request, the wearable device may send second authentication information to the vehicle-mounted terminal or the server of the target non-motor vehicle in response to the authentication request, where the second authentication information may include identity information of a driver or other related personnel wearing the wearable device. By verifying the second authentication information sent by the wearable device, it can be determined whether the detachment operation is performed by a legitimate user. In the case where the second authentication information is authenticated, the battery of the target non-motor vehicle may be allowed to be detached.
Here, the detection of the disassembly operation performed on the battery of the target non-motor vehicle may be detection of an operation for triggering disassembly of the battery of the target non-motor vehicle, at which time the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is not permitted to be disassembled, and it is necessary to permit disassembly of the battery of the target non-motor vehicle after the authentication information can be acquired and the acquired authentication information is verified to pass.
For example, identity confirmation is performed before the vehicle runs or when a locker on the vehicle is opened or when a battery is detached, so that the vehicle or an article is prevented from being stolen.
According to the embodiment, when the fact that the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is disassembled is detected, the wearable equipment is used for carrying out identity verification, so that the risk of theft of the battery of the non-motor vehicle can be reduced, and the use safety of the non-motor vehicle is further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above method further comprises at least one of:
s81, communicating with the vehicle-mounted terminals of other vehicles except the target non-motor vehicle through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle so as to perform collision early warning on the target non-motor vehicle;
s82, communicating with the target road side equipment through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle to acquire a navigation path from the target road side equipment, wherein the navigation path is used for guiding the path of the target non-motor vehicle.
At present, non-motor vehicles such as express delivery, takeaway and the like mostly carry out path planning according to orders and customer destinations, and cannot carry out real-time path planning and vehicle speed guiding according to road conditions. In contrast, for the target non-motor vehicle, the communication with the vehicle or the road side equipment can be realized through the non-motor vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle, so that the application scenes such as vehicle collision early warning, path guiding and the like are realized.
As an alternative embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle may communicate with vehicle-mounted terminals of other vehicles than the target non-motor vehicle to perform collision early warning on the target non-motor vehicle. For example, the non-vehicle-mounted terminal mounted on the target non-vehicle may communicate wirelessly with the non-vehicle-mounted terminals mounted on other vehicles than the target non-vehicle, and the target non-vehicle may be subjected to vehicle collision warning based on the distance between the non-vehicle-mounted terminals.
As another alternative embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle may communicate with the target roadside apparatus to acquire a navigation path from the target roadside apparatus, wherein the navigation path is used for path guidance of the target non-motor vehicle. For example, a route planning request (which may be transmitted via a road side device) for requesting planning of a moving route from a route origin (such as a current position) to a route terminal is transmitted to a server by a target non-vehicle-mounted terminal; the planned path (i.e., the navigation path) returned by the receiving server in response to the received path planning request; and guiding the non-maneuver path of the target according to the planned path.
According to the embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal based on the non-motor vehicle is communicated with other vehicles and road side equipment, so that collision early warning and path guiding can be carried out on the non-motor vehicle, and the running reliability and safety of the non-motor vehicle are improved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all expressed as a series of action combinations, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of actions described, as some steps may be performed in other order or simultaneously in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in the present application.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (such as ROM (Read-Only Memory)/RAM (Random Access Memory), magnetic disk, optical disk), including instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method of the embodiments of the present application.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided an information processing system of a non-motor vehicle for implementing the information processing method of a non-motor vehicle described above. The information processing system of the non-motor vehicle may include:
the data processor is used for acquiring target vehicle information of a target non-motor vehicle and target driving object information bound with the target non-motor vehicle; storing the corresponding relation between the target license plate information bound by the target non-motor vehicle, the target vehicle information and the target driving object information to obtain target vehicle associated information corresponding to the target non-motor vehicle; and processing abnormal driving behaviors of the target non-motor vehicle based on the target vehicle related information.
The data processor may be a server or some processing device, and may be a processor, a controller, or the like, for example, that executes the above-described means for acquiring the vehicle information of the target non-vehicle and the target driving object information to which the target non-vehicle is bound. The manner of acquiring the vehicle information of the target non-motor vehicle and the target driving object information bound by the target non-motor vehicle is similar to that in the foregoing embodiment, and is already described, and will not be described here.
Through the system, the target vehicle information of the target non-motor vehicle and the target driving object information bound with the target non-motor vehicle are acquired; storing the corresponding relation between the target license plate information bound by the target non-motor vehicle, the target vehicle information and the target driving object information to obtain target vehicle associated information corresponding to the target non-motor vehicle; the abnormal driving behavior of the target non-motor vehicle is processed based on the target vehicle associated information, so that the problem that the reliability of vehicle management is low due to the lack of the related information of the non-motor vehicle in the information processing method of the non-motor vehicle in the related technology is solved, and the reliability of vehicle management is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the data processor is further configured to obtain a target vehicle video of the target non-motor vehicle, where the target vehicle video is obtained by photographing the target non-motor vehicle through a photographing device provided on the target non-motor vehicle or a photographing device provided on at least one roadside device; detecting license plate information of the target vehicle video to obtain target license plate information; searching out target vehicle associated information from the stored vehicle associated information according to the target license plate information; in the case where the abnormal driving behavior is identified from the target vehicle video, the correspondence between the target vehicle-related information and the abnormal driving behavior is recorded.
In one exemplary embodiment, the data processor is further configured to obtain a vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle, wherein the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle includes at least one of: the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle; and controlling the running of the target non-motor vehicle according to the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle.
In one exemplary embodiment, the data processor is further configured to perform a control operation of at least one of the following in a case where the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle satisfies a preset state condition: controlling and reducing the dispatch quantity of the target non-motor vehicle; through interaction with a driving object of the target non-motor vehicle, the target non-motor vehicle is dispatched according to the sequence from near to far with the target non-motor vehicle; pushing charging equipment or vehicle maintenance equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle to a vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle; wherein the preset state condition includes at least one of: the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset tire pressure threshold value.
In an exemplary embodiment, the data processor is further configured to intercept, in the event of a traffic accident of the target non-motor vehicle, the target video information from video information of a vehicle-mounted video device on the target non-motor vehicle according to an occurrence time of the traffic accident; intercepting target road condition information from the road condition information perceived by the road side perception device according to the occurrence time of the traffic accident; performing accident handling on the traffic accident according to the target video information and the target road condition information, wherein the accident handling comprises at least one of the following steps: emergency handling of accidents and responsibility fixing handling of accidents.
In one exemplary embodiment, the data processor is further configured to select a target treatment mechanism from a preset set of treatment mechanisms based on a vehicle position of the target non-motor vehicle; and sending the accident information of the traffic accident to the terminal equipment of the target processing mechanism so as to carry out accident emergency treatment on the traffic accident by the target processing mechanism.
In an exemplary embodiment, the information processing system of a non-motor vehicle may further include:
the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle is arranged on the target non-motor vehicle and is used for acquiring first identity verification information sent by wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle under the condition that the target non-motor vehicle is in a forbidden operation state; under the condition that the first identity verification information passes verification, the control target non-motor vehicle is switched from a forbidden operation state to an allowed operation state;
and the wearable device is used for sending the first authentication information to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle.
In an exemplary embodiment, the information processing system of a non-motor vehicle may further include:
the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle is used for sending an identity verification request to the wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle under the condition that the disassembly operation of the battery of the target non-motor vehicle is detected; acquiring second authentication information sent by wearable equipment matched with a target non-motor vehicle in response to an authentication request; in the case where the second authentication information is authenticated, the control allows the disassembly operation to be performed on the battery of the target non-motor vehicle.
In an exemplary embodiment, the information processing system of a non-motor vehicle may further include:
the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle is used for communicating with the vehicle-mounted terminals of other vehicles except the target non-motor vehicle through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle so as to perform collision early warning on the target non-motor vehicle; and communicating with the target road side equipment through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle to acquire a navigation path from the target road side equipment, wherein the navigation path is used for guiding the path of the target non-motor vehicle.
It should be noted that the above modules are the same as examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to what is disclosed in the above embodiments. It should be noted that the above modules may be implemented in software or in hardware as part of the apparatus shown in fig. 1, where the hardware environment includes a network environment.
According to yet another aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a storage medium. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described storage medium may be used for executing the program code of the information processing method of any one of the above-described non-motor vehicles in the embodiments of the present application.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be located on at least one network device of the plurality of network devices in the network shown in the above embodiment.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium is configured to store program code for performing the steps of:
s1, acquiring target vehicle information of a target non-motor vehicle and target driving object information bound with the target non-motor vehicle;
s2, storing the corresponding relation between the target license plate information bound by the target non-motor vehicle, the target vehicle information and the target driving object information to obtain target vehicle associated information corresponding to the target non-motor vehicle;

The communication bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, or the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 5, but not only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic device and other equipment.
The memory may include RAM or may include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the aforementioned processor.
The processor may be a general purpose processor and may include, but is not limited to: CPU (Central Processing Unit ), NP (Network Processor, network processor), etc.; but also DSP (Digital Signal Processing, digital signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components.
Alternatively, specific examples in this embodiment may refer to examples described in the foregoing embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is only illustrative, and the device implementing the above information processing method of the non-motor vehicle may be a terminal device, and the terminal device may be a smart phone (such as an Android mobile phone, an iOS mobile phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), a PAD, etc. Fig. 5 is not limited to the structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 5, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 5.

Claims (12)

1. A method for processing information of a non-motor vehicle, comprising:
acquiring target vehicle information of a target non-motor vehicle and target driving object information bound with the target non-motor vehicle;
storing the corresponding relation between the target license plate information bound by the target non-motor vehicle, the target vehicle information and the target driving object information to obtain target vehicle associated information corresponding to the target non-motor vehicle;
and processing abnormal driving behaviors of the target non-motor vehicle based on the target vehicle related information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the abnormal driving behavior of the target non-motor vehicle based on the target vehicle-related information comprises:
acquiring a target vehicle video of the target non-motor vehicle, wherein the target vehicle video is obtained by shooting the target non-motor vehicle through shooting equipment arranged on the target non-motor vehicle or shooting equipment arranged on at least one road side equipment;
Detecting license plate information of the target vehicle video to obtain target license plate information;
searching the target vehicle associated information from the stored vehicle associated information according to the target license plate information;
and when the abnormal driving behavior is identified from the target vehicle video, recording the corresponding relation between the target vehicle related information and the abnormal driving behavior.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the storing of the correspondence between the target license plate information bound to the target non-motor vehicle and the target vehicle information and the target driving object information, the method further comprises:
acquiring a vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle, wherein the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle comprises at least one of the following: the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle;
and controlling the running of the target non-motor vehicle according to the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said controlling the operation of the vehicle of the target non-motor vehicle according to the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle comprises:
In the case where the vehicle state of the target non-motor vehicle satisfies a preset state condition, performing a control operation of at least one of:
controlling to reduce the dispatch quantity of the target non-motor vehicle;
through interaction with the driving object of the target non-motor vehicle, the target non-motor vehicle is dispatched according to the sequence from the near distance to the far distance;
pushing charging equipment or vehicle maintenance equipment closest to the target non-motor vehicle to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle;
wherein the preset state condition includes at least one of: the electric quantity of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, and the tire pressure of the target non-motor vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset tire pressure threshold value.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
under the condition that the traffic accident occurs to the target non-motor vehicle, intercepting target video information from video information of vehicle-mounted video equipment on the target non-motor vehicle according to the occurrence time of the traffic accident;
intercepting target road condition information from the road condition information perceived by the road side perception equipment according to the occurrence time of the traffic accident;
Executing accident handling on the traffic accident according to the target video information and the target road condition information, wherein the accident handling comprises at least one of the following steps: emergency handling of accidents and responsibility fixing handling of accidents.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the performing accident handling on the traffic accident according to the target video information and the target road condition information comprises:
selecting a target processing mechanism from a preset group of processing mechanisms according to the vehicle position of the target non-motor vehicle;
and sending the accident information of the traffic accident to the terminal equipment of the target processing mechanism so as to carry out accident emergency treatment on the traffic accident by the target processing mechanism.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising: acquiring first identity verification information sent by wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle under the condition that the target non-motor vehicle is in a forbidden operation state;
and controlling the target non-motor vehicle to switch from the forbidden operation state to the allowed operation state under the condition that the first authentication information passes the authentication.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising: in the event that a disassembly operation performed on a battery of the target non-motor vehicle is detected, sending an authentication request to a wearable device matched with the target non-motor vehicle;
acquiring second authentication information sent by wearable equipment matched with the target non-motor vehicle in response to the authentication request;
in the case where the second authentication information is authenticated, control allows the disassembly operation to be performed on the battery of the target non-motor vehicle.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising at least one of:
the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle is communicated with vehicle-mounted terminals of other vehicles except the target non-motor vehicle so as to perform collision early warning on the target non-motor vehicle;
and communicating with a target road side device through the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target non-motor vehicle so as to acquire a navigation path from the target road side device, wherein the navigation path is used for guiding the path of the target non-motor vehicle.
10. An information processing system for a non-motor vehicle, comprising:
the data processor is used for acquiring target vehicle information of a target non-motor vehicle and target driving object information bound with the target non-motor vehicle; storing the corresponding relation between the target license plate information bound by the target non-motor vehicle, the target vehicle information and the target driving object information to obtain target vehicle associated information corresponding to the target non-motor vehicle; and processing abnormal driving behaviors of the target non-motor vehicle based on the target vehicle related information.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program when run performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method according to any of claims 1 to 9 by means of the computer program.
