Optionally, in this embodiment, the predetermined distance is at least greater than a distance between the first vehicle and a target terminal closest to the first vehicle after a predetermined time.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the predetermined distance is used to provide a position where the first vehicle is located in advance, and it is further ensured that the target terminal can know the moving first vehicle in advance through the alarm information, so that the police can intercept the first vehicle at the first time according to the alarm information and check and dispose the first vehicle belonging to the violation vehicle in time. In addition, in order to ensure that at least one target terminal for receiving the alarm information exists in the preset range, in the embodiment, the preset distance is at least greater than the distance between the first vehicle and the target terminal closest to the first vehicle after the preset time.
According to the embodiment provided by the application, whether the first vehicle is a violation vehicle or not is judged by comparing the identification of the first vehicle in the vehicle information of the first vehicle collected by the image collecting device with the identification of the violation vehicle stored locally, and alarm information is sent to one or more target terminals in a preset range in time after the first vehicle is judged to be the violation vehicle, wherein the preset range is a range formed by circles with the position of the first vehicle after running for preset time as the center of a circle and the preset distance as the radius. Therefore, police officers who hold the target terminal within the preset range can be informed in time, so that the police officers can intercept the violation vehicles at the first time according to the alarm information, and check and locate the first vehicles belonging to the violation vehicles in time, and the purpose of improving the violation enforcement efficiency is achieved. Furthermore, the first vehicle belonging to the violation vehicle is punished in time, so that the travel safety of traffic participants is better guaranteed, and the problem of potential safety hazard caused by the fact that the violation vehicle cannot be found in time in the prior art is solved.
As an optional solution, the apparatus further includes:
1) the receiving unit is used for receiving a searching request for searching the identifier of the violation vehicle before acquiring the vehicle information of the first vehicle acquired by the image acquisition equipment, wherein the searching request comprises a searching condition for searching the violation vehicle;
2) and the searching unit is used for searching the identification of the violation vehicle meeting the searching condition and storing the identification of the violation vehicle.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the identifier of the violation vehicle may be, but is not limited to being, stored in a database, and in the database, the identifier of the violation vehicle that meets the search condition may be found through the search condition in the search request. The search condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: number of violations, time of violations, type of violations.
For example, suppose that a search request generated by a search instruction input by a user is received, where the search condition is "search for a target vehicle whose violation times exceed 10 times", three vehicles are found after the search, which are vehicle a: "car A, red, car, license plate number is XXX"; vehicle B: "car B, blue, truck, license plate number YYYY"; vehicle C: "car C, black, jeep, license plate number is ZZZ".
Through the embodiment provided by the application, the identification of the violation vehicles needing to be compared and matched is screened out through the searching condition filter in the searching request in advance, and the searched identification of the violation vehicles is stored, so that the identification of the first vehicle in the vehicle information of the first vehicle can be directly used for comparing with the identification of the violation vehicles searched and stored after the image acquisition equipment acquires the vehicle information of the first vehicle, and the purpose of improving the matching efficiency of judging whether the first vehicle is the violation vehicle is achieved.
Example 3
In this embodiment, there is also provided an alarm system for a violation vehicle, as shown in fig. 4, the system comprising:
1) the image acquisition device 402 is configured to acquire vehicle information of a first vehicle, where the first vehicle information includes an identifier of the first vehicle, information of a traveling direction and a traveling speed of the first vehicle, and information of a current position of the first vehicle;
2) the server 404 is connected with the image acquisition device and used for judging whether the identification of the first vehicle acquired by the image acquisition device is matched with the identification of the violation vehicle stored locally;
3) and the one or more target terminals 406 are connected with the server and used for receiving the alarm information when the first vehicle is judged to be a violation vehicle, wherein the one or more target terminals are located in a preset range, and the preset range is a range formed by a circle with a preset distance as a radius and the position where the first vehicle is located after the first vehicle runs for a preset time at the running speed in the running direction as the center of the circle from the position where the first vehicle is located at the current moment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, reference may be made to the contents described in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 for the application scenario and implementation of the alarm system of the violation vehicle. This embodiment is not described herein.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in a plurality of processors.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of monitoring and alerting of a violation vehicle, comprising:
acquiring vehicle information of a first vehicle acquired by image acquisition equipment, wherein the first vehicle information comprises an identifier of the first vehicle, information of the driving direction and the driving speed of the first vehicle and information of the current position of the first vehicle;
judging whether the collected identification of the first vehicle is matched with the identification of the violation vehicle stored locally, and if so, judging that the first vehicle is the violation vehicle;
and sending alarm information to one or more target terminals in a preset range, wherein the preset range is a range formed by a circle with a preset distance as a radius and the position of the first vehicle at which the first vehicle is located after the first vehicle travels for a preset time at the traveling speed in the traveling direction as a circle center from the position of the first vehicle at the current moment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined time is a sum of time from a time of sending the alert information to a time of receiving the alert information by the one or more target terminals.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined distance is at least greater than a distance between the first vehicle and a target terminal closest to the first vehicle after a predetermined time.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring the vehicle information of the first vehicle acquired by the image acquisition device, further comprising:
receiving a searching request for searching the identification of the violation vehicle, wherein the searching request comprises a searching condition for searching the violation vehicle;
and searching the identification of the violation vehicle meeting the searching condition, and storing the identification of the violation vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification of the first vehicle comprises at least one of: license plate number, vehicle color and vehicle model.
6. A monitoring and warning device for violation vehicles comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle information of a first vehicle acquired by image acquisition equipment, and the first vehicle information comprises an identifier of the first vehicle, information of the driving direction and the driving speed of the first vehicle and information of the current position of the first vehicle;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the acquired identification of the first vehicle is matched with the identification of the violation vehicle stored locally, and if so, judging that the first vehicle is the violation vehicle;
and the alarm unit is used for sending alarm information to one or more target terminals in a preset range, wherein the preset range is a range formed by a circle with a preset distance as a radius and the position of the first vehicle at which the first vehicle is located after the first vehicle runs for a preset time at the running speed in the running direction as a circle center from the position of the first vehicle at the current moment.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a searching request for searching the identifier of the violation vehicle before the vehicle information of the first vehicle acquired by the image acquisition device is acquired, wherein the searching request comprises a searching condition for searching the violation vehicle;
and the searching unit is used for searching the identification of the violation vehicle meeting the searching condition and storing the identification of the violation vehicle.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the predetermined time is a sum of time from a time of sending the alert information to a time of receiving the alert information by the one or more target terminals.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the predetermined distance is at least greater than a distance between the first vehicle and a target terminal closest to the first vehicle after a predetermined time.
10. A surveillance and alarm system for a violation vehicle, comprising:
the system comprises an image acquisition device and a control device, wherein the image acquisition device is used for acquiring vehicle information of a first vehicle, and the first vehicle information comprises an identifier of the first vehicle, information of the driving direction and the driving speed of the first vehicle and information of the current position of the first vehicle;
the server is connected with the image acquisition equipment and is used for judging whether the identification of the first vehicle acquired by the image acquisition equipment is matched with the identification of the violation vehicle stored locally;
and the one or more target terminals are connected with the server and used for receiving alarm information when the first vehicle is judged to be the violation vehicle, wherein the one or more target terminals are located in a preset range, and the preset range is a range formed by taking the position where the first vehicle is located after the first vehicle runs for preset time in the running direction at the running speed as the center of a circle and taking a preset distance as the radius from the position where the first vehicle is located at the current moment.
