一种阵列基板(2)及显示面板,阵列基板(2)包括衬底基板(20)、形成在衬底基板(20)上的像素电极(21)、公共电极(22)、及形成在衬底基板(20)与像素电极(21)之间的第一扫描线(23a)、第二扫描线(23b)及数据线(24);像素电极(21)具有多个沿行方向间隔设置的第一电极条(210);公共电极(22)与像素电极(21)同层设置,并具有多个沿行方向间隔设置的第二电极条(220),第二电极条(220)与第一电极条(210)在行方向上交替排布;第一扫描线(23a)位于相邻两行像素电极(21)之间,第二扫描线(23b)位于相邻两列像素电极(21)之间,并通过过孔结构(N)与第一扫描线(23a)电连接,第二扫描线(23b)具有扫描信号输入端;数据线(24)具有数据信号输入端;数据线(24)在衬底基板(20)上的正投影与像素电极(21)在衬底基板(20)上的正投影的中心区域相交。
