技术领域
本发明涉及一种适合于通过通信总线控制电机输出设备并能够通过总线通知电源侧网络控制器的方法和装置。
背景技术
低电平的通信总线(工厂总线)通常包括被称为“主控器”的网络控制器,和被称为“伺服器”的检测器与/或启动器。这些“主控器”模块和这些“伺服器”模块通过通信支持设备(一对导线,同轴电缆,光纤,载电流导体)互连,它们向伺服器设备传输信息和电源。
“伺服器”模块可以是电机输出设备,其中包括若干类型(直接启动器,反向启动器,星角启动器,分级启动器)。这类电机输出设备是部分地或全部地执行控制功能和执行电机保持功能(切断开路,磁保持,温度保护,相间不平衡保持)的电开关装置(接触器,静态控制器)。如果需要,一个或两个“通断”检测器可以直接和电机输出设备相连。电子设备在本地管理所有的模块元件以及总线上的通信。
“伺服器”模块通过通信总线向电机输出设备发出指令(正转指令,反转指令,停止指令)。电机输出设备执行这些指令,并通过总线返回有关的信息(运动,停止,故障等)以及其远方“通断”检测器的状态。专利FR2732523描述了一种和AS-I(启动器检测器接口的缩写)型通信总线相连的电机输出设备。
现在考虑一个由传送带构成的自动***的例子,其中的电机由和通信总线相连的启动器控制。在运动状态下,当通过远方通断检测器检测到一部分有故障时必须通过总线通知主控制装置,然后对启动器返回停止指令,以便使皮带停止。检测器被启动和电机输出设备执行停止指令之间的时间间隔取决于通过信息的各个环节和主软件周期以及处理时间。此外,在较小程度上,也取决于在总线上分配给检测器信息的时间和主控制装置分配停止指令的时间。因此,***反应时间在很大程度上是可变的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够在本地管理来自远方检测器的信息,并使电机立即停止并通过通信总线通知主控制装置的电机输出设备。这种电机输出设备可以在本地检测器对下列事件响应之后立即停止由其控制的电机。
为实现本发明的目的,提供了一种用于控制电机输出设备的方法,所述电机输出设备和电源线以及电机相连,并包括:对电机进行控制和保护的电开关装置,所述电开关装置包括至少一个控制电机启动或停止的控制装置;触点,与所述电开关装置相连并反映所述电开关装置状态;以及电子装置,所述电子装置与所述触点相连并接受来自所述触点的信息,所述电子装置还与一远方检测器相连,并通过通信总线和主控器模块通信,所述电子装置的输出连接到所述至少一个控制装置。该方法的特征在于,在电机输出设备的操作状态期间,当远方检测器启动时,所述电子装置在本地控制所述控制装置,使电机停止,然后在总线上向主控器模块发出相应于所述停止的信息。
按照本发明的控制方法可以应用于电机输出设备,所述输出设备包括用于控制和保护电机的电开关装置以及电子装置,所述电子装置用于接收关于电开关装置的触点信息并控制在电机输出设备中的至少一个控制装置,从而控制电机的启动和停止,并且还接收来自远方检测器的信息,以及通过通信总线和“主控器”网络控制器通信,其特征在于,当电机输出设备处于操作状态时,只要远方检测器被启动,便在本地控制使电机停止的装置,并在总线上向主控器模块发送相应于所述停止的信息。
按照另一个特征,该方法在于主控器模块通过总线向使其选通的电子装置发送关于停止的确认信息。
按照另一个特征,该方法在于在电机的控制操作中,当电子装置接收到来自主控器模块的启动指令时,则使检测器解除动作。
本发明还提供了一种控制电机输出设备的装置,该电机输出设备和电源线以及电机相连,其特征在于,包括:用于电机控制和保护的电开关装置,所述电开关装置包括至少一个控制电机启动或停止的控制装置;触点,与所述电开关装置相连并反映所述电开关装置状态;以及电子装置,所述电子装置与所述触点相连并接受来自所述触点的信息,所述电子装置还与一远方检测器相连,并通过通信总线和主控器模块通信,所述电子装置的输出连接于所述至少一个控制装置。
按照本发明的控制装置,包括电机控制和保护开关装置,以及电子装置,所述电子装置接收关于电开关装置的触点信息,并且其输出控制至少一个控制电机的启动和停止的控制装置,并且还接收来自远方检测器的信息,并通过通信总线和主控器网络控制器通信,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括在电机输出设备的操作状态期间,当远方检测器启动时在本地控制电机停止控制装置的装置,以及在总线上对主控器模块发出相应于所述停止的信息的装置。

具体实施方式
按照本发明的装置控制由三相电线L1,L2,L3供电的三相电机M。
通信总线B把被称为主控器模块的PLC连接到被称为伺服器模块的至少一个电机输出设备DM,并在和总线相连的元件之间传递控制信号和信息信号。
电机输出设备DM包括含有电开关装置CD的盒,用于对电机M执行控制和保护。这电开关装置CD通过连接端子1,3,5和三相线路L1,L2,L3相连,并通过端子2,4,6和电机M相连。例如,开关装置CD由和接触器KM相连的电动电路断路器D构成。电机输出设备还包括在盒中的电子接口E,用于管理电开关装置和在总线B上进行通信。
通断检测器C直接和电机输出设备DM相连,用于从DM中接收电源并把其状态提供给电机输出设备。
电子装置E在应用端使用辅助触点a1和a2通过逻辑输入信号e1,e2监视电机保护器D中电开关装置的状态。电子装置E通过逻辑输出信号s1控制电机的电子控制开关KM。然后,电子装置E使用辅助触点a3通过逻辑输入信号e3检验开关装置KM的状态。检测器C的状态通过逻辑输入信号e4被监视。
在网络端,电子装置E通过通信总线B接收含有来自PLC主控器模块的指令的帧,对其进行解码并产生用于KM的控制信号s1。电子装置E还把电机输出设备及其相关的检测器的状态进行编码并通过e1,e2,e3和e4在总线B上传送这些状态。
电子装置E按照图3所示的功能图操作。检测器C的状态和电机输出设备DM的状态被连续地用于通信管理算法。
当电子装置E检测到来自总线B的启动指令时(步12),便通过控制装置KM控制电机的操作。
如果在步10期间电子装置E检测到检测器C被启动(在电机输出设备操作期间的状态),它便通过电机控制装置KM立即停止电机的转动。电子装置E还在总线B上向PLC主控器模块发送含有相应于这一停止的信息的帧。然后,电机输出设备DM被锁定在停止状态。
然后通过PLC主控器模块通过总线B对使其选通的电子装置E确认停止指令(步14)。
当电子装置E接收到来自PLC主控器模块的启动指令时(步11),便通过装置KM控制电机操作。然后检测器C被断开(步13)。
显然,不脱离本发明构思,可以作出许多改变和改型。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于控制电机输出设备(DM)的方法,所述电机输出设备(DM)和电源线(L1,L2,L3)以及电机(M)相连,并包括:
对电机(M)进行控制和保护的电开关装置(CD),所述电开关装置(CD)包括至少一个控制电机启动或停止的控制装置(KM),
触点(a1,a2,a3),与所述电开关装置(CD)相连并反映所述电开关装置(CD)状态,以及
电子装置(E),所述电子装置(E)与所述触点(a1,a2,a3)相连并接受来自所述触点(a1,a2,a3)的信息,所述电子装置(E)还与一远方检测器(C)相连,并通过通信总线(B)和主控器模块(PLC)通信,所述电子装置(E)的输出连接到所述至少一个控制装置(KM),
该方法的特征在于,在电机输出设备的操作状态期间,当远方检测器(C)启动时,所述电子装置在本地控制所述控制装置(KM),使电机停止,然后在总线(B)上向主控器模块(PLC)发出相应于所述停止的信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:主控器模块(PLC)收到所述停止信息后,通过总线(B)向电子装置(E)发送确认停止的信息,允许其选通。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:当电子装置(E)检测到来自总线(B)的启动指令时,通过控制装置(KM)控制电机的操作。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:当电子装置(E)接收到来自主控器模块(PLC)的启动指令时,控制电机操作,然后使检测器(C)断开。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:当电子装置(E)接收到来自主控器模块(PLC)的启动指令时,控制电机操作,然后使检测器(C)断开。
6.一种控制电机输出设备(DM)的装置,该电机输出设备和电源线(L1,L2,L3)以及电机(M)相连,其特征在于,包括:
用于电机(M)控制和保护的电开关装置(CD),所述电开关装置(CD)包括至少一个控制电机启动或停止的控制装置(KM),
