As shown in fig. 2, an industrial personal computer 8 is fixedly arranged below the top supporting plate 102, the driving motor 301, the vertical electric push rod 303, the horizontal electric push rod 501, the taking-out motor 508 and the positioning motor 701 are electrically connected with the industrial personal computer 8, and the industrial personal computer 8 selects a siemens S7-300 type PLC controller.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a method for using an intelligent rotary cutting and sampling device for geological resource exploration comprises the following steps:
s1, moving a rack 1 to a sampling place, enabling a positioning motor 701 to rotate by an industrial personal computer 8, driving a positioning nut block 704, a positioning frame 703 and a positioning insertion rod 705 to move downwards by the rotation of the positioning motor 701 and the positioning screw rod 702 through the threaded connection relation between the positioning screw rod 702 and the positioning nut block 704, and enabling the positioning insertion rod 705 to be inserted into the ground to realize the stable positioning of the rack 1;
s2, the industrial personal computer 8 commands the driving motor 301 and the vertical electric push rod 303 to move, two groups of meshed transmission gears 304 of the push rod of the driving motor 301 drive the vertical electric push rod 303 and a sampling cylinder 401 below to rotate, meanwhile, the vertical electric push rod 303 extends downwards to enable the sampling cylinder 401 and the rotary cut drill bit 405 to perform rotary cutting sampling towards the ground below through the avoidance port 104, and in the downward drilling process of the rotary cut drill bit 405, soil samples of sampling points can enter the sampling cylinder 401 from a sampling port 402 between the sampling cylinder 401 and a bottom conical shell 403 under peripheral extrusion force;
s3, the industrial personal computer 8 brakes the driving motor 301 and retracts the vertical electric push rod 303 upwards, then the horizontal electric push rod 501 moves the movable cover 502 and the collecting concave disc 505 to the position under the sampling cylinder 401 through the connecting rod 503, the threaded pipe 404 is manually removed from the bottom conical shell 403, the positioning bolt 410 is taken out and inserted into the sampling cylinder 401 again through the through hole in the upper part of the double-hole positioning plate 409, the positioning disc 406, the synchronous sliding rod 408, the extrusion disc 407 and the bottom conical shell 403 move downwards, the downward movement of the extrusion disc 407 pushes the whole soil sample in the sampling cylinder 401 to move downwards and relative to the wall of the sampling cylinder 401, so that the compacted soil sample in the sampling cylinder 401 is loosened and convenient to take out, a larger gap is reserved between the bottom conical shell 403 and the bottom of the sampling cylinder 401 to facilitate the outward flowing of the soil sample, after the threaded pipe 403 leaves the bottom conical shell 403, the sliding shaft 601 is exposed from the position under the bottom conical shell, and moves downwards in the connecting process of the positioning bolt 410 and the through hole in the upper part of the double-hole positioning plate 409, so that the plug 510 on the taking-out shaft 509 is connected, and the plug 605 is prepared for taking out;
s4, the industrial personal computer 8 drives the taking-out motor 508 to continuously rotate, the rotation of the taking-out motor 508 and the taking-out shaft 509 enables the sliding shaft 601 and the lower clamping wheel 602 to synchronously rotate through the matching of the plug 510 and the socket 605, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the lower clamping wheel 602 can throw out the soil sample on the conical shell 403 at the bottom to the collecting concave disc 505, in the process, the meshing relation of the worm 513 and the worm wheel 514 drives the central shaft 512, the rim 511 and the rotating arm 515 to continuously rotate, and the jacking force for the bottom of the movable housing 502 is intermittently generated through the hinged relation of the rotating arm 515 and the swinging arm 516, so that the vertical sliding seat 507 moves up and down along the vertical sliding beam 506, the taking-out motor 508 and the taking-out shaft 509 move up and down, and the sliding shaft 601 can drive the built-in spring telescopic rods 603 to stretch in the process of moving up and down along with the taking-out shaft 509, and the throwing curtain 604 among the multiple groups of built-in spring telescopic rods constantly lifts the soil sample above, and accordingly gradually scatters the compressed soil sample into the collecting concave disc 505.
