Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emulsifying system for skin, a preparation method thereof and a cosmetic containing the emulsifying system for skin, in particular to an emulsifying system for skin for improving facial flushing and fading red blood streaks, a preparation method thereof and a cosmetic containing the emulsifying system for skin, and belongs to the field of cosmetics.
Background
In recent years, the skin problems caused by sensitive muscles are gradually the hot spots of research in the cosmetic industry and the medical industry, wherein the red blood filaments caused by the dilation of facial capillaries become the new hot spots of research. The main phenomena of the facial red blood filaments are that the elasticity of the capillary wall is reduced, the brittleness is increased, the blood vessels are continuously and unevenly expanded and even broken, the facial skin is reddened, and the expanded capillary vessels can be seen by naked eyes. Such symptoms can be classified as both primary and secondary. The causes of the secondary telangiectasia comprise five conditions of high altitude climate, hormone-dependent telangiectasia, physical factor stimulation, chemical factor stimulation and complications of local or systemic diseases. Aiming at the secondary telangiectasis population, the laser is commonly used for improving the red blood streak in medical science and America, but the price is high, and the laser is not suitable for most of the population. Lightening red blood filaments in cosmetics can be generally performed by three means, increasing skin barrier, repairing capillaries, and enhancing collagen and elastin viability.
Cited document 1 proposes a composition for repairing facial flushing, telangiectasia, which comprises sophora flower extract, ophicalcite, azelaic acid, propylene glycol, glycerin, etc. The formula can maintain normal resistance of capillary by improving the functional components of capillary, thereby achieving the effects of relieving paroxysmal flushing and persistent flushing of face, and relieving true telangiectasia. However, the compositions of this method have limited effectiveness.
Citation 2 discloses a composition effective for alleviating skin allergy redness. The composition comprises Gentiana lutea root extract, butyrospermum parkii seed cake extract, adianthus communis fruit extract, coffea minor seed extract, dunaliella salina extract, pseudoalteromonas ferment extract, ginseng radix extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, malva sylvestris flower extract, fomes officinalis extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, polygonum sibiricum rhizome/root extract, angelica tenuifolia root extract, fucus vesiculosus extract, etc. The formula is suitable for allergic skin red blood streak symptoms, improves the capillary function and enhances the protein activity, and improves the skin redness by relieving the skin sensitivity. However, this method uses a very large amount of raw extract materials, is costly, and is not suitable for large-scale populations.

Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extract
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (TESB) includes baicalin (baicalin), wogonin (wogonoside), baicalein (baicalein), wogonin (wogonin), and the like. It mainly has the following functions:
(1) has effects in inhibiting various skin pathogenic fungi, resisting inflammation, and resisting allergy. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has inhibitory effect on various gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and pathogenic dermatophytes, and baicalein has stronger effect than glycoside in anti-allergic reaction.
(2) Absorb ultraviolet rays, have an antiallergic effect, and have a certain repairing effect on the sunburned skin: the scutellaria baicalensis is a good skin scavenger, and in the aspect of sun protection, the baicalin can absorb ultraviolet rays, clear oxygen free radicals, inhibit the generation of melanin and enable the skin to be clean and smooth. Research shows that the sun protection factor of the radix scutellariae content reaches SPF35 4 baicalin, which can inhibit Propionibacterium acnes, when the radix scutellariae content reaches 0.8 g/ml: in vitro experiments show that the effect of baicalin on inhibiting propionibacterium acnes under the same concentration is 2 times that of metronidazole and 115 times that of erythromycin.
(3) Has the following antioxidant effect: the present research shows that the free radical scavenging activity of flavone is closely related to the number and structure of phenolic hydroxyl contained in the flavone, and the baicalin zinc and the baicalin copper have obvious scavenging effect on superoxide radical and protect skin cells from over oxidation of the superoxide radical.
(4) Based on the skin care pharmacology of the scutellaria baicalensis extract, the scutellaria baicalensis extract is often added into medical skin care products to be used as a mask, has the skin whitening, freckle removing and acne removing treatment effects, or is added into whitening cosmetics, acne treatment products, anti-allergy products and sunscreen products according to a certain proportion, and shows that the extract has the effects of increasing the metabolism of the skin, increasing the elasticity of the skin and resisting wrinkles by combining the effects of scavenging free radicals, so that the scutellaria baicalensis extract can be used as an anti-aging cosmetic; in addition, scutellariae radix extract can be used as antiinflammatory agent, sebum secretion inhibitor and humectant.
Specifically, in the present invention, the content of the scutellaria baicalensis extract is 0.11 to 3.9%, preferably 1 to 3%, based on 100% by mass of the total mass of the emulsifying system for skin, for example: 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, 3%, 3.2%, 3.5%, 3.8%, etc. When the content of the scutellaria baicalensis extract is 0.11-3.9%, the efficacy of an emulsification system can be ensured, and simultaneously, the stability and the cost performance can be considered.
In the present invention, the scutellaria baicalensis extract can be obtained either by preparation or by purchase.
In some specific embodiments, the mass ratio of the scutellaria baicalensis extract to the solvent is 1 (0.5-15), such as: 1. When the mass ratio of the scutellaria baicalensis extract to the solvent is 1 (0.5-15), the emulsifying system is more favorable to be formed. As the solvent, the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be a solvent commonly used in the art, for example: water, and the like.

The ceramide content is 0.01-0.3%, preferably 0.01-0.2%, for example: 0.03%, 0.05%, 0.08%, 0.12%, 0.15%, 0.18%, 0.2%, 0.22%, 0.25%, 0.28%, etc. When the content of the ceramide is 0.01-0.3%, the efficacy of an emulsification system is ensured, and simultaneously, the stability and the cost performance are both considered.
First emulsifier
According to the invention, the first emulsifier is used, so that the effect of promoting absorption is achieved in a manner that an emulsion system forms functional substances wrapped by small particle sizes.
The content of the first emulsifier is 21-35%, preferably 25-30%, based on 100% of the total mass of the emulsifying system for skin, for example: 22%, 24%, 28%, 32%, 34%, etc.; in the present invention, if the content of the first emulsifier is too low, the inclusion is unstable; if the content of the first emulsifier is too high, the irritativeness is large.
In some specific embodiments, the first emulsifier comprises polyglycerol-3 diisostearate and tween-20, and the polyglycerol-3 diisostearate and tween-20 are used in combination to achieve a synergistic effect, so that a suitable hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value can be achieved.
Further, the mass ratio of the polyglycerol-3 diisostearate to the tween-20 is 1 (0.5 to 2), for example: 1. When the mass ratio of the polyglycerol-3 diisostearate to the tween-20 is 1 (0.5-2), the effects of the polyglycerol-3 diisostearate and the tween-20 can be exerted most effectively.
Squalane
In the present invention, squalane is used as an oil phase component to form an emulsifying system for skin. Squalane is a good emollient oil and also helps to solubilize ceramides. In some particular embodiments, squalane is added in an amount of 50 to 77.88%, preferably 57.99 to 71.9%, for example: 52%, 55.7%, 58%, 62.8%, 65%, 70%, 75%, etc., and a proper amount of squalane is a necessary condition for forming and stabilizing an emulsion system. When the amount of squalane added is 50 to 77.88%, an emulsified system can be formed and the stability of the emulsified system is excellent.
Solvent(s)
Some solvents are also added to form an emulsion system for skin. The solvent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be a solvent commonly used in the art, for example, water or the like.
Specifically, in the present invention, the solvent is added in an amount of 1 to 4.9%, preferably 2 to 4%, for example: 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, etc. The invention helps to dissolve active substances and stabilize the system by adding a proper amount of solvent.

mixing the premix and the Scutellariae radix extract solution, and cooling to obtain skin emulsion system.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
dissolving ceramide, squalane and a first emulsifier at 75-90 ℃ to obtain a premix;
mixing the scutellaria baicalensis extract with a solvent to obtain a scutellaria baicalensis extract solution;
cooling the premix to 55-65 deg.C, stirring to form a deep vortex, adding Scutellariae radix extract solution into the system, and stirring to form a transparent uniform liquid.
And then cooling the transparent and uniform liquid to room temperature to obtain the skin emulsifying system.
When the emulsifying system prepared by the invention is used, the effect of directly using higher active substances can be achieved with less active substance dosage, so that the dosage of the active substances and the formula cost can be greatly reduced when the formula is applied, and the emulsifying system has a good application prospect.
<Second aspect of the invention>
A second aspect of the invention provides a skin care product comprising an emulsifying system for skin according to the invention, wherein the emulsifying system for skin is present in an amount of 10 to 25%, preferably 15 to 20%, based on 100% of the total mass of the skin care product, for example: 12%, 14%, 16%, 18%, 20%, 22%, 24%, etc. When the content of the skin emulsifying system is 10-25%, the penetration of the coated active substance can be promoted.
Further, a second aspect of the present invention provides a skin care cream comprising the emulsifying system for skin according to the present invention, wherein the content of the emulsifying system for skin is 10 to 25% based on 100% of the total mass of the skin care cream, for example: 12%, 14%, 16%, 18%, 20%, 22%, 24%, etc. The cream of the present invention comprises a skin-friendly emulsifying system that can be used to soothe irritation and enhance the skin barrier, thereby improving facial flushing and reducing redness.
In some specific embodiments, the skin cream further comprises one or a combination of two or more of a second emulsifier, a humectant, a skin conditioner, an emollient oil, a thickener, and a preservative; the formula of the skin-care cream is mild, and the efficacy of the scutellaria baicalensis extract can be fully exerted.
Based on the total mass of the skin-care cream being 100%, the content of the second emulsifier is 3% -5%, the content of the humectant is 1% -20%, the content of the skin conditioner is 2% -4%, the content of the emollient oil is 1% -10%, the content of the thickening agent is 0.5% -3%, and the content of the preservative is 0.7% -1.0%.
In the invention, the adding amount of the second emulsifier is 3-5% of the total mass of the skin care cream, such as: may be 3.5-4.5%, may be 3-4%, etc. When the dosage of the second emulsifier is less than 3%, the emulsification is insufficient, so that the system is unstable; when the dosage of the emulsifier is more than 5%, certain influence on the stability of the product can be caused.
Specifically, in the invention, the second emulsifier comprises one or more of hydrogenated lecithin, sucrose stearate, sucrose polystearate, PEG-100 stearate, PEG-8 stearate and glycerol stearate.
The addition amount of the humectant is 1-20% by the total mass of the skin-care cream, and the humectant can play a role in moisturizing. In order to further exert the efficacy of the humectant, the humectant can be added in an amount of 1-18%, 2-16%, 3-14%, 4-15%, 5-14%, 6-13%, or 7-12%. When the content of the humectant is less than 1%, the moisturizing effect is not obvious; when the content of the moisturizer is more than 20%, the skin care cream has a sticky feeling.
In the invention, the humectant comprises one or a combination of more than two of glycerin, dipropylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, butanediol, pentanediol, xylitol, betaine, hexanediol, glycerin polyacrylate, propylene glycol, mannose, trehalose and beta-glucan. The combination of multiple humectants is used, so that the skin cream disclosed by the invention has more excellent moisturizing and hydrating effects.
In order to further improve the efficacy of the skin cream of the present application, the skin cream of the present invention further comprises the skin conditioner. The skin conditioner is added to calm the skin, so that the facial skin injury red swelling is relieved, and fine wrinkles are reduced.
The addition amount of the skin conditioner is 2-4% of the total mass of the skin-care cream. Preferably, the skin conditioning agent may be added in an amount of 2.2 to 3.8%, may be 2.5 to 3.5%, may be 2.8 to 3.2%, and the like. When the addition amount of the skin conditioner is less than 2%, it is difficult to achieve the corresponding effect.
Specifically, in the present invention, the skin conditioner comprises one or a combination of two or more of batyl alcohol, D-panthenol and plant extracts; preferably, the plant extract comprises one or more of a cactus extract, a ophiopogon root extract, an astragalus membranaceus extract, a saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, a calendula extract, an albizia julibrissin flower extract and a gastrodia elata root extract.
In the invention, the addition amount of the emollient oil is 1-10% of the total mass of the skin-care cream. For example, it may be 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, etc. The skin care cream is added with the skin moistening grease, so that the evaporation of water on the surface of the skin can be reduced, and the skin is prevented from being dried and cracked. In addition, by adding emollient oils and fats, a hydrophobic film can be formed on the skin surface to prevent the invasion of harmful substances from the outside. When the content of emollient oil is less than 1%, evaporation of water on the surface of the skin cannot be reduced, and invasion of harmful substances cannot be effectively prevented; when the content of the skin moistening grease is more than 10%, the skin care cream is too greasy, and the use feeling is reduced.
Specifically, in the present invention, the emollient oil comprises one or a combination of two or more of hydrogenated polyisobutene, ethylhexyl palmitate, polydimethylsiloxane, lanolin, shea butter, diisostearyl malate, and phytosterol canola oil glyceride. The thickener can be added in an amount of 0.5-3% based on the total mass of the skin cream, for example, the thickener can be added in an amount of 0.8, 1%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, etc. When the addition amount of the thickener is between 0.5 and 3 percent, the low-viscosity feeling and excellent use feeling are realized, the dispersibility is good, and the absorption is fast. When the addition amount of the thickening agent is less than 0.5%, the skin care cream is thin in texture and does not have any sticky feeling; when the thickener is added in an amount of more than 3%, the skin care cream is too thick and heavy, which may increase the burden on the skin.
The thickening agent comprises one or the combination of more than two of carbomer, xanthan gum, sclerotium rolfsii, behenyl alcohol, acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer and a compound of isohexadecane and polysorbate-60.
