Description

Cream with moisturizing and skin brightening effects and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention discloses a cream, in particular to a cream with the effects of moisturizing and brightening skin, and also discloses a preparation method of the cream, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
The cream is a commonly used skin care product between emulsions and creams, is usually water-in-oil type, has heavier texture compared with emulsions and thinner texture compared with creams, and therefore has wider use population and is more popular in the market.
However, in order to solve the technical problems that the skin feel of the cream in the current market is still sticky and greasy, and the absorption effect is poor, Chinese patent CN202011631204.7 provides a refreshing water-in-oil type cream without silicone oil, which is prepared from 0.5-3% of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, 0.5-3% of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate and 15-30% of isononyl isononanoate; the phase B consists of the following components: 0.02-0.1% of EDTA disodium, 0.5-2% of sodium chloride, 0.3-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.1% of ethylhexyl glycerin, 0.3-1% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 2-10% of glycerin, 2-10% of butanediol, 0.5-5% of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin and the balance of water, wherein the method adopts non-silicone oil and emulsifier which are green to the environment and have good skin-friendly effect, and the water-soluble moisturizing oil of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin is added into the water-in-oil type cream, so that the viscosity stability of the water-in-oil type cream can be obviously improved, and the prepared cream has stable performance and good rheological property, and takes PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate and polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate as an emulsification system, the skin care lotion has light and non-greasy skin feel, but the lotion has single effect and is difficult to meet the basic requirements of people on the use of skin care products, such as moisture retention, skin brightening and the like.
Therefore, the cream which can really solve the problem of skin, has good moisturizing and skin brightening effects and does not cause secondary damage to the skin is developed.

In order to prove the technical points of the technical solutions provided in the present application, the following provides experimental data of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 provided in the present application.
1. Moisture retention test:
1. 1, the moisturizing efficacy and the smoothing effect on dryness-induced roughness and shavings of examples 1, 4, 5 and comparative examples 1, 4, 5 were evaluated by 24H human body moisturizing test; and skin feel evaluation was performed by a panel of experts.
The number of volunteers: 30 women with 5 people per group
Age: 25-35 years old
Test area: the forearm bending side
And (3) testing period: 24H
1.2 testing apparatus
1.2.1 skin moisture content tester (Corneometer CM825)
The skin moisture content tester Corneometer (CM 825, Courage and Khazaka, Germany) measures on the basis of the principle of capacitance. Water has a dielectric constant of 81, other substances generally have a dielectric constant of less than 7, and water is the substance with the highest dielectric constant on the skin. When the moisture content changes, the capacitance of the skin also changes, so the moisture content on the skin surface can be analyzed by measuring the capacitance of the skin. The greater the skin moisture content value, the higher the skin moisture content.
1.2.2 dermoscopy system (medical 800HD)
The dermoscopic system (medical 800HD, fotofinder systems GmbH, Birbach, germany) is a non-invasive examination device that can amplify skin lesions and can also show the epidermis and the superficial layers of the dermis through the stratum corneum of the epidermis, observing microscopic structures, such as pigments and vascular structures, that are not visible to the naked eye. In the test, a skin photo is collected at a magnification of 50 times, and the fine lines and the scurf condition of the skin are observed. The dry skin is often accompanied by raised tiny scaly dandruff in the grain gaps, the fine lines of the skin are more obvious due to the dandruff among the grains, and the skin looks dry and rough. Excessive dryness of the skin causes more severe flaking, white flakes are observed in the image, and raised flakes make the skin feel stroked and feel a large frictional resistance and poor moisturized feel.

2.1 skin lightening efficacy evaluation:
test protocol
30 appropriate volunteers were selected to participate in the test (selection criteria: 25-35 years old, dark skin color, skin color classified as medium skin color (i.e., ITA ° value between 28-41). volunteers were divided into 6 groups of 5 persons, 1-3 groups of full faces used the products of examples 1-3, 4-6 groups of full faces used the products of comparative examples 1-3, respectively. by successive 4 weeks of trial ((visit of 0, 2, 4 weeks)), changes in skin condition indicators before use, after use for 2 weeks, 4 weeks were measured, and the skin lightening efficacy of the solutions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 was evaluated by comparison of the facial conditions of the volunteers after use of the products with those before use.
Temperature: 20-22 ℃, relative humidity: 40 to 60 percent
The data are respectively expressed as: 0W, 2W and 4W.
Evaluation method
The 1.5.2.2 dermoscope system (medical 800HD) for the test instrument can provide safe, stable standard lighting conditions, and all camera settings and imaging parameter settings are controlled by software to ensure stability and standardization of imaging. The instrument has multiple light source modes: standard light, blue light, orange light, cross polarized light and parallel polarized light can be used for carrying out multi-angle imaging on facial skin, and the imaging quality can reach up to 2000 ten thousand pixels. The face of the subject is shot in the test, and the following evaluation parameters are analyzed by selecting a standard 2 light source picture:
skin brightness L: degree of skin lightening. Skin brightness L of selected areas (smeared in any area);
skin yellowness b: degree of skin yellowing. Skin yellowness b of selected areas (applied to either area);
skin whiteness ITA °: degree of skin whitening. L, b from the above analysis were calculated by the following formula:
ITA=(Arc tan(L*-50)/b*)×180/π
1.3.3 facial imaging test (medical 800HD) skin brightness L, skin yellowness b, skin whiteness ITA ° analysis and statistics of any area painted before use (initial values), after 2 weeks, 4 weeks of use are shown in tables 3 and 4 below. (average value retains 2 decimal places)
Skin brightness L: the greater the skin brightness L, the brighter the skin;
skin yellowness b; the greater the skin yellowness b, the darker the skin;
skin whiteness ITA °: the greater the skin whiteness ITA °, the whiter the skin.
