本申请公开了一种投影显示方法及投影设备，属于投影显示领域。所述方法包括：获取多帧子图像；根据每帧子图像中像素的基色色阶值控制光阀进行翻转，以将多帧子图像依次投影显示至投影屏幕；在投影显示每帧子图像的过程中，将对应子图像的振镜电流控制信号传输至振镜驱动组件；不同帧子图像对应的振镜电流控制信号不同；并且，在投影显示多帧子图像的过程中，振镜驱动电流的电流方向交替变化。
