In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-6, a toilet is provided. The toilet includes a toilet body 10 and a flip waste assembly 20. The inverted waste fitting 20 includes a waste box 201 and a rotating waste pipe 202, etc. The rotary blow-off pipe 202 is arranged in the blow-off box 201 and is communicated with the cavity 101 of the toilet body 10 through a blow-off port 204 arranged on the blow-off box 201. The rotating sewage draining pipe 202 can realize the overturning sewage draining under the driving of the driving device 203. The driving device 203 includes a motor and a transmission assembly and the like.
The toilet body 10 is further provided with an installation cavity 102 arranged in parallel with the basin cavity 101. As shown in fig. 2, the mounting cavity 102 is located at the rear of the basin 101. The inverted waste assembly 20 is mounted within the mounting chamber 102. As shown in fig. 1, a maintenance opening 103 communicating with the installation cavity 102 is further provided on the toilet body 10 to facilitate maintenance of the inverted sewage assembly 20, or replacement of a part of components, etc. The service opening 103 may be provided on the rear wall of the toilet body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the toilet body is further provided with a sewage discharging part 104, and the sewage discharging part 104 is communicated with the basin cavity 101. The drain 104 may be provided in a tubular shape as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The soil discharging part 104 is provided with a soil discharging flow passage 104a, and an inlet 104b and an outlet 104c communicating with the soil discharging flow passage 104 a. The basin 101 and the drainage channel 104a are communicated through an inlet 104 b. The inlet 104b is also the outlet of the basin 101.
Wherein, the drainage channel 104a of the drainage part 104 is communicated with the rotary drainage pipe 202 through the outlet 104c, and the rotary drainage pipe 202 can be rotatably adjusted relative to the drainage channel 104a and can be switched between an initial state and a drainage state. When the toilet is in a waste state, waste flows from the basin 101 into the waste runner 104a through the inlet 104b and then flows into the rotary waste pipe 202 through the outlet 104c to be discharged.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the sewage discharge direction of the sewage flow path 104a, as shown by the dotted arrow line in fig. 2, the bottom wall 104d of the sewage flow path 104a is inclined downward so that the sewage smoothly flows into the rotary sewage drain 202 to improve the sewage discharge efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, the inclination angle of the bottom wall 104d of the drainage channel 104a relative to the horizontal direction is marked as α, and α is set to be greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 34 degrees, so that on one hand, the dirt can obtain high fluidity, and on the other hand, the dirt can be prevented from splashing in the rotating drainage pipe 202, so that the cleanliness in the rotating drainage pipe 202 can be improved, and the daily cleaning cost can be reduced. Furthermore, because the mode that adopts the upset blowdown carries out the blowdown, under initial condition, rotate blow off pipe 202 and be located initial position (for example, initial position sets up to be perpendicular with the horizontal plane), when needs blowdown, rotate blow off pipe 202 and rotate down, the filth in pelvic cavity 101 and the rotation blow off pipe 202 flows downwards under the effect of gravity in order to discharge, after the blowdown, rotate blow off pipe 202 and can reverse gyration in order to reset, form the water seal in the pelvic cavity 101. If the inclination of the bottom wall 104d of the drainage channel 104a is too large, the drainage outlet 204 is set too low, so as to ensure the water seal height in the basin cavity 101, the size of the rotary drainage pipe 202 in the up-down direction is increased, accordingly, the size of the drainage box 201 is increased, the utilization rate of the space in the toilet bowl body 10 is reduced, and the size of the appearance of the toilet bowl is also increased. Because the inclination angle of the bottom wall 104d of the sewage flow channel 104a is matched with the overturning sewage discharging component 20, a bent water path is not required to be arranged like a common direct-falling toilet bowl to ensure water sealing, or the bent water path is arranged like a common siphon toilet bowl to generate siphon effect.
In the embodiment of the present application, the inclination angle of the bottom wall 104d of the drainage channel 104a is designed, so that the bottom wall 104d forms a smooth slope, which is beneficial to the sewage to smoothly slide down to flow into the rotary drainage pipe 202, and then the rotary drainage pipe 202 rotates to realize drainage. The design of the inclined angle of the bottom wall 104d is effective to reduce the flushing noise while improving the drainage effect.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the drainage channel 104a may be arranged to be inclined downward as a whole, and the top wall 104e and the bottom wall 104d of the drainage channel 104a are arranged to be parallel and inclined downward, so that the dirt may have better fluidity and may be prevented from splashing to some extent.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the height of the drainage flow path 104a is marked as H on a vertical plane (a plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane) of the drainage flow path 104a, and the minimum value of H is designed to be greater than or equal to 5.5 cm to obtain a large drainage aperture, so that the toilet bowl has high drainage efficiency.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the minimum H is designed to be less than or equal to 8.5 cm, which can reduce the influence on the profile of the toilet body 10 to obtain a high aesthetic appearance while achieving a large discharge aperture.
In some exemplary embodiments, the minimum flow area of the waste flowpath 104a is set in the range of 28.0 square centimeters to 68.0 square centimeters. By controlling the minimum flow area of the trapway flow path 104a, higher flushing efficiency is achieved.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the horizontal spacing between the outlet 104c of the waste runner 104a and the outlet of the basin 101 is designated L, i.e., the horizontal spacing between the inlet 104b and the outlet 104c of the waste runner 104 a. The L is set in the range of 3.2 cm to 9.7 cm, so that on one hand, the sewage can obtain better fluidity, and on the other hand, the arrangement space of the installation structure can be provided for the connection of the sewage discharge part 104 and the rotary sewage discharge pipe 202, so as to optimize the integral structural design of the closestool.
