Abstract

本发明提供一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,涉及钢骨梁安装技术领域。本方法包括:分段制作钢骨梁,将整段钢骨梁分为侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁制作。将脚手架横杆连接在脚手架立杆上,使脚手架横杆与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平。将侧边钢骨梁吊装至侧边安装位置,使用第一安装螺栓将侧边钢骨梁连接在钢柱上。将中间钢骨梁吊装至中间安装位置,使用第二安装螺栓将中间钢骨梁的两端分别与两侧的侧边钢骨梁的端部连接。校正侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁的位置。分别在侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁上焊接上下翼缘板,完成钢骨梁安装。通过钢骨梁分段安装的方法,解决了钢骨梁吊装受限的问题,并提高了施工效率,降低施工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢骨梁安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法。
背景技术
目前,随着国民经济的不断发展,近年来我国各地大力开展基础设施建设,钢结构逐渐进入人们的视野中,各种形式的钢结构应运而生,钢骨梁即为其中一种结构形式。
在现有技术中,传统的钢骨梁安装一般是采用具有吊装能力的汽车吊、履带吊、塔吊等机械直接吊装至安装位置,进行安装。由于钢骨梁自身结构具有体积大、重量大的特点,在吊装时较为困难。可能需要多台吊装设备同时进行吊装,但是当施工场地受限时,会进一步增加吊装难度,导致部分钢骨梁无法使用配套的吊装机械进行安装。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,以解决上述问题。
基于上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,按以下步骤进行:
S1、分段制作钢骨梁,将整段钢骨梁分为侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁制作。
S2、将脚手架横杆连接在脚手架立杆上,使脚手架横杆与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平。
S3、将侧边钢骨梁吊装至侧边安装位置,使用第一安装螺栓将侧边钢骨梁连接在钢柱上。
S4、将中间钢骨梁吊装至中间安装位置,使用第二安装螺栓将中间钢骨梁的两端分别与两侧的侧边钢骨梁的端部连接。
S5、校正侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁的位置。
S6、分别在侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁上焊接上下翼缘板,完成钢骨梁安装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、将整段钢骨梁分为侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁,使每段钢骨梁的重量都在塔吊的吊装能力范围之内,降低吊装难度,满足现场施工条件,解决了吊装受限的问题。
2、以脚手架作为支撑,分别对各段钢骨梁进行安装,操作方便,安装难度低,能够有效提高施工效率,降低施工成本,节约工期。
进一步地,S2的具体步骤包括:将扣件连接在脚手架横杆和脚手架立杆上;通过扣件提升脚手架横杆,使脚手架横杆标高与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平;拧紧扣件,将脚手架横杆固定在脚手架立杆上。
进一步地,S5的具体步骤包括:校正侧边钢骨梁、中间钢骨梁与钢柱连接的中心线;校正校正侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁的标高。
进一步地,在S6之前还包括:将第一安装螺栓替换成第一高强螺栓;将第二安装螺栓替换成第二高强螺栓。
进一步地,在S6之后还包括:调整脚手架横杆位置,将脚手架横杆的标高恢复至支模设定标高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明提出的一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,按以下步骤进行:
S1、分段制作钢骨梁,将整段钢骨梁分为侧边钢骨梁2和中间钢骨梁3制作,使每段钢骨梁的重量都在塔吊的吊装能力范围之内。在本实施例中,将钢骨梁分成两个侧边钢骨梁2和一个中间钢骨梁3。
S2、搭设钢柱1和脚手架,对称设置两个钢柱1,两个钢柱1分别固定安装在地面上。脚手架由脚手架立杆4、脚手架横杆5和踩脚板7等组成,脚手架立杆4安装在两个钢柱1之间,脚手架立柱固定连接在地面上,沿两个钢柱1的中心连线对称分布。脚手架横杆5垂直于脚手架立杆4设置,将脚手架横杆5和脚手架立杆4分别穿装在扣件6中,此时脚手架横杆5和脚手架立杆4均可在扣件6中滑动。提升脚手架横杆5,使脚手架横杆5标高与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平。调整好脚手架横杆5的位置后拧紧扣件6,将脚手架横杆5固定在脚手架立杆4上,并将踩脚板7安装在脚手架横杆5上方。
S3、如图2所示,使用塔吊将侧边钢骨梁2吊装至脚手架横杆5上方靠近钢柱1的侧边安装位置,使用第一安装螺栓将侧边钢骨梁2连接在钢柱1上,两个侧边钢骨梁2分别与两侧的钢柱1连接。在操作过程中,工作人员能够在踩脚板7上进行操作。
S4、如图3所示,使用塔吊将中间钢骨梁3吊装至两个侧边钢骨梁2中间的中间安装位置,使用第二安装螺栓将中间钢骨梁3的两端分别与两侧的侧边钢骨梁2的端部连接。三段钢骨梁连接在一起,形成整体钢骨梁。
S5、校正侧边钢骨梁2、中间钢骨梁3与钢柱1连接的中心线,使三段钢骨梁位于同一水平线上。校正校正侧边钢骨梁2和中间钢骨梁3的标高,如图4和图5所示,使钢骨梁的位置位于预设的位置。
S6、对每个节点的安装螺栓由中心向两端依次进行替换,将第一安装螺栓替换成第一高强螺栓,将第二安装螺栓替换成第二高强螺栓,使用高强螺栓保证钢骨梁安装的稳定性,增强承载力。螺栓替换完成后,分别在侧边钢骨梁2和中间钢骨梁3上焊接上下翼缘板,完成钢骨梁的施工。
如图6和图7所示,松动扣件6,调整脚手架横杆5位置,将脚手架横杆5的标高恢复至支模设定标高,脚手架横杆5位置调整完后,拧紧扣件6,将脚手架横杆5的位置固定。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
S1、分段制作钢骨梁,将整段钢骨梁分为侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁制作;
S2、将脚手架横杆连接在脚手架立杆上,使脚手架横杆与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平;
S3、将侧边钢骨梁吊装至侧边安装位置,使用第一安装螺栓将侧边钢骨梁连接在钢柱上;
S4、将中间钢骨梁吊装至中间安装位置,使用第二安装螺栓将中间钢骨梁的两端分别与两侧的侧边钢骨梁的端部连接;
S5、校正侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁的位置;
S6、分别在侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁上焊接上下翼缘板,完成钢骨梁安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,其特征在于,S2的具体步骤包括:
将扣件连接在脚手架横杆和脚手架立杆上;
通过扣件提升脚手架横杆,使脚手架横杆标高与钢骨梁预设位置的底面齐平;
拧紧扣件,将脚手架横杆固定在脚手架立杆上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,其特征在于,S5的具体步骤包括:
校正侧边钢骨梁、中间钢骨梁与钢柱连接的中心线;
校正校正侧边钢骨梁和中间钢骨梁的标高。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,其特征在于,在S6之前还包括:
将第一安装螺栓替换成第一高强螺栓;
将第二安装螺栓替换成第二高强螺栓。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于吊装受限的钢骨梁分段施工方法,其特征在于,在S6之后还包括:调整脚手架横杆位置,将脚手架横杆的标高恢复至支模设定标高。
