家禽属于恒温动物,环境温度处于适温值时,其生长、发育、繁殖功能表现最佳状态,生产效率最高;环境温度超出适温值时,机体随即需要调整生理活动与行为,以适应气温的变化,维持正常体温,保证正常生长发育的需要。
长期和较大幅度的气温升高(32度以上),则会使家禽生理功能紊乱,生长发育迟缓,并由此导致一系列的生产指标(例如生长速度、胴体质量、种蛋受精率、孵化率等)下降,甚至造成家禽衰竭死亡等,使生产者亏损。
发明内容
为了降低禽类的热应激性,本申请提供降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,采用如下的技术方案:
降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,包括玉米55-65份,豆油0.5-2份、豆粕20-25份、玉米蛋白粉1-3份、石粒5-9份、复合氨基酸0.25-0.35份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.03份、胆汁酸0.1-0.3份、黄连粉0.3-0.9份、甘草粉0.2-0.5份、板蓝根粉0.1-0.2份、绿豆粉10-20份、冬瓜粉40-80份。

综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请制备的饲料组合物具有降低禽类热应激性,降低禽类在高温环境下的存活率以及活性的效果,同时,这种饲料还使得禽类在高温环境下可以获得较高的体重增长,具有巨大的经济效应。
2、本申请中优选采用胆汁酸和黄连粉,并对二者的用量进行限定,从而进一步的提高了禽类对高温环境的抵抗能力。
具体实施方式
本申请所用原料均可通过市售获得,
豆粕购买自济南顺阳化工科技有限公司生产的饲料级大豆粕;
玉米蛋白粉购买自济南顺意鑫新材料科技有限公司;
70%赖氨酸硫酸盐购买自济南孟乔化工有限公司的L-赖氨酸硫酸盐;
L-蛋氨酸砜购买自山东多聚化学有限公司的饲料级L-蛋氨酸砜;
微生物E购买自河北创源生物科技有限公司的饲料级维生素E;
胆汁酸购买自山东国化化学有限公司的饲料级胆酸钠。
实施例
降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,按重量份计,包括玉米55-65份,豆油0.5-2份、豆粕20-25份、玉米蛋白粉1-3份、石粒5-9份、复合氨基酸0.25-0.35份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.03份、胆汁酸0.1-0.3份、黄连粉0.3-0.9份、甘草粉0.2-0.5份、板蓝根粉0.1-0.2份、绿豆粉10-20份、冬瓜粉40-80份。
优选的,黄连粉与胆汁酸的重量比为(5-7):2;更优选的,连粉与胆汁酸的重量比为6:2。
优选的,黄连粉、甘草粉、板蓝根粉的重量比为6:(2-4):(1-2);更优选的黄连粉、甘草粉、板蓝根粉的重量比为6:3:2。
优选的,赖氨酸与L-蛋氨酸的重量比为0.8-1.2:1;更优选的赖氨酸与L-蛋氨酸的重量比为1:1。
优选的,绿豆粉与冬瓜粉的重量比为1:(3-5);更优选的,绿豆粉与冬瓜粉的重量比为1:4。
实施例1
一种降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,包括玉米62g、豆油1g、豆粕23g、玉米蛋白粉2g、石粒7g、赖氨酸0.1g、L-蛋氨酸0.1g、抗氧化剂0.02g、胆汁酸0.1g、黄连粉0.3g、甘草粉0.2g、板蓝根粉0.1g、绿豆粉15g、冬瓜粉60g。
一种降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤,按计量份称取原料,并将原料充分混合,即得到降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物。
实施例2-13与实施例1的不同之处在于各组分配比不同,饲料组合物制备方法完全相同。
对比例1-9与实施例1的不同之处在于各组分配比不同,饲料组合物制备方法完全相同。

性能检测试验选取66只体重在0.40±0.01kg的白羽肉鸡,随机分成22组,每组3只白羽肉鸡,并对这些分组分别命名为实验组1-13和对比组1-9。并对这些实验组和对比组分别投喂实施例1-13和对比例1-9制得的饲料组合物。
实验组1-13分别对应使用实施例1-13的饲料组合物进行投喂;
对比组1-9分别对应使用对比例1-9的饲料组合物进行投喂。
实验组和饲料组均放置在35℃的恒温环境下对白羽肉鸡进行饲养,饲养周期30天。
30天后检测白羽肉鸡存活情况、活跃状态以及统计存活白羽肉鸡的平均体重。
经过30天的饲养,实施例1-13的白羽肉鸡全部成活,白羽肉鸡精神活跃,体重有明显增长。对比组1-9中白羽肉鸡体重增长缓慢,对比组1的白羽肉鸡中有一只在13天时死亡,剩余两只白羽肉鸡不活跃;对比组2-5中白羽肉鸡活动性差;对比组6中一只白羽肉鸡在饲养第25天死亡。对比组8-9的白羽肉鸡出现了不同程度的腹泻。

参考表2,结合实验组1-5和对比组1-3可以看出胆汁酸和黄连粉的加入可以有效的降低禽类的热应激性,从而提高禽类对于高温环境的适应性,同时还可以加快禽类的长肉量和存活率,参考对比组3当胆汁酸和黄连粉加入过多容易影响饲料的适口性,从而影响禽类食量,进而影响长肉率。
胆汁酸和黄连粉的用量以及胆汁酸和黄连粉重量比的变化均会影响禽类体重的增长。
胆汁酸的用量为0.1-0.3kg,尤其是0.2kg时,效果最优;
黄连粉的用量为0.3-0.9kg,尤其是0.6kg时,效果最优;
当胆汁酸与黄连粉重量比为1:3时,效果最优。
实验组4中胆汁酸和黄连粉的用量以及胆汁酸和黄连粉重量比均为最佳值,所以白羽肉鸡的平均体重可以达到2.58千克,为最优。而在实验组1中胆汁酸与黄连粉重量同样为1:3,所以即使在胆汁酸和黄连粉不在最优用量的情况下,仍可以保持较高的效果。
结合实验组4、6-9可以看出,甘草粉和板蓝根粉用量的调整可以改善饲料适口性,中和黄连粉与胆汁酸的口感,从而提高饲料的适口性,进而提高了禽类饲养后的平均体重。甘草粉和板蓝根同样的可以提高禽类抗热应激性的能力,进而提高禽类存活率和改善禽类的健康状况。
结合对比组4-7,以及实验组9,缺少甘草粉、板蓝根粉、绿豆粉、冬瓜粉中任意一种组分时,饲料组合物的效果均会发生减低。
结合实施例9-13,绿豆粉和冬瓜粉的加入可以进一步的提高饲料组合物清热解毒的作用,从而降低禽类的热应激性;然而参考对比组8、9,当绿豆粉和冬瓜粉用量过大时容易导致禽类腹泻,从而影响禽类体重的增长。

Claims (10)
1.降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,按重量份计,包括玉米55-65份,豆油0.5-2份、豆粕20-25份、玉米蛋白粉1-3份、石粒5-9份、复合氨基酸0.25-0.35份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.03份、胆汁酸0.1-0.3份、黄连粉0.3-0.9份、甘草粉0.2-0.5份、板蓝根粉0.1-0.2份、绿豆粉10-20份、冬瓜粉40-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自微生物E、乙氧基喹啉、抗坏血酸和异抗坏血酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述黄连粉与所述胆汁酸的重量比为(5-7):2。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述黄连粉、所述甘草粉、所述板蓝根粉的重量比为6:(2-4):(1-2)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述黄连粉、所述甘草粉、所述板蓝根粉的重量比为6:3:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于, 所述复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸和L-蛋氨酸,赖氨酸和L-蛋氨酸的重量比0.8-1.2:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述赖氨酸为70%赖氨酸硫酸盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,所述绿豆粉与所述冬瓜粉的重量比为1:(3-5)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括玉米62份、豆油1份、豆粕23份、玉米蛋白粉2份、石粒7份、赖氨酸0.1份、L-蛋氨酸0.1份、抗氧化剂0.02份、胆汁酸0.2份、黄连粉0.6份、甘草粉0.3份、板蓝根粉0.2份、绿豆粉15份、冬瓜粉60份。
10.一种制备如权利要求1-9任一所述的降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:
按计量份称取玉米、豆油、豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、石粒、复合氨基酸、抗氧化剂、胆汁酸、黄连粉、甘草粉、板蓝根粉、绿豆粉、冬瓜粉;
将原料混合均匀,即得到降低禽类热应激的饲料组合物。
