Abstract
本发明公开一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料及其制备方法和应用,该肉鸡全价饲料营养丰富,组分搭配合理,显著提升白羽肉鸡长势,降低料肉比。本发明的羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,由以下组分按一定的重量比组成:玉米,豆粕,玉米酒精糟,面粉,玉米蛋白粉,膨润土,石粉,磷酸氢钙,猪油,赖氨酸,食盐,小苏打,蛋氨酸,苏氨酸,复合维生素,复合微量元素,氯化胆碱,植酸酶,胆汁酸,复合酶,抗氧化剂。本发明所述的白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料的制备方法,将玉米、豆粕、分别粉碎后,与20公斤油脂及剩余其它原料按配比混合搅拌均匀,经水蒸气调质、制粒机制粒后,喷涂剩余油脂即可。本发明的白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,设计科学,配方合理。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
白羽肉鸡产业具有节粮节水、低碳环保、生产周期短、产出效益快等优势,已经成为我国畜牧业重要的支柱产业。我国大部分地区都有养殖,以山东、河南、辽宁、吉林、江苏和广东等省份养殖较多,常见的品种有艾维因、AA、罗斯308和科宝等。
受非洲猪瘟影响和环保压力影响,白羽肉鸡养殖面临的压力越来越大:2019年鸡苗市场维持供给紧缺状态,鸡苗开市价格显著高于以往年份;鸡病越来越多、越来越复杂;养殖工人越来越难找,工资越涨越高,人工成本不断增加。白羽肉鸡成本管控越来越高,养户对白羽肉鸡的料肉比要求越来越高,以追求可观的经济效益。
白羽肉鸡在不同阶段生理特性不同,仔鸡中期主要是肉鸡的骨骼***和心血管***得到发育,对蛋白质和氨基酸的需求较高,对能量的需求较低;37日龄后的后期仔鸡,是肌体快速增重的后期,是脂肪沉积的最佳时期,沉淀脂肪能力强,所以对能量的需求也有所增加,但后期对蛋白质和氨基酸的需要逐渐降低。
因白羽肉鸡出栏周期短,所以以往养户基本上两阶段饲喂模式,但根据鸡的生理特性,仔鸡后期营养需求应区别于仔鸡中期,在中后期应饲喂不同的饲料,仔鸡后期饲喂白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料更加科学、合理,有利于鸡只增重,降低料肉比。

针对上述问题,本发明提供一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,营养丰富,组分搭配合理,有效地提升白羽肉鸡长势,降低料肉比。
本发明还提供了该肉鸡全价饲料的制备方法。

本发明所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米42-60份,豆粕20-32份,面粉4-10份,猪油6-10份,玉米酒精糟0-4份,玉米蛋白粉0-4份,石粉1.3-1.4份,磷酸氢钙1.15-1.25份,赖氨酸0.45-0.75份,蛋氨酸0.2-0.25份,食盐0.2-0.3份,膨润土0.3-0.6份,小苏打0-0.2份,复合维生素0.17-0.2份,苏氨酸0.14-0.25份,复合微量元素0.15-0.2份,氯化胆碱0.06-0.1份,复合酶0.02-0.03份,胆汁酸0.03-0.04份,植酸酶0.02-0.03份,抗氧化剂0.01-0.02份。

本发明所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料的制备方法,将玉米、豆粕粉进行粉碎后,与20公斤油脂及剩余其它原料按配比混合搅拌均匀,经80-90℃水蒸气调质4min,经制粒机(环模孔径3.5mm,压缩比1:14)制粒,喷涂剩余油脂至颗粒饲料中。
进一步地,所述玉米、豆粕采用筛孔直径为2.5mm的粉碎机进行粉碎,所述制粒机的环模孔径为3.5mm,压缩比1:14。
本发明所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料的应用,所述肉鸡全价饲料于白羽肉鸡出栏前至少一周开始使用,45天以上出栏,建议38天开始使用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,设计科学,配方合理。与传统仔鸡中后期饲喂同一饲料相比,于仔鸡后期饲喂白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,营养更合理可有效地提升白羽肉鸡出栏重量,降低死淘率,显著降低料肉比。

试验在某肉鸡养殖场进行,选择肉中鸡饲料(不添加药物)作为对照组,饲喂实施例1-3制得的白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料为试验组。
对照组:肉中鸡饲料(不添加药物)含有以下组份:玉米50.7份,豆粕25.4份,面粉8.0份,猪油5.0份,玉米酒精糟4.0份,玉米蛋白粉2.5份,石粉1.16份,磷酸氢钙1.25份,赖氨酸0.7份,蛋氨酸0.29份,食盐0.2份,小苏打0.2份,膨润土0.32份,复合维生素0.2份,苏氨酸0.20份,复合微量元素0.15份,氯化胆碱0.08份,复合酶0.02份,胆汁酸0.03份,植酸酶0.02份,抗氧化剂0.02份。

发明人所在公司技术部于2019年4-5月在养殖户蛋鸡场进行了为期50天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因素对比试验设计,将8415只初生白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组约2103羽。每组0-21天饲喂肉小鸡料,22-37天饲喂中鸡料,38-50天分别饲喂中鸡料(不添加药物)、后期实施例1的催肥料、后期实施例2催肥料、后期实施例3催肥料,试验期间自由采食和饮水,统计白羽肉鸡出栏的生产性能。
本实施例公开了采用本发明白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料进行的饲喂实验。

试验结果表明:仔鸡后期饲喂本发明的白羽肉鸡后期催肥日粮明显比继续饲喂肉中鸡日粮长势快,料肉比低,死淘率有降低趋势。具体分析如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米45-55份,豆粕22-30份,面粉5-10份,猪油7-9份,玉米酒精糟0-4份,玉米蛋白粉0-4份,石粉1.3-1.4份,磷酸氢钙1.15-1.25份,赖氨酸0.45-0.75份,蛋氨酸0.2-0.25份,食盐0.2-0.3份,膨润土0.3-0.6份,小苏打0-0.2份,复合维生素0.17-0.2份,苏氨酸0.14-0.25份,复合微量元素0.15-0.2份,氯化胆碱0.06-0.1份,复合酶0.02份,胆汁酸0.03份,植酸酶0.02份,抗氧化剂0.01-0.02份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米52.8份,豆粕23.5份,面粉7.0份,猪油7.0份,玉米酒精糟1.0份,玉米蛋白粉4.0份,石粉1.38份,磷酸氢钙1.23份,赖氨酸0.70份,蛋氨酸0.20份,食盐0.20份,膨润土0.32份,小苏打0.20份,复合维生素0.20份,苏氨酸0.19份,复合微量元素0.17份,氯化胆碱0.06份,复合酶0.03份,胆汁酸0.03份,植酸酶0.02份,抗氧化剂0.02份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种含一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素以每千克计,包括维生素A 3500000-5000000IU,维生素D 9000000-1800000IU,维生素E≥5500mg,维生素K3≥2400mg,维生素B1≥580mg,维生素B2≥20000mg,维生素B6≥1300mg。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,所述复合微量元素以每千克计,包括硒0.08-0.3g,碘1.5-3g,铜5.6-12g,铁36-78g,锌33-70g,锰47-100g,余量为载体,所述载体为饲料级米糠粕、麦饭石中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶由木聚糖酶和果胶酶组成,其中木聚糖酶酶活≥15000U/g,果胶酶酶活≥1000U/g;所述植酸酶为耐高温植酸酶,其中植酸酶活力≥10000U/g。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料,其特征在于,所述的胆汁酸中的胆汁酸有效含量≥20%。
8.根据权利1-7任一项所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,将玉米、豆粕粉进行粉碎后,与20公斤油脂及剩余其它原料按配比混合搅拌均匀,经80-90℃水蒸气调质4min,经制粒机制粒,喷涂剩余油脂至颗粒饲料中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述玉米、豆粕采用筛孔直径为2.5mm的粉碎机进行粉碎;制粒机的环模孔径为3.5mm,压缩比1:14。
10.根据权利1-7任一项所述的一种白羽肉鸡后期催肥全价饲料的应用,其特征在于,所述肉鸡全价饲料于白羽肉鸡出栏前至少一周开始使用,45天以上出栏,建议38天开始使用。
