specifically, when a customer transacts a bank flow query service through telephone banking service, after a customer account is provided for a customer service staff, the customer service staff can input the customer account into a service transaction terminal, and perform a customer bank flow query operation at the service transaction terminal, the service transaction terminal can send a bank flow query request to a server and send a password input prompt voice to a customer telephone terminal, and the customer terminal can receive the password input prompt voice and play the password input prompt voice. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the client telephone terminal is a client terminal, that is, a bank hotline is called by the client terminal. The client terminal comprises but is not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer and other devices capable of making a call and receiving a 5G message.
For example, the password input prompting voice is "please input the password of the card or account with the tail number XXXX at the keyboard of the mobile phone, ending with #".

Specifically, after hearing the password input prompt voice, the client can input password information on the client terminal, the client terminal sends the password information to the bank telephone terminal, the bank telephone terminal forwards the password information to the service handling terminal, and the service handling terminal sends the password information to the server. The server carries out telephone banking service verification according to the client account and the password information, and if the client account is matched with the password information, the server can return verification passing information to the service handling terminal.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the method for remotely obtaining bank flow provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
receiving authentication failure information and the client bank flow sent by the server through a 5G message; wherein the authentication failure information and the client bank flow are sent by the server after the authentication of the client face information fails.
Specifically, the server verifies the client face information after receiving the client face information, compares the received client face information with the client face information in the system, if the received client face information is not matched with the client face information in the system, the client face information verification fails, and the server can return verification failure information and the client bank flow to the client terminal through a 5G message, wherein the returned client bank flow is the client bank flow which is not corrected under the condition that the client face information verification fails.
The following describes a specific implementation process of the remote acquiring method of the bank flow according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Customer a needs 1 part bank card of the latest half year of the bank flow and needs to be stamped. Client a dials a telephone bank hotline for transaction through his own smart phone, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 5.
The first step is to access telephone banking services. The customer A dials a bank hotline through the smart phone and is combined with a telephone bank server, and the customer service worker B answers the telephone bank hotline dialed by the customer A through a bank telephone terminal.
And step two, sending a bank flow inquiry request. The customer A informs the customer service person B that the customer service person B needs to handle the bank pipelining query service, and provides the bank card number to the customer service person B, the customer service person B inputs the bank card number into the service handling terminal, and carries out query operation of customer bank pipelining at the service handling terminal, the service handling terminal can send a bank pipelining query request to the server, and the bank pipelining query request carries the bank card number.
And thirdly, sending a password input prompt tone. And the business handling terminal sends a bank pipelining query request and simultaneously sends a password input prompting voice to the smart phone of the client A through the bank telephone terminal. After receiving the password input prompting voice, the client A inputs a bank card password on the smart phone, and the smart phone sends the bank card password to the business handling terminal through the bank phone terminal.
And step four, receiving and sending the password information. And the business handling terminal receives the bank card password and then sends the bank card password to the server.
And fifthly, verifying the password information. The server receives the bank card number and the bank card password, then verifies whether the bank card number is matched with the bank card password, if so, returns verification passing information to the business handling terminal, and then enters the sixth step; if the bank card number is not matched with the bank card password, a verification failure message can be returned to the business handling terminal, and the process is ended.
And sixthly, receiving the instruction information generated by the bank flow. After checking the verification passing information displayed by the business handling terminal, the customer service person B inquires the time range of the bank flow which needs to be inquired by the customer A through the bank telephone terminal, and the customer A can feed back the time range to the customer service person B through the smart phone, wherein the time range is half a year before the current time. And the customer service worker B inputs corresponding half-year time as the inquiry time range of the bank flow of the customer A at the service handling terminal, and performs operation of generating the bank flow of the customer A at the service handling terminal, the service handling terminal sends bank flow generation indicating information to the server, and the bank flow generation indicating information comprises the inquiry time range of the bank flow of the customer A.
And step seven, generating the bank flow. The server receives the instruction information generated by the bank flow, and then obtains the corresponding transaction information of the bank card in the inquiry time range of the bank flow of the client A according to the bank card number and the bank card password to generate the client bank flow. After the server generates the client bank flow, the server can return the client bank flow generation success information to the business handling terminal.
And after the service personnel B checks the successful information of the production of the flow line of the customer bank at the service handling terminal, inquiring whether the customer A needs to stamp the flow line of the customer bank through the bank telephone terminal, and if the service personnel B answers that the customer A needs to stamp through the smart phone feedback, entering the eighth step. And if the customer service person B answers the feedback of the client A through the smart phone and does not need to be sealed, entering the twelfth step.
And step eight, sending stamping indication information. The customer service staff B inquires about the identity card number of the client A, and then sends stamping indication information to the server through the service handling terminal, wherein the stamping indication information comprises the identity card number of the client A.
And step nine, sending a verification link. After receiving the stamping indication information, the server verifies the ID card number of the client A, can inquire the ID card number corresponding to the bank card number, compares the ID card number corresponding to the bank card number with the ID card number of the client A, and passes the ID card number verification if the ID card number and the bank card number are the same. The server inquires the corresponding mobile phone number through the bank card number, and then sends a verification link to the client terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number through the 5G message, wherein the verification link is used for carrying out face verification on the client A.
And step ten, carrying out face verification. If the mobile phone number corresponding to the smart phone of the client A is the same as the mobile phone number corresponding to the bank card number, the smart phone of the client A receives the verification link, the client A opens the verification link, the face information of the client A is collected through the smart phone, and the face information of the client A is sent to the server through the 5G message by the smart phone. The server verifies the face information of the client A, and if the face information passes the verification, the eleventh step is carried out; if the verification is not passed, the thirteenth step is entered.
And step eleven, generating and sending the bank flow file. The server can stamp bank electronic seals on the generated client bank flow, then generates a client bank flow file, and sends the client bank flow file to the smart phone of the client A through 5G messages.
And step ten, sending the seal-free indication information. And the customer service staff B can send the non-stamping indication information to the server through the service handling terminal.
And step thirteen, sending the bank flow. And after receiving the non-stamping indication information, the server sends the client bank flow to the client terminal through a 5G message for the client to view at the client terminal.
If any problem occurs to the generated bank running water, the client can trigger one-key consultation service by clicking the quick service link, and immediately connects with a customer service staff through a telephone or a video to carry out problem consultation.
The invention provides a bank pipelining remote acquisition method, which has the following advantages:
(1) the client can remotely obtain the sealed bank flow, the sealed bank flow can be immediately sent to the client terminal in a file form, other software does not need to be additionally installed and registered, and the operation flow is concise;
(2) when a customer transacts the bank flow, the identity authentication process is realized by means of 5G information, and on the premise of ensuring the safety, the transaction flow file with the bank seal can be provided for the customer for printing, so that the process that the customer goes to a website to supplement the seal is omitted, and the convenience of transacting the business by the customer is greatly improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote acquiring apparatus of a bank flow according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and the remote acquiring apparatus of the bank flow according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first receiving module 601, a second receiving module 602, an authenticating module 603, a third receiving module 604, a generating module 605, and a sending module 606, where:
the first receiving module 601 is used for receiving the indication information of bank flow generation and generating the customer bank flow according to the customer service information; the bank pipelining generation indication information is sent by a business handling terminal after a client verifies and provides client business information through telephone banking business; the second receiving module 602 is configured to receive seal indication information sent by the service handling terminal, where the seal indication information includes a certificate number of a client; the verification module 603 is configured to send a verification link to the corresponding client terminal through a 5G message if the certificate number passes verification; the third receiving module 604 is configured to receive client face information sent by the client terminal through a 5G message; wherein the client face information is sent by the client terminal after detecting the trigger operation of the verification link; the generating module 605 is configured to, after it is determined that the face information of the client passes the verification, add a bank electronic seal to the client bank and generate a client bank flow file; the sending module 606 is configured to send the customer bank pipelining file to the customer terminal through a 5G message.
Specifically, the first receiving module 601 receives the running generation instruction information of the customer bank, and then obtains the transaction information corresponding to the customer account in the inquiry time range of the running of the customer bank according to the customer account and the password information to generate the running of the customer bank.
After the generation of the customer bank flow, the second receiving module 602 may return the successful information of the customer bank flow generation to the service handling terminal, after the service staff checks the successful information of the customer bank flow generation at the service handling terminal, the service staff may inquire whether the customer needs to stamp the customer bank flow through the bank telephone terminal, if the service staff receives that the customer feeds back the information that the stamping is needed through the customer telephone terminal, the service staff may inquire the certificate number of the customer, and then send stamping indication information to the second receiving module 602 through the service handling terminal, where the stamping indication information includes the certificate number of the customer.
After receiving the stamping indication information, the second receiving module 602 may verify the certificate number of the client, and the second receiving module 602 may query the certificate number corresponding to the client account, compare the certificate number corresponding to the client account with the certificate number of the client included in the stamping indication information, and if the two are the same, verify the certificate number. The second receiving module 602 may query a corresponding mobile phone number through a customer account, and then send a verification link to a customer terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number through a 5G message, where the verification link is used to perform face verification on a customer.
After receiving the 5G message, the client terminal may prompt a new message, open the 5G message on the client terminal, enter face information by clicking a verification link, and send the face information of the client to the verification module 603 through the 5G message.
After receiving the customer face information, the generating module 605 verifies the customer face information, the generating module 605 compares the received customer face information with the customer face information in the system, if the received customer face information is matched with the customer face information in the system, the received customer face information passes the verification, the generating module 605 stamps electronic seals on the generated customer bank running water, and then generates a customer bank running water file. The customer bank flow file includes a customer bank flow that stamps the bank electronic seal. The face information of the client in the system can be face information reserved by the client or face information on a certificate of the client, and the face information is set according to actual needs.
The sending module 606 may send the customer bank pipelining file to the customer terminal through a 5G message. After the client terminal receives the 5G message, the client can view the client bank pipelining file at the client terminal.
The remote acquisition device of the bank pipelining provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive the instruction information generated by the bank pipelining, and generates the client bank flow according to the client service information, receives the stamping indication information sent by the service handling terminal, the stamping indication information comprises the certificate number of the client, if the certificate number passes the verification, transmitting a verification link to a client terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number through the 5G message, receiving the face information of the client transmitted by the client terminal through the 5G message, if the face information of the client is verified, the electronic seal of the bank is added to the pipelining of the client bank, the pipelining file of the client bank is generated and sent to the client terminal through the 5G message, the client can remotely handle the pipelining business of the bank and obtain the pipelining of the stamped bank without going to a bank outlet, and the handling efficiency of the pipelining business of the bank is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote acquiring apparatus of a bank flow according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the remote acquiring apparatus of a bank flow according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a sixth receiving module 607 and an information verifying module 608, where:
the sixth receiving module 607 is configured to receive a service verification request sent by the service handling terminal, where the service verification request includes password information; the information verification module 608 is configured to verify the customer account according to the password information; and the client account is sent by the service transaction terminal in advance.

the fourth receiving module 1001 is configured to receive an authentication link sent by a server through a 5G message; the verification link is sent after the server verifies the certificate number of the client included in the stamping indication information after generating the client bank flow and receiving the stamping indication information sent by the business handling terminal; the detection module 1002 is configured to, after detecting a trigger operation on the verification link, acquire face information of a client and send the face information to the server; the fifth receiving module 1003 is configured to receive the client bank flow file sent by the server; and the client bank running file is generated after the server judges that the face information of the client passes the verification and stamps an electronic seal of the bank on the client bank running.
Specifically, when a client transacts a bank flow query service through a telephone bank, after providing a client account number and inputting password information through a client telephone terminal, and providing a query time range of the client bank flow, the fourth receiving module 1001 may receive an authentication link sent by a server through a 5G message. The verification link is sent after the server verifies the certificate number of the client included in the stamping indication information after generating the client bank flow and receiving the stamping indication information sent by the business handling terminal.
The client terminal can prompt the client to receive a new message, the client opens a 5G message, the face information is input by clicking the verification link, and the detection module 1002 sends the face information of the client to the server through the 5G message after acquiring the face information of the client.
The server verifies the client face information after receiving the client face information, compares the received client face information with the client face information in the system, if the received client face information is matched with the client face information in the system, the received client face information passes the verification, and the server adds bank electronic seals to the generated client bank running water and then generates a client bank running water file. The server may send the client bank pipelining file to the fifth receiving module 1003 through a 5G message, and the fifth receiving module 1003 may receive the client bank pipelining file. The customer can view the received customer bank flow file.
The bank pipelining remote acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive the verification link sent by the server through the 5G message; the verification link is sent after the server generates a client bank flow and receives the stamping indication information sent by the business handling terminal, the certificate number of the client included in the stamping indication information is verified and passed, and if the triggering operation of the verification link is detected, the face information of the client is obtained and sent to the server; receiving a client bank flow file sent by the server; the client bank pipelining file is generated after the server judges that the face information of the client passes verification and applies a bank electronic seal to the pipelining of the client bank, the client can remotely handle the pipelining business of the bank and obtain the banked pipelining without going to a bank outlet, and the handling efficiency of the pipelining business of the bank is improved.

1. A bank pipelining remote acquisition method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving bank flow generation indication information, and generating a customer bank flow according to customer service information; the bank pipelining generation indication information is sent by a business handling terminal after a client verifies and provides client business information through telephone banking business;
receiving sealing indication information sent by the business handling terminal, wherein the sealing indication information comprises a certificate number of a client;
if the certificate number passes the verification, sending a verification link to a corresponding client terminal through a 5G message;
receiving client face information sent by the client terminal through a 5G message; wherein the client face information is sent by the client terminal after detecting the trigger operation of the verification link;
if the face information of the customer is judged to pass the verification, a bank electronic seal is stamped on the running water of the customer bank and a running water file of the customer bank is generated;
and sending the client bank flow file to the client terminal through a 5G message.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a service verification request sent by the service handling terminal, wherein the service verification request comprises password information;
verifying the customer account according to the password information; and the client account is sent by the service transaction terminal in advance.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
