After receiving the service handling request, the counter service terminal can judge whether counter parameters included in the service handling request are matched with the counter service terminal, if so, the counter service terminal can prompt a bank counter to process the service corresponding to the service type of the bank account, and a bank teller can handle related services for clients on the counter of the bank.
The business processing device based on the bank counter, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can scan the business two-dimensional code, obtain the business identifier, the business type and the counter parameter which are included by the business two-dimensional code, obtain the bank account selected by the customer, and send the business handling request to the business server so that the business server forwards the business handling request to the counter business terminal to process and prompt the business corresponding to the business type of the bank account, so that the customer can handle related business without carrying account media such as a bank card or a bankbook, and the convenience of business handling is improved. In addition, because the customer does not need to carry the account medium, the customer is prevented from taking the account medium home and then returning the account medium to the bank for handling due to forgetting to carry the account medium, and the customer experience is improved.

receiving a service handling request forwarded by a mobile terminal through a service server, wherein the service handling request comprises the service identification, the service type, a bank account and the counter parameter; the service transaction request is sent by the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal scans the service two-dimensional code and acquires the bank account;
and prompting to process the service corresponding to the service type of the bank account if the counter parameter is judged to be matched with the local service terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before generating and displaying the service two-dimensional code according to the service information:
sending an identity authentication request to the service server, wherein the identity authentication request comprises an identity card number of the client;
if the identity authentication passing information is received, prompting the client to pass the identity authentication; and the identity authentication passing information is sent after the service server verifies that the client is the client of the current bank based on the identity card number.
3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the type of service is withdrawal or transfer.
4. A business processing method based on bank counter is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning a service two-dimensional code to obtain a service identifier, a service type and a counter parameter which are included in the service two-dimensional code; the business two-dimensional code is generated by the counter business terminal according to business information;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a bank account selected by a client, and sending a service handling request to a service server so that the service server forwards the service handling request to the counter service terminal to perform service handling prompt corresponding to the service type on the bank account.
5. A business processing device based on bank counter, characterized by comprising:

a first sending unit, configured to send an identity authentication request to the service server, where the identity authentication request includes an identity card number of a client;
the second prompting unit is used for prompting the client to pass the identity authentication after receiving the identity authentication passing information; and the identity authentication passing information is sent after the service server verifies that the client is the client of the current bank based on the identity card number.
7. The apparatus of claim 5 or 6, wherein the type of transaction is a withdrawal or a transfer.
8. A business processing device based on bank counter, characterized by comprising:
the scanning unit is used for scanning the service two-dimensional code and acquiring a service identifier, a service type and counter parameters which are included in the service two-dimensional code; the business two-dimensional code is generated by the counter business terminal according to business information;
and the second sending unit is used for acquiring the bank account selected by the customer and sending a service handling request to the service server so that the service server forwards the service handling request to the counter service terminal to perform processing prompt of the service corresponding to the service type on the bank account.
