1. A personal credit investigation method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
when a personal credit investigation request sent by a user through a 5G message is received, acquiring personal information of the user from an operator system to which the 5G message belongs;
sending the personal information of the user to a credit investigation system so that the credit investigation system can verify the received personal information according to the reserved personal information of the user;
when the personal verification passing notice fed back by the credit investigation system is received, carrying out identity authentication on the user through the 5G message;
and if the identity authentication of the user passes, inquiring credit investigation information of the user from the credit investigation system, and forwarding the inquired credit investigation information to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the personal credit investigation request sent by the user through the 5G message, the method further comprises:
sending a specified mobile phone number and credit investigation service notification content to an operator system so that the operator system generates a 5G message according to the credit investigation service notification content and sends the 5G message to the specified mobile phone number, wherein the credit investigation service notification content comprises the content of requesting to acquire the personal information of a user in the user investigation operator system authorized by the user;
and receiving a personal credit investigation request sent by a user, wherein the personal credit investigation request comprises a confirmation authorization notice.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein authenticating the user identity via a 5G message comprises:
sending a 5G message for identity authentication of a user to the user, wherein the 5G message for identity authentication of the user comprises an authentication type which indicates the user to send, and the authentication type comprises a short message verification code, a face image or a face video for reading specified content;
receiving authentication 5G information sent by a user according to the authentication type;
when the authentication type is a short message verification code, comparing the short message verification code in the authentication 5G message with the short message verification code sent to the user, and if the comparison is successful, confirming that the identity authentication of the user is passed;
when the authentication type is a face image, comparing the face image in the authentication 5G message with a face image reserved by the user, and if the comparison is successful, confirming that the identity authentication of the user passes;
and when the authentication type is a face video with the read-out appointed content, comparing a face image intercepted from the video in the authentication 5G message with a face image reserved by the user, comparing the mouth shape in the video with the mouth shape of the appointed content, and if the face image and the mouth shape are compared successfully, determining that the identity authentication of the user is passed.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after authenticating the user by a 5G message, the method further comprises:
if the identity authentication of the user is not passed, sending a notification that the identity authentication of the user is not passed to the user, and prompting the user to resend an authentication 5G message corresponding to the authentication type;
recording the times of the user identity authentication failure, and refusing the personal credit investigation request of the user when the preset times are reached.
5. An apparatus for inquiring personal credit information, the apparatus comprising:
when the communication module receives a personal credit investigation request sent by a user through a 5G message, the acquisition module acquires personal information of the user from an operator system to which the 5G message belongs;
the communication module is also used for sending the personal information of the user to the credit investigation system so that the credit investigation system can verify the received personal information according to the reserved personal information of the user;
when the communication module receives the personal verification passing notice fed back by the credit investigation system, the authentication module is used for carrying out personal identity authentication on the user through the 5G message;
and the communication module is also used for inquiring credit investigation information of the user from the credit investigation system and forwarding the inquired credit investigation information to the user if the identity authentication of the user passes.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the communication module is further configured to:
sending a specified mobile phone number and credit investigation service notification content to an operator system so that the operator system generates a 5G message according to the credit investigation service notification content and sends the 5G message to the specified mobile phone number, wherein the credit investigation service notification content comprises the content of requesting to acquire the personal information of a user in the user investigation operator system authorized by the user;
and receiving a personal credit investigation request sent by a user, wherein the personal credit investigation request comprises a confirmation authorization notice.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the authentication module is configured to:
sending a 5G message for identity authentication of a user to the user, wherein the 5G message for identity authentication of the user comprises an authentication type which indicates the user to send, and the authentication type comprises a short message verification code, a face image or a face video for reading specified content;
receiving authentication 5G information sent by a user according to the authentication type;
when the authentication type is a short message verification code, comparing the short message verification code in the authentication 5G message with the short message verification code sent to the user, and if the comparison is successful, confirming that the identity authentication of the user is passed;
when the authentication type is a face image, comparing the face image in the authentication 5G message with a face image reserved by the user, and if the comparison is successful, confirming that the identity authentication of the user passes;
and when the authentication type is a face video with the read-out appointed content, comparing a face image intercepted from the video in the authentication 5G message with a face image reserved by the user, comparing the mouth shape in the video with the mouth shape of the appointed content, and if the face image and the mouth shape are compared successfully, determining that the identity authentication of the user is passed.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 7,
the communication module is also used for sending a personal identity authentication failure notice to the user and prompting the user to resend an authentication 5G message corresponding to the authentication type when the personal identity authentication fails;
and the recording module is used for recording the times of the identity authentication failure of the user, and refusing the personal credit investigation request of the user when the preset times are reached.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
