Abstract
The invention discloses a rubber coating machine which comprises a workbench, wherein a base is fixed on the workbench, an open slot is formed in the base, blocking plates are respectively arranged on two transverse sides of the open slot, a rubber coating tape supply mechanism is arranged on one longitudinal side of the open slot, a rubber coating gripper is arranged on the other longitudinal side of the open slot, and a rubber coating cutter mechanism is arranged between the rubber coating tape supply mechanism and the open slot; and a pipe clamp pressing plate is arranged under the open slot, and a pipe clamp pressing mechanism for pressing the rubber coating on the pipe clamp is arranged above the open slot. The invention has simple structure and greatly improves the efficiency of rubber coating of the pipe clamp.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of non-standard equipment, in particular to a rubber coating machine for coating rubber on a pipe clamp.
Background
The pipe clamp is used for fixing a processing object to enable the processing object to occupy a correct position in a mechanical manufacturing process so as to receive construction or detection, and is also used for quickly, conveniently and safely installing a workpiece in a technological process.
The pipe clamp of the ventilation pipeline generally needs to be coated with rubber so as to improve the sealing performance of the installed pipe clamp. The principle of the invention is as follows: in an initial state, referring to fig. 1, the open slot 20 is blocked by the blocking plates 3 located at both sides; the pipe clamp pressing plate 7 is positioned below the open slot 20; the pipe clamp press-mounting mechanism 8 is positioned above the open slot and has a gap with the open slot, and two pipe clamp press rods 80b of the pipe clamp press-mounting mechanism 8 are in an open state;
when the press-mounting and rubber-coating process is carried out on the pipe clamp, firstly, the rubber-coating hand grip 5 moves horizontally, rubber coating supplied by the rubber-coating tape supply mechanism 4 is gripped from one longitudinal side of the open slot 20, the rubber coating is gripped to the other longitudinal side of the open slot 20, and after the gripping is finished, the rubber coating is cut off by the rubber-coating cutter mechanism 6;
