Further preferably, the preparation of the oral liquid comprises: mixing the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials according to the formula, decocting with water, filtering, concentrating to a concentration of 1g of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials corresponding to each 0.8-1.2 mL of filtrate, and obtaining the oral liquid.
More preferably, the filtration is to a concentration equivalent to 1g of the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine per 1mL of filtrate.
More preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are subjected to sterilization after being filtered.
Preferably, the use method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is mixed into feed, feed additive or water to feed the breeding boar.
The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is used for breeding boars with abnormal semen, can effectively improve the sperm motility, sperm density, sperm linear motion capability and sperm deformity rate of the breeding boars so as to prevent and/or treat the semen abnormality of the breeding boars, and further effectively improve the production efficiency of pig industry, so that the application of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation in preparing feed or additives thereof is in the protection scope of the invention.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the Chinese medicinal preparation is prepared from wolfberry fruit, dogwood fruit, semen cuscutae, epimedium, dipsacus root, honey-fried licorice root, white peony root, chinese angelica and gorgon euryale seed according to a specific mass ratio, and can be used for breeding boars with abnormal semen, so that the sperm motility, sperm density, sperm linear movement capacity and sperm abnormal rate of the breeding boars can be effectively improved, and the semen abnormality of the breeding boars can be prevented and/or treated, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency of the pig industry.
The traditional Chinese medicine preparation has the advantages of abundant and cheap sources of raw materials, simple production process, higher absorptivity of medicinal components, convenient clinical use, labor saving and suitability for groups.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated below with reference to specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention in any way. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the reagents, methods and apparatus employed in the present invention are those conventional in the art.
Reagents and materials used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
1. Experimental method
(1) Preparation of Chinese medicinal preparation
The mass ratio is 1:1:2:2:2:2:2:2:2, uniformly mixing the medlar, the dogwood fruit, the semen cuscutae, the epimedium herb, the radix dipsaci, the honey-fried licorice root, the white paeony root, the angelica and the gorgon fruit, and crushing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine powder.
(2) Collection and detection of boar semen
Selecting 10 boars with excellent semen quality (sperm motility is more than or equal to 0.80 and deformity rate is less than or equal to 0.20) as a blank control group; another 40 boars with poor semen quality (sperm motility < 0.7, deformity > 0.3) were selected and randomly aliquoted into four groups: semen abnormality control group, test group I, test group II, test group III. The boars of the blank control group and the semen abnormality control group are fed with 1.5kg of basic ration every day (the composition of the basic ration is shown in table 1), and the boars of the test groups I-III are respectively added with the prepared traditional Chinese medicine powder in 1.5kg of basic ration, and the test groups are shown in table 2. In the test period, the boars of each group are subjected to closed single-cage feeding, the indoor temperature is kept at 25-28 ℃ constantly, the illumination time is kept at 14 hours every day steadily, and the colony house is kept clean. And during the test period of 6 weeks, semen is continuously collected within the 6 weeks, and the collected semen is subjected to primary quality detection by a CASA sperm detection system in a semen detection machine of the Magapaor, wherein the detection indexes are sperm motility, sperm density, linear movement capacity and sperm deformity rate.

Note that: (1) premix (per kg ration): copper 5mg, iron 80mg, zinc 50mg, manganese 20mg, iodine 0.14mg, vitamin A15000 IU, vitamin D2400 IU, vitamin D350 μg, vitamin K30.48mg, vitamin B12 mg, vitamin B27.2 mg, vitamin B63.6 mg, vitamin B1225 μg, biotin 0.48mg, pantothenic acid 25mg, folic acid 4mg, nicotinamide 400mg. (2) The net energy is calculated value, and the rest nutrient components are measured value.

2. Experimental results
The test data were analyzed for significance of differences among multiple sets of samples using one-way ANOVA and Duncan, statistical software SPSS22.0, all data expressed as "mean ± standard deviation", and the quality results of the obtained boar semen are shown in table 3.

Analysis of the sperm motility results in Table 3 revealed that the sperm motility levels of test I, test II and test III were higher than those of the semen abnormality control group, wherein the test II was significantly different from the semen abnormality control group (P < 0.05) and was close to the blank control group.
Analysis of the sperm density results in Table 3 revealed that the sperm density levels of test I, II, and III were higher than those of the semen abnormality control group, and that there was a significant difference (P < 0.05) in the comparison between test III and semen abnormality control groups, and no significant difference in comparison between test III and blank control groups.
As can be seen from the analysis of the sperm rectilinear motion ability results in table 3, the sperm rectilinear motion ability of the test group i, the test group ii, and the test group iii are superior to those of the semen abnormality control group, and the test group ii, the test group iii, and the semen abnormality control group are significantly different (P < 0.05) from each other, and are not significantly different from the blank control group.
Analysis of the sperm abnormality rate results in Table 3 revealed that sperm abnormality rates of the test group I, the test group II, and the test group III were lower than those of the semen abnormality control group, and that there was a significant difference (P < 0.05) between the test group I, the test group II, and the test group III, respectively, and the semen abnormality control group.
It can be seen that the mass ratio of this embodiment is 1:1:2:2:2:2:2:2:2, fructus Lycii, corni fructus, semen Cuscutae, herba Epimedii, radix Dipsaci, radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, and semen euryales, when the Chinese medicinal preparation is used for boars with semen abnormality, the sperm motility, sperm density, sperm linear movement capacity and sperm abnormality rate can be effectively improved to prevent and/or treat boar semen abnormality, thereby effectively improving pig industry production efficiency; and the optimal daily dosage of each boar is 30g according to the result of combining four indexes of sperm motility, sperm density, sperm linear motion capability and sperm deformity rate.
Examples 2 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 9
1. Experimental method
Selecting 10 boars with excellent semen quality (sperm motility is more than or equal to 0.80 and deformity rate is less than or equal to 0.20) as a blank control group; 140 boars with poor semen quality (sperm motility < 0.7, deformity > 0.3) were selected and randomly aliquoted into 14 test groups: examples 2 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 9. And the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared according to the mass parts of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the table 4, so that the daily dosage of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for each group of each boar is 30g.

The boars of the blank control group are only fed with the basic ration (1.5 kg) in the example 1, and the boars of the examples 2-6 and the comparative examples 1-9 are respectively added with the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared according to the weight parts of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the table 4 in the basic ration of 1.5 kg. In the test period, the boars of each group are subjected to closed single-cage feeding, the indoor temperature is kept at 25-28 ℃ constantly, the illumination time is kept at 14 hours every day steadily, and the colony house is kept clean. And during the test period of 6 weeks, semen is continuously collected within the 6 weeks, and the collected semen is subjected to primary quality detection by a CASA sperm detection system in a semen detection machine of the Magapaor, wherein the detection indexes are sperm motility, sperm density, linear movement capacity and sperm deformity rate.
2. Experimental results

As can be seen from table 5, the sperm motility, sperm density, linear motility and sperm malformation rate of the boars fed with the Chinese medicinal preparation of examples 2 to 6 are significantly better than those of comparative examples 1 to 9, and it can be seen that even though the feeding amount of the Chinese medicinal preparation of comparative examples 1 to 9 group boars is the same as that of examples 2 to 6, the semen quality is significantly worse than that of examples 2 to 6 due to the different kinds or amounts of the Chinese medicinal raw materials. The invention can specifically control the types and the amounts of various raw materials in the traditional Chinese medicine preparation, so that when the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is used for boars with abnormal semen, the sperm motility, sperm density, sperm linear movement capacity and sperm abnormal rate of the boars can be effectively improved, and the semen abnormality of the boars can be prevented and/or treated, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency of the pig industry.
The above examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be made in the equivalent manner, and the embodiments are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating semen abnormality of boars is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass of 0.8-1.2: 0.8 to 1.2:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3:1.8 to 2.3 of medlar, dogwood fruit, semen cuscutae, epimedium herb, teasel root, honey-fried licorice root, white peony root, angelica and gorgon euryale seed; the dosage of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation used by each boar every day is 10-30 g.

The traditional Chinese medicine preparation according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the medlar, the pulp of dogwood fruit, the semen cuscutae, the epimedium herb, the radix dipsaci, the honey-fried licorice root, the white paeony root, the angelica and the gorgon fruit is 1:1:2:2:2:2:2:2:2.
3. the traditional Chinese medicine preparation according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the dosage form of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises powder, granules or oral liquid.
4. The Chinese medicinal preparation according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the powder comprises the following steps: mixing the Chinese medicinal materials, and pulverizing.
5. The Chinese medicinal preparation according to claim 4, wherein the raw materials of the Chinese medicinal materials are further sieved by a sieve of 80-100 meshes after being crushed.
6. The Chinese medicinal preparation according to claim 3, wherein the preparation of the granule comprises: mixing the Chinese medicinal materials, decocting in water, filtering, sieving, and oven drying.

The traditional Chinese medicine preparation according to claim 3, wherein the preparation of the oral liquid is as follows: mixing the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials according to the formula, decocting with water, filtering, concentrating to a concentration of 1g of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials corresponding to each 0.8-1.2 mL filtrate, and obtaining the oral liquid.
8. The use of a Chinese medicinal preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in the preparation of feed.
9. The use of a Chinese medicinal preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for the preparation of a feed additive.
