Description

Natural plant type deodorizing and insect-repellent preparation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deodorants, and in particular relates to a natural plant type deodorizing and insect-repellent preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the face of the large population growth, the expansion of urban scale causes various domestic garbage to be generated, the increasingly-increased domestic garbage causes great difficulty for garbage disposal, and a garbage disposal site is a garbage stabilization and harmless disposal site, but a large amount of malodor, strong stimulation, inflammable and explosive complex gas is generated due to the combined action of physics, chemistry and biology in the disposal process. In addition, a large amount of malodorous gas can be generated in the process of transferring, tiling, compacting and the like of the garbage in the treatment field. Malodorous gas in garbage disposal sites contains various toxic and harmful substances, and can seriously influence the sustainable development of human survival and environment.
From the current research, the malodor treatment technology at home and abroad is more, and the technology mainly comprises a physical method, a chemical method, a biological method or a combination of the methods. The physical deodorization method is to adsorb and fix the odor by using an adsorbent, the adsorption capacity of the odor is greatly reduced along with the time extension, the adsorption deodorization effect is lost after the odor reaches adsorption saturation, and the odor cannot act on the surface and the interior of garbage; the traditional chemical method cannot be widely applied due to the problems of short acting time, large loss, large dosage of medicament and the like caused by adding various oxidants, and most chemical reagents contain acetaldehyde, styrene and other components for stimulating respiratory tract, so that allergic reaction is easy to cause; the biological method for deodorizing by adopting microbial flora has the problems of difficult strain screening, cultivation and preservation, poor stability of deodorizing effect affected by temperature and the like; the masking method is to mask the odor by using essence, and the odor components are not reduced, and the toxic and harmful gases emitted by the garbage can still cause harm to human bodies. Therefore, the garbage deodorant has the advantages of quick and effective deodorization, strong sterilization, safety, no toxicity and no harm to the environment and human body.

As can be seen from the table, the preparation provided by the invention has very excellent deodorizing effects in two stages before and after deodorizing, namely instant deodorizing and long-time deodorizing, and the comparison examples 1-7 show that the deodorizing effect of the osmanthus fragrans oil, the peppermint essential oil, the apple essence and the citronella extract is influenced in the later stage, the deodorizing effect of the xanthium extract and the aqueous rose dew is influenced in the former stage, and the chitosan and the cyclodextrin inclusion can play a slow-release role on the plant extract, so that deodorizing time can be prolonged, and meanwhile, the comparison example 4 shows that the selection of the emulsifier has a certain influence on the stability of the preparation.
4. Example 5 was prepared in a volume ratio of 1: 100. 1: 200. 1:300. 1: 400. 1: 500. 1: 800. 1:1000 and pure water, 7 groups of boxes with the diameter of 2 multiplied by 2m are prepared under normal temperature and normal pressure, 1kg of household garbage is respectively placed in the boxes, three groups of holes with the diameter of 10cm are reserved above the boxes, after the boxes are placed for 24 hours, 5kg of diluted preparation is sprayed into the boxes, the initial odor is recorded as 10, and the odor just after spraying for 1min and spraying for 24 hours is recorded as 10-0 according to the taste depth.
Project 1:100 1:200 1:300 1:400 1:500 1:800 1:1000
Instant smell 0 0 0 1 1 2 3
24h smell 4 1 0 0 1 6 8
As can be seen from the table above, 1 is selected in use: the ratio of (200-500) is preferably 1:300.
nozzle pairs 1 using different pressures were also performed in conjunction with the above experiments: the 500-ratio preparation is sprayed, odor detection is carried out, and the best effect of the high-pressure atomized deodorant spraying device is found.
5. Example 5 toxicology tests were performed according to the methods of acute oral toxicity test of chemicals (GB/T21603-2008), acute skin irritation/corrosiveness test of chemicals (GB/T21604-2008) and acute inhalation toxicity test of chemicals (GB/T21605-2008). The test results are as follows:
the result is detection by the Anhui province disease prevention control center. The formulation prepared in example 5 is non-toxic, non-irritating, and harmless to humans.
As can be seen from the above table, example 3 is an optimal ratio, and when the concentration of the remover is 15%, the overall effect of the spraying effect is best, and as can be seen from examples 1 to 3, the amount of the bactericide is gradually reduced with the increase of the complex enzyme, the polyethylene glycol, the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber and the polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, and still an excellent antibacterial effect can be achieved, but the bactericide cannot be completely replaced or replaced by other bactericidal components through comparative examples 4 and 5; as can be seen from the comparison of the concentrations in the embodiment 3, the optimal concentration range is 10% -20%, the higher concentration can cause yellowing of clothes, and the lower concentration can cause poor sterilization effect; as can be seen from comparison of the embodiment 3 and the comparative examples 4 and 5, the product has long-acting antibacterial effect and long antibacterial effect time.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
