Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment discloses a new forms of energy electric automobile intelligence stereo garage with charge and safety monitoring function for park to charge for new forms of energy automobile, and provide safety monitoring and high-efficient regulation and control strategy that charges, include: the intelligent charging system and the safety monitoring system are arranged on the garage main body structure; the garage major structure comprises the steelframe, through the removal that sets up the PLC controller control parking stall in ground end, intelligent charging system installs respectively on every parking stall, makes efficient charging strategy for new forms of energy electric automobile according to the user's demand by intelligent charging system to carry out real-time supervision and periodic automatic safety by safety monitoring system to stereo garage major structure and patrol and examine, provide the safe state aassessment for stereo garage major structure.
In this embodiment, the intelligent charging system includes a charging module and a charging control cabinet;
the charging control cabinet controls the switch of each charging module and selects the charging type in a sub-control mode; after the user passes through the charging control cabinet selects the type of charging, the charging control cabinet starts corresponding charging module according to other factors such as charging time, power load and time-of-use price, and formulates a reasonable and efficient charging strategy to finish charging.
The charging module comprises a wired charging module and a wireless charging module, is arranged on each parking space of the stereo garage and is embedded into the main structure of the stereo garage;
the wired charging module comprises a charging pile, a charging head and a charging wire, the charging pile is installed behind each parking space, and the charging control cabinet controls the charging pile to be opened and closed; the wiring of charging wire is arranged inside steel structures such as a stereo garage crossbeam, a support, and is embedded into the stereo garage main structure, so that the abrasion and aging of exposed circuits can be reduced, and the safety performance of the stereo garage is improved while the service life is prolonged.
The wireless charging module comprises a transmitting coil and a receiving coil, and electric energy is transmitted to an energy storage device of a vehicle between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil in a high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field mode; the transmitting coil is arranged on the vehicle carrying plate of each parking space and is connected with a power grid after passing through the rectifier, the transformer and the inverter; the receiving coil is arranged at the end of the new energy vehicle and is connected with a storage battery of the vehicle through a vehicle-mounted rectifier.
In this embodiment, the safety monitoring system includes a structural health inspection unit, an operation safety monitoring unit and a remote control center; to the potential safety hazard of stereo garage long-term operation in-process, pass through the structural health patrol and examine the unit with the safety monitoring and the automatic system of patrolling and examining of stereo garage are established to operation safety monitoring unit, carry out real-time supervision and risk assessment to the main part structural health of stereo garage, electrical equipment and the operation safety of cable silk equipment, and the while is uploaded monitoring information and the disease information of discernment to remote control center.

The inspection robot inspects the main body structure of the stereo garage from the ground according to a set route, identifies damage and deformation of key positions such as a concrete structure, a bottom plate and a steel structure by carrying a visual sensor, and monitors the whole environment of the stereo garage by carrying various sensors such as temperature, humidity and smoke and carries out danger early warning; in addition, the inspection robot senses obstacles on an inspection path and replans the path to finish obstacle avoidance by carrying a laser radar, an ultrasonic sensor and the like.
In this embodiment, the operation safety monitoring unit includes a temperature sensor disposed at a key point of the electrical equipment and tension sensors mounted at two ends of the cable wire;
during the long-term operation and opening and closing processes of electrical equipment such as an intelligent charging system and an electrical switch cabinet in the charging stereo garage, damage to circuits and contact heads is easy to occur, so that the temperature of the equipment or the contact heads is abnormal, and fire or electric shock accidents are caused; therefore, the temperature sensor is arranged at key points of the electrical equipment such as the intelligent charging system and the electrical switch cabinet to acquire temperature information in real time, the temperature information is uploaded to the remote control center, and after the temperature is higher than a safety threshold value, an overtemperature early warning is sent to a garage manager.
An upper parking space in the charging stereo garage is lifted and lowered by means of traction of a cable wire and a motor, the cable wire is continuously abraded in the long-term working process, fatigue damage is caused, the cable wire is unbalanced in stress, and the phenomena of wire slipping and wire breaking are easily caused, so that dangerous conditions such as inclination, falling, rope loosening and the like of the parking space in the stereo garage are caused; therefore, tension sensors are arranged at two ends of each cable wire, tension information borne by each cable wire is monitored in real time and uploaded to a remote control center, and when the tension of a certain cable wire is abnormal, abnormal tension early warning is sent to garage management personnel.
In this embodiment, the remote control center is used as a control center of the safety monitoring unit, and communicates with the inspection robot and the unmanned aerial vehicle through the wireless network bridge, receives the abnormal information and the disease information from the structural health inspection unit and the operation safety monitoring unit, and sends out the early warning information to the garage manager, and at the same time sends out the movement instruction to the unmanned aerial vehicle and the inspection robot in the structural health inspection unit, so as to control the unmanned aerial vehicle and the inspection robot to inspect according to the specified route; and the garage management personnel receives the type and position information of the abnormal point sent by the remote control center and checks the abnormal information.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a working method for charging and safety monitoring of a new energy electric vehicle intelligent stereo garage, which includes the following steps:
installing a charging module in each parking space, and embedding the charging module into the main body structure of the stereo garage; the switch and the selection type of each charging module are controlled by the charging control cabinet in a sub-control mode; meanwhile, after the charging type is selected, the corresponding charging module is started according to factors such as charging time, power load, time-of-use electricity price and the like, a reasonable and efficient charging strategy is formulated, and charging is completed;
carrying an integrated multi-view vision sensor by an unmanned aerial vehicle, inspecting a main body structure of the stereo garage from high altitude according to a set flight route, monitoring and detecting flaws of damage conditions such as cracks, water leakage and the like of the stereo garage in real time by a visible light camera, and identifying and early warning dangers in an abnormal high-temperature area by an infrared camera;
the inspection robot inspects the main body structure of the stereo garage from the ground according to a set route, identifies the damage and deformation of key positions such as a concrete structure, a bottom plate and a steel structure by carrying a visual sensor, and monitors the whole environment of the stereo garage by carrying various sensors such as temperature, humidity and smoke and carries out danger early warning; sensing obstacles on the routing inspection path and replanning the path to finish obstacle avoidance by carrying a laser radar, an ultrasonic sensor and the like;
monitoring temperature information of key points of electrical equipment such as an intelligent charging system and an electrical switch cabinet in real time through temperature sensors arranged at the key points of the electrical equipment, and uploading early warning of over-temperature abnormity to a remote control center;
monitoring tension information borne by each cable wire through tension sensors arranged at two ends of the cable wire, and uploading tension abnormal information to a remote control center;
the remote control center receives the abnormal information and the disease information, sends early warning information to a garage manager, and simultaneously sends motion instructions to the unmanned aerial vehicle and the inspection robot to control the unmanned aerial vehicle and the inspection robot to inspect according to a specified route;
and after receiving the type and position information of the abnormal point, the garage management personnel checks the abnormal information.

And then transmitting data acquired by the sensor to a remote control center in real time, and informing managers of disease information and abnormal information to realize early warning.
The operation safety monitoring unit of this embodiment through arrange in the temperature sensor of electrical equipment key point and install in the tension sensor at cable silk both ends, the temperature information of electrical equipment key point such as real-time supervision intelligent charging system, electrical switch cabinet and the tension information that each cable silk received to inform managers with the position of abnormal information and realize the early warning.
