本发明属于食品制备领域,尤其是一种枸杞膏的生产,具体涉及一种用于调整人体免疫力的枸杞膏配方。
背景技术
枸杞又名枸杞子,成分相对而言比较复杂,据现代药理研究,枸杞具有降低血糖、抗脂肪肝的作用,还能抗动脉粥样硬化,可以用于腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄等症状;枸杞具有较高的药用保健价值,然而人们对枸杞的利用却较少,绝大多数人们日常使用枸杞均是直接将干枸杞作为泡茶搭档,其形态、口感对枸杞的应用产生了限制。如此,枸杞的应用范围就较小,人们从枸杞中获取到保健营养的机会也就较少。
而当代社会的人们受工作和生活压力的影响,身体素质降低,免疫力也逐渐降低,为了保证身体机能和免疫力,人们会定时服用大量保健品进行调节,但保健品的生产成本高,售价贵,容易增加人们的生活成本。
申请号为CN201610037391.3的专利公开了一种枸杞膏的制作方法,其包括,步骤A:将枸杞与水混合后进行粉碎,水与枸杞的质量比为1.8~2.5:1,然后收集汁液备用;步骤B:对汁液进行加热,直至汁液沸腾,然后在150~250℃下熬制2.5~3.5h,停止加热,晾置1.5~2.5h;再在150~250℃下熬制1~2.5h,停止加热,晾置7~9h;最后转变为80~120℃继续熬制18~23min,膏体成形。该枸杞膏的制作方法操作简单,制作方便,制得的枸杞膏取用方便,应用非常广泛,增大了人们获取其中营养的概率。此外,本发明还涉及该枸杞膏的制作方法制得的枸杞膏。
上述专利制备枸杞膏的配方成本较为简单,作为水调饮品,只能作为普通食品使用,无法将枸杞的营养性能多元化利用,制备的食品口感单一。

一种用于调整人体免疫力的枸杞膏配方,所述枸杞膏配方按照重量组分包括:
新鲜枸杞果50-60份、烘干枸杞20-28份、新鲜梨汁60-70份、柚子40-50份、薏仁20-25份、蜂胶10-16份、红参片8-12份、山楂片12-15份。
较佳的,所述枸杞膏配方按照重量组分还包括:
新鲜枸杞果55份、烘干枸杞24份、新鲜梨汁65份、柚子45份、薏仁22.5份、蜂胶13份、红参片10份、山楂片13.5份。
较佳的,所述枸杞膏配方还包括适量葡萄糖。
较佳的,所述烘干枸杞为研磨获得的枸杞粉末,粒径要求为500-600目。
较佳的,所述新鲜梨汁为新鲜梨去核压榨过滤后的纯净梨汁。

1、本发明配方性能温和,通过新鲜枸杞果和烘干枸杞共同熬煮,增加柚子果肉,提高维生素C的含量,维生素C可以参与免疫蛋白的合成以及促进胶原蛋白形成,经常补充维生素C可以减少患感冒的机率,且柚子气味清新,口感酸甜,可以调节枸杞膏的口味;
2、本发明还增加薏仁、蜂胶、红参片和山楂片,薏仁具有利水消肿、健脾祛湿、清热排脓、抗炎镇痛、增强免疫力的功效,蜂胶在中药价值中具有补虚弱,化浊脂,止消渴的作用,红参片具有补元气、补脾肺、生津安神的作用,山楂片用于健胃消食、健脾;薏仁、蜂胶、红参片和山楂片相结合使枸杞膏风味独特的同时,能逐渐从中药的去湿气、补元气、健脾胃上进行调节,起到食补作用,达到调节身体机能,提高免疫力的作用。

一种用于调整人体免疫力的枸杞膏配方,所述枸杞膏配方按照重量组分包括:
新鲜枸杞果50-60份、烘干枸杞20-28份、新鲜梨汁60-70份、柚子40-50份、薏仁20-25份、蜂胶10-16份、红参片8-12份、山楂片12-15份。
所述枸杞膏配方按照重量组分还包括:
新鲜枸杞果55份、烘干枸杞24份、新鲜梨汁65份、柚子45份、薏仁22.5份、蜂胶13份、红参片10份、山楂片13.5份。
所述枸杞膏配方还包括适量葡萄糖。
所述烘干枸杞为研磨获得的枸杞粉末,粒径要求为500-600目。
所述新鲜梨汁为新鲜梨去核压榨过滤后的纯净梨汁。
所述柚子为柚子果肉。
所述蜂胶为去除蜂蜡后的蜂胶提取物。

将烘干枸杞、红参片和山楂片均烘干研磨至上述粒径要求后,将所有新鲜梨汁倒入加热桶内加热至60℃后,加入对应量新鲜枸杞果和薏仁,100℃熬煮20-30min后,倒入枸杞粉、红参粉和山楂粉搅拌均匀,85℃持续慢炖1.5-2h后,加入柚子果肉,加热至100℃持续30min后,挤压过滤,除去所有粉末杂质后,加入蜂胶和葡萄糖,加热至120℃-150℃煮2h-3h直至汤汁浓稠,罐装冷却后,即可获得枸杞膏,不同实施例如下:
实施例1
新鲜枸杞果50份、烘干枸杞20份、新鲜梨汁60份、柚子40份、薏仁20份、蜂胶10份、红参片8份、山楂片12份。
实施例2
新鲜枸杞果55份、烘干枸杞24份、新鲜梨汁65份、柚子45份、薏仁22.5份、蜂胶13份、红参片10份、山楂片13.5份。
实施例3
新鲜枸杞果60份、烘干枸杞28份、新鲜梨汁70份、柚子50份、薏仁25份、蜂胶16份、红参片12份、山楂片15份。
3个实施例按照上述方式制备获得枸杞膏,邀请30位身体免疫力较弱的志愿者分为3组,每组分别食用上述3个实施例制备的枸杞膏,每日5g以水调冲泡的方式连续食用50天,获得的身体有无明显改善和免疫力增强的效果,见表1:

综上所述,当上述实施例中重量组分逐渐增加,在长期使用后,身体免疫能力和身体机能逐渐收到调节,从而得到改善。
