技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷釉料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高温祭红釉及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
祭红釉瓷作为古时皇帝祭天所用的祭器,在我国颜色釉瓷中占有极其重要的地位,同时因为其烧成难度高,而具有极高的研究价值。景德镇窑在继承我国唐、宋以来的优良传统的基础上不断创新和发展,特别在明、清时期,颜色釉的发展更为突出,其中以铜红釉最明显,如明初永乐、宣德的霁红(亦称祭红)、豇豆红(亦称桃花片)、宝石红,清初康熙时的郎窑红、仿豇豆红,雍正、乾隆时的仿宣霁红、仿钧红、仿钧红窑变等,其品种之多、质量之高,在我国陶瓷史上是一空前极盛时期。
祭红的发展史可谓一波三折,从元代开始景德镇的匠人就尝试制作整器通红的高温颜色釉瓷,经过洪武时期的发展,到永宣时期祭红釉已经非常成熟,而后开始走向衰退,成化后出现断烧,正德以后的时期不得不使用矾红器来代替祭红作祭器用。直到康熙时期停产百年的祭红红釉又得到了恢复生产,官窑对祭红釉生产的重视不仅出于满足康熙帝的个人爱好,也是出于宫廷祭祀礼器的实际需要。故官窑确立以后全面致力于各类单色釉瓷的制作,而祭红釉技术因失传而成为需要着力突破的技术难题。自古以来,人们追求烧出颜色纯一、色泽鲜艳的祭红釉,但祭红釉的呈色受配方组成和烧成工艺的影响极大,时而釉面发暗,时而颜色飞掉,民间有着“十窑九不成”的俗语。中国古代祭红釉以其色彩优美、工艺精湛、遗存稀少而引起文物考古专家的兴趣。作为一种名贵的古代铜红釉深受现代人的喜爱,故在景德镇形成了一种祭红釉研究的热潮,把祭红釉的应用从原来的艺术摆件,逐渐应用到茶具和餐具领域,这就需要大规模生产,而且需要呈色稳定,釉面硬度大。
但是目前现有技术市场上的祭红釉的烧成温度为1250℃左右,烧成范围窄,呈色不稳定,釉面硬度低(莫氏硬度只有3~4级),容易擦伤,容易流釉,很难满足高温茶餐具装饰的性能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高温祭红釉,通过配方设计,使得体系在弱还原气氛条件下具有较大的熔融温度范围,在具有呈色均匀、烧成稳定性好的同时,釉层结构致密,生成微晶硅灰石,釉面硬度高,从而很好地满足高温茶餐具及陶瓷摆件装饰等日用陶瓷的性能要求。本发明的另一目的在于提供上述高温祭红釉的制备方法和应用。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的一种高温祭红釉,其原料由基础釉料和外加剂组成;所述基础釉料的釉式组成为:
所述外加剂为含铜化合物和氧化锡,其用量分别为基础釉料的0.6~1.2wt%和0.9~2.5wt%。
进一步地,本发明所述含铜化合物为碳酸铜、氢氧化铜、氧化铜中的一种或其组合。含铜化合物的细度为400目以下。
本发明的另一目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的上述高温祭红釉的制备方法如下:将按照所述釉式组成进行配料计算得到的基础釉料矿物组成、以及外加剂进行湿法混合球磨至于细度为250目筛余0.14~0.16%,经陈腐即得到釉料。
进一步地,本发明制备方法所述基础釉料矿物组成为:釉果35~45wt%、霞石18~25wt%、玻璃粉8~12wt%、石英10~15wt%、方解石15~20wt%、铁红0.02~0.05wt%。
本发明提供的高温祭红釉的应用如下:上述制备方法制得的釉料施于坯体表面后,在弱还原气氛条件下进行烧成,釉烧温度为1280~1320℃,保温40~60min,得到红度值为28~31.5的祭红釉层。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过优化配方设计,获得了呈色稳定、红色鲜艳的高温祭红釉,其红度值为28~31.5,熔融温度高而且熔融温度范围宽,受窑炉温度波动影响小,能够很好地满足高温条件下的使用需求。
(2)本发明有效解决现有技术祭红釉呈色稳定性差、釉面硬度低、容易流釉等缺陷,釉料稳定性好,釉层结构致密,生成了微晶硅灰石,釉面硬度高,达到莫氏硬度5~6级,不容易划伤,适用于多种日用陶瓷坯体。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例一种高温祭红釉,其原料由基础釉料和外加剂组成;基础釉料的釉式组成为:
外加剂为含铜化合物和氧化锡,其用量分别为基础釉料的0.6~1.2wt%和0.9~2.5wt%。
各实施例的釉式组成如表1所示。

本发明上述实施例中基础釉料的矿物组成为:釉果35~45wt%、霞石18~25wt%、玻璃粉8~12wt%、石英10~15wt%、方解石15~20wt%、铁红0.02~0.05wt%。
本发明各实施例高温祭红釉的制备方法如下:将含铜化合物进行湿法球磨,细度为400目以下;将上述基础釉料矿物组成以及外加剂称重配料后,进行湿法混合球磨至细度为250目筛余0.14~0.16%(见表2),经陈腐即得到釉料。
本发明各实施例高温祭红釉的应用如下:所制得的釉料施于现有常用的高温坯体(如矿物组成为长石30~40wt%、高岭土40~50wt%、石英20~28wt%、滑石0~2wt%)表面后,在弱还原气氛条件下进行烧成,釉烧温度为1280~1320℃,最高温保温40~60min,得到高温祭红釉层。其工艺参数如表2所示。
本发明实施例得到的高温祭红釉层,釉面呈纯正红色,均匀;坯釉结合性好,釉中气泡少,釉层结构致密(见图1);且析出了微晶,晶体主要为硅灰石(见图2)。其釉面性能指标如表2所示。

Claims (3)
1.一种高温祭红釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述祭红釉由基础釉料和外加剂组成;所述基础釉料的釉式组成为:
基础釉料的矿物组成为:釉果35~45wt%、霞石18~25wt%、玻璃粉8~12wt%、石英10~15wt%、方解石15~20wt%、铁红0.02~0.05wt%;所述外加剂为含铜化合物和氧化锡,其用量分别为基础釉料的0.6~1.2wt%和0.9~2.5wt%;
制备方法为:将所述基础釉料矿物组成、以及外加剂进行湿法混合球磨至细度为250目筛余0.14~0.16%,经陈腐即得到釉料;所述釉料施于坯体表面后,在弱还原气氛条件下进行烧成,釉烧温度为1280~1320℃,保温40~60min,得到红度值为28~31.5的祭红釉层;釉层中析出的微晶为硅灰石晶体,釉面的莫氏硬度为5~6级。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温祭红釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述含铜化合物为碳酸铜、氢氧化铜、氧化铜中的一种或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温祭红釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述含铜化合物的细度为400目以下。
