Abstract
本发明公开了一种亲水型107胶以及利用该亲水型107胶制备的亲水型室温固化硅橡胶组合物,将八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷按1:1配比聚合后,与脱水甘油醚氧基二甲基硅氢接枝反应,即可得到所述亲水型107胶。所述室温固化硅橡胶组合物的组分包括:亲水型107胶100份,二甲基硅油25‑50份,填料30—50份,交联剂15‑35份,偶联剂5‑10份,催化剂0.5‑2份。本发明具有较好的力学性能和亲水稳定性,长期使用也不会出现亲水能力的大幅下降,用于建筑填缝密封能减少或消除胶体表面对灰尘的吸附,达到建筑物胶缝的清洁美观效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机填缝密封材料领域,具体涉及一种亲水型107胶和室温固化硅橡胶组合物,以及它们的制备方法。
背景技术
硅橡胶材料表面具有一定的疏水特性,该特性被应用于许多场景中,在建筑领域,有机硅密封胶的表面很容易吸附灰尘,时间长了严重影响建筑物外观的美观。通过亲水改性的方式,改进有机硅填缝密封材料的表面亲水性能,可以起到使胶缝美观的效果。中国发明CN201910627035.0公开了一种亲水性硅橡胶及其制备方法,该发明在炭黑表面接枝甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,炭黑表面接枝的亲水性分子链增大了炭黑在硅橡胶中的分散性,且甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯接枝聚合炭黑与硅橡胶生胶形成互穿网络结构,增大硅橡胶的极性,从而实现对硅橡胶进行亲水性改性的同时不影响硅橡胶的力学性能,但是对于非炭黑填充体系的硅橡胶则不可用。中国发明CN200410014981.1公开了一种表面永久亲水性的硅橡胶及其制法和用途,该发明通过硅橡胶表面的硅氢键与烯丙基聚乙二醇、ω-甲基-α-烯丙基聚乙二醇或二烯丙基聚乙二醇反应生成Si-C共价键的聚乙二醇表面修饰的硅橡胶。聚乙二醇衍生物对PDMS表面的改性之后,聚乙二醇衍生物与硅橡胶体材料连成一体,极大地改善了表面亲水层的致密性、均匀性和稳定性,但是该发明只是对具有Si-H官能团的硅橡胶才有效果,而且这种改性方法只适合于表面,并不是对所有的硅橡胶都适用,更不能用于建筑填缝密封。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于建筑填缝密封且具有较好力学性能和亲水稳定性的室温固化硅橡胶,长期使用也不会出现亲水能力的大幅下降,用于建筑填缝密封能减少或消除胶体表面对灰尘的吸附,达到建筑物胶缝的清洁美观效果。
技术方案
本发明提供的室温固化硅橡胶组合物,关键在于采用了一种亲水型107胶作为组合物的重要组分,所述亲水型107胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷按1:1重量配比,以及适量的氯铂酸催化剂和水加入到反应釜中,升温进行聚合反应,当达到相应粘度后加入终止剂终止反应,蒸馏出未反应的原料并冷却。
(2)再外加5%的脱水甘油醚氧基二甲基硅氢和相应量的铂催化剂到上述物料中,进行接枝反应,反应结束后升温蒸馏出未反应的原料,即可得到粘度范围5000-50000cps的亲水型107胶。
步骤(1)中没有给出氯铂酸催化剂和水的用量,可以根据实际情况调整用量,以达到最佳反应效率;步骤(2)中的铂催化剂用量也是如此,这些都是本领域技术人员熟知的惯用手段。
本发明提供的室温固化硅橡胶组合物,其各组分组成如下:以重量份计,亲水型107胶100份,二甲基硅油25-50份,填料30—50份,交联剂15-35份,偶联剂5-10份,催化剂0.5-2份。
所述二甲基硅油优选粘度范围100-1500cps。
所述填料优选纳米碳酸钙、重钙、气相二氧化硅中一种或两种。
所述交联剂优选甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、四丁酮肟基硅烷中的一种或两种。
所述偶联剂优选KH-550、KH-540、KH-792、KH-560、KH-570中的一种或两种。
所述催化剂优选二醋酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二乙酰丙酮二丁基锡、二乙酰乙酸乙酯二丁基锡等其中一种或两种。
所述室温固化硅橡胶组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将前述制备的亲水型107胶100份、填料30—50份和二甲基硅油25-50份分别投入捏合机,温度90-140℃,真空度为-0.08—-0.1MPa,脱水时间为90-180min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。
(2)将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将交联剂15-35份、偶联剂5-10份和催化剂0.5-2份分别加入,在相应条件下搅拌分散即可得到室温固化亲水型硅橡胶组合物。
具体实施方式
下面给出3个具体的实施例和2个对比例,以及它们的测试结果参数,用以更好的了解本发明的技术方案和技术效果。
实施例一:
(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷、氯铂酸催化剂、水按照100:100:0.1:0.2的重量配比加入到反应釜中,升温进行聚合反应,当达到相应粘度后加入终止剂终止反应,蒸馏出未反应的原料并冷却。
(2)再外加5%的脱水甘油醚氧基二甲基硅氢和0.01%的铂催化剂到上述物料中,进行接枝反应,反应结束后升温蒸馏出未反应的原料,即可得到粘度范围为5000-50000cps的亲水型107胶。
将100份50000cps粘度的亲水型107胶、50份100cps二甲基硅油、50份纳米碳酸钙、投入捏合机,温度90℃,真空度为-0.08MPa,脱水时间为180min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将15份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、5份KH-550、2份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入,在-0.1MPa真空度下搅拌分散40min,即可得到室温固化亲水型硅橡胶组合物。
实施例二:
按实施例一方法制备亲水型107胶。
将100份5000cps亲水型107胶、25份1500cps二甲基硅油、40份重钙、10份气相二氧化硅、投入捏合机,温度90℃,真空度为-0.1MPa,脱水时间为90min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将10份乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、25份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、5份KH-550、5份KH-560、0.5份二醋酸二丁基锡加入,在-0.1MPa真空度下搅拌分散40min,即可得到室温固化亲水型硅橡胶组合物。
实施例三:
按实施例一方法制备亲水型107胶。
将100份25000cps亲水型107胶、25份350cps二甲基硅油、30份纳米碳酸钙、投入捏合机,温度100℃,真空度为-0.1MPa,脱水时间为120min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将15份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、20份甲基乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、5份KH-550、2份二月桂酸二丁酮肟基硅烷加入,在-0.1MPa真空度下搅拌分散40min,即可得到室温固化亲水型硅橡胶组合物。
对比例一:
将100份50000cps粘度的α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、50份500cps粘度的二甲基硅油、50份纳米钙投入捏合机,温度100℃,真空度为-0.01MPa,脱水时间为180min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将15份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、10份乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、5份KH-550、2份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入,在-0.1MPa真空度下搅拌分散40min,得到对比组合物。
对比例一:
将100份50000cps粘度的α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、50份500cps粘度的二甲基硅油、25份重钙、5份气相二氧化硅投入捏合机,温度100℃,真空度为-0.01MPa,脱水时间为180min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用。将该基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将20份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、10份乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、5份KH-550、2份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入,在-0.1MPa真空度下搅拌分散40min,得到对比组合物。
测试及结果
通过数据对比可以看出,本发明相对现有的有机硅密封胶,其亲水能力获得大幅提高,同时具有优良的稳定性,是一种亲水性、时效性俱佳的建筑填缝密封胶。

1.一种室温固化硅橡胶组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数其各组分组成如下:亲水型107胶100份,二甲基硅油25-50份,填料30—50份,交联剂15-35份,偶联剂5-10份,催化剂0.5-2份;所述亲水型107胶的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷按1:1重量配比,以及相应量的氯铂酸催化剂和水加入到反应釜中,升温进行聚合反应,当达到相应粘度后加入终止剂终止反应,蒸馏出未反应的原料并冷却;(2)再外加5%的脱水甘油醚氧基二甲基硅氢和相应量的铂催化剂到上述物料中,进行接枝反应,反应结束后升温蒸馏出未反应的原料,得到粘度范围5000-50000cps的亲水型107胶。

(1)将权利要求1所述方法制备的亲水型107胶、填料和二甲基硅油按照权利要求1中所述相应配比投入捏合机,温度90-140℃,真空度为-0.08—-0.1MPa,脱水时间为90-180min,得到所需基料,密封冷却备用;
(2)将所得基料投入行星搅拌机或高速分散搅拌机内,再将交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂按照权利要求1中所述相应配比加入,搅拌分散后即可得到室温固化亲水型硅橡胶组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述填料为纳米碳酸钙、重钙、气相二氧化硅中一种或两种;所述交联剂为甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、四丁酮肟基硅烷中的一种或两种;所述偶联剂为KH-550、KH-540、KH-792、KH-560、KH-570中的一种或两种;所述催化剂为二醋酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二乙酰丙酮二丁基锡、二乙酰乙酸乙酯二丁基锡等其中一种或两种。
