Claims (10)

1.一种用于相对于平面P移动处理头(10)和托盘(20)的装置(1),其中任意形状的所述托盘(20)内接于宽度A和长度B的矩形内,并且包括适合于与第一致动工具(22)配合的第一驱动工具(21),以便在正常平行于所述轴线xy中的一个的方向上,在由与参考系xOy相关联的至少两个垂直边缘形成的移动区(30)中,在平行于所述平面P的平面内以平移方式移动所述托盘(20),所述移动区(30)的所述面积与所述托盘(20)的所述外接矩形的所述面积的所述比率至少等于2,所述装置(1)的特征在于它至少包括:
长度R的可移动臂(11),其围绕垂直于所述平面P的轴线c可枢转地安装在所述装置(1)的端部中的一个端部上,由第二致动工具(12)调动并包含在另一端部处的处理头(10),所述轴线c位于所述托盘(20)的所述移动区(30)中并在点Q处切断所述移动区(30)。
2.根据前述权利要求所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述臂(11)被定位成在所述移动轴线xy的所述方向上以打开角度(13)扫过所述托盘(20)并且所述移动区(30)是矩形,其面积基本上等于:

-对于如下装置(1):所述装置(1)的托盘(20)在所述轴线y的所述方向上移动,所述装置(1)的点Q沿所述轴线x位于A/2处,并且所述装置(1)的处理头(10)当其处于其轨迹的所述末端时沿所述轴线y位于B处:
(2 x B+ε)x(A+δ)
其中δ表示所述第一驱动工具(21)沿所述轴线x的所述空间需求,并且ε表示所述处理头(10)的所述轨迹相对于沿所述轴线y位于B处的竖直直线的所述箭头;
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述可移动臂(11)的所述轴线c包括旨在与所述第二致动工具(12)配合的第二驱动工具。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述处理头(10)可借助于第三致动工具在正常平行于所述轴线c的方向上移动。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二致动工具(12)和所述第二驱动工具分别是所述齿轮传动马达型致动器,所述致动器设有驱动固定到所述臂(11)的弯曲齿条的齿扇。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述第三致动工具是螺杆-螺母***。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一致动工具(22)和所述第一驱动工具(21)分别是所述齿轮传动马达型致动器,所述致动器设有驱动固定到所述托盘(20)的齿条的小齿轮。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述托盘(20)由围绕引导元件(20b)和中心板(20c)铰接的框架(20a)组成,使得所述框架(20a)是可缩回的,所述托盘(20)的所述第一驱动工具(21)定位在所述框架(20a)上,使得所述板(20c)可从所述框架(20a)移除,并且δ表示所述第一驱动工具(21)和所述引导元件(20b)沿所述轴线yx的所述空间需求,分别用于所述托盘(20)在所述轴线xy的所述方向上的移动。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述处理头(10)是允许水射流切割的头。
10.根据权利要求9所述的移动装置(1),其特征在于,所述可移动臂(11)是中空的,以容纳特别是非常高压的水和压缩空气的所述通道。
