The rolling brush anti-collision alarm avoiding device of the guardrail cleaning vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: the guide wheel (1710) is of a train wheel structure, the rim of the guide wheel (1710) is respectively contacted with the front side surfaces of the front guide rail upper wing plate (7) and the guide rail lower wing plate (8) and the rear side surfaces of the rear guide rail upper wing plate (7) and the guide rail lower wing plate (8).
