Abstract

本发明一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,具体步骤如下:a.将高密度超细纤维无纺布和低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起;b.将复合好的无纺布层含浸聚氨酯浆料,烘干定型;c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,形成是耐磨/着色/手感面层;d.再将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上;e.将无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊压力下进行复合;f.烘箱烘烤;g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,得到仿生皮革。优点是通过针刺工艺,经两种不同密度的无纺布复合在一起,模仿真皮致密的真皮层和松软的皮下纤维层,具有真皮的层次感和挺实度,表面耐磨耐刮。

针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革生产技术领域,具体涉及一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革。
背景技术
皮革制品在日常生活中使用广泛,档次最高的真皮产品在制造过程中使用的各种化学试剂会对环境产生极大的污染,不符合环保需求;而且目前真皮形状不规则,表面瑕疵较多,利用率低,客户使用成本高;市面上超细纤维皮革正在逐渐取代传统的聚氯乙烯和湿法聚氨酯皮革,是目前最接近真皮的产品,但是由于其由涂层和无纺布组成,缺乏真皮的层次感和挺实度,表面耐磨耐刮性能也与真皮存在一定差距。如何使超细纤维皮革具有真皮的层次感和挺实度,表面耐磨耐刮,是目前一大研究课题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,工艺完善,模拟真皮,增加皮革的物理性能和档次感。
本发明的技术方案:
一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,具体步骤如下:
a.将单位克重为0.2-0.26g/cm³的高密度超细纤维无纺布和单位克重为0.13-0.17g/cm³的低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起,达到物理复合的效果,形成无纺布层。
b.将复合好的无纺布层反复含浸-压轧两次聚氨酯浆料,120-180℃烘干定型;聚氨酯浆料是溶剂型,浸渍的目的是获得和真皮类似的微观结构、增加结构密度、替升悬垂感。
c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在80-120g/㎡,形成是耐磨/着色/手感面层。
d.再将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上,80-90℃烘干30-40秒,涂布量在120-150g/㎡;形成粘接层。
e.将无纺布重叠在已经涂覆水性聚氨酯粘合剂的面层上方,高密度超细纤维无纺布作为粘接面,无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊在0.2-0.3MPa的压力下进行复合。
f.经120-150℃的烘箱烘烤5-9分钟。
g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到仿生皮革。
所述的含浸聚氨酯浆料其中: 聚氨酯树脂:100质量份、色浆3-8质量份、渗透剂0.5-2.0质量份、溶剂100-300质量份、碳酸钙10-30质量份。
所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.5-2质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.2质量份。
所述的水性聚氨酯粘合剂,其中水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、异氰酸酯固化剂1--3质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.2质量份。
所述的针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革包括面层、胶层和无纺布层,面层通过胶层复合在无纺布层上面,胶层是水性聚氨酯涂层,无纺布层是高密度超细纤维无纺布层和低密度超细纤维无纺布层,高密度超细纤维无纺布层和低密度超细纤维无纺布层针刺勾连形成一体;高密度超细纤维无纺布层上面通过胶层与面层相复合连接。
本发明的优点是工艺合理,结构紧凑,通过针刺工艺,经两种不同密度的无纺布复合在一起,模仿真皮致密的真皮层和松软的皮下纤维层,具有真皮的层次感和挺实度,表面耐磨耐刮。

具体实施方式
参照图1,所述的针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革包括面层1、胶层2和无纺布层3,面层1通过胶层2复合在无纺布层3上面,胶层2是水性聚氨酯涂层,无纺布层3是高密度超细纤维无纺布层31和低密度超细纤维无纺布层32,高密度超细纤维无纺布层31和低密度超细纤维无纺布层32针刺勾连形成一体;高密度超细纤维无纺布层31上面通过胶层2与面层1相复合连接。
实施例1
a.将单位克重为0.2g/cm³的高密度超细纤维无纺布和单位克重为0.14g/cm³的低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起,达到物理复合的效果。
b配制含浸用聚氨酯浆料聚氨酯树脂:100kg、色浆3kg、渗透剂0.5kg、溶剂150kg、
碳酸钙20质量份;将复合好的无纺布反复含浸-压轧两次聚氨酯浆料,160℃烘干定型。
c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90℃烘干2分钟,涂布量在80g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料其中:水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:3kg、润湿剂:0.3kg、流平剂:0.3kg、异氰酸酯固化剂0.5kg、消泡剂0.1kg;形成面层。
d.将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上,80℃烘干30秒,涂布量在120g/㎡;所述的水性聚氨酯粘合剂,其中水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:3kg、润湿剂:0.3kg、流平剂:0.3kg、异氰酸酯固化剂1kg、消泡剂0.1kg;形成粘接层。
e. 将无纺布重叠在已经涂覆水性聚氨酯粘合剂的面层上方,高密度超细纤维无纺布作为粘接面,无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊在0.2MPa的压力下进行复合。
f.经150℃的烘箱烘烤5分钟。
g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到类似于真皮结构的仿生皮革。
实施例2
a.将单位克重为0.23g/cm³的高密度超细纤维无纺布和单位克重为0.15g/cm³的低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起,达到物理复合的效果。
b配制含浸用聚氨酯浆料聚氨酯树脂:100kg、色浆8kg、渗透剂1.0kg、溶剂200kg、
碳酸钙5质量份;将复合好的无纺布反复含浸-压轧两次聚氨酯浆料,150℃烘干定型。
c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上, 130℃烘干3分钟,涂布量在120g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料其中:水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:10kg、润湿剂: 0.5kg、流平剂:0.5kg、异氰酸酯固化剂2kg、消泡剂0.2kg。
d将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上,90℃烘干40秒,涂布量在150g/㎡;所述的水性聚氨酯粘合剂,其中水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:10kg、润湿剂:0.5kg、流平剂:0.5kg、异氰酸酯固化剂3kg、消泡剂0.2kg。
e. 将无纺布重叠在已经涂覆水性聚氨酯粘合剂的面层上方,高密度超细纤维无纺布作为粘接面,无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊在0.3MPa的压力下进行复合;
f.经140℃的烘箱烘烤7分钟。
g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到类似于真皮结构的仿生皮革。
实施例3
a.将单位克重为225g/㎡的高密度超细纤维无纺布和单位克重为135g/㎡的低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起,达到物理复合的效果。
b配制含浸用聚氨酯浆料聚氨酯树脂:100kg、色浆7kg、渗透剂1.5kg、溶剂250kg、
碳酸钙30质量份;将复合好的无纺布反复含浸-压轧两次聚氨酯浆料,180℃烘干定型。
c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,110℃烘干2.5分钟,涂布量在100g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料其中:水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:6.5kg、润湿剂:0.4kg、流平剂:0.4kg、异氰酸酯固化剂1.25kg、消泡剂0.15kg。
d.将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上,85℃烘干35秒,涂布量在135g/㎡;所述的水性聚氨酯粘合剂,其中水性聚氨酯:100kg、色浆:6.5kg、润湿剂:0.4kg、流平剂:0.4kg、异氰酸酯固化剂2kg、消泡剂0.15kg。
e. 将无纺布重叠在已经涂覆水性聚氨酯粘合剂的面层上方,高密度超细纤维无纺布作为粘接面,无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊在0.25MPa的压力下进行复合。
f.经150℃的烘箱烘烤8分钟。
g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到类似于真皮结构的仿生皮革。

通过上述对比,可以看出,本发明皮革的剥离强度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐水解后剥离强度远超普通皮革的强度,可以应用于一些场合比较恶劣的地方,还保证皮革的寿命大大延长。

Claims (5)

1.一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
a.将单位克重为0.2-0.26g/cm³的高密度超细纤维无纺布和单位克重0.13-0.17g/cm³的低密度超细纤维无纺布利用针刺机进行针刺,将不同密度的无纺布纤维相互勾连在一起,达到物理复合的效果,形成无纺布层;
b.将复合好的无纺布层反复含浸-压轧两次聚氨酯浆料,120-180℃烘干定型;
c.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在80-120g/㎡,形成面层;
d.再将水性聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆在面层上,80-90℃烘干30-40秒,涂布量在120-150g/㎡;
e.将无纺布压合在已经涂覆水性聚氨酯粘合剂的面层上方,高密度超细纤维无纺布的一侧靠近面层,无纺布、面层和离型纸再一起经压辊在0.2-0.3MPa的压力下进行复合;
f.经120-150℃的烘箱烘烤5-9分钟;
g.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到仿生皮革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,其特征在于,所述的含浸聚氨酯浆料其中: 聚氨酯树脂:100质量份、色浆3-8质量份、渗透剂0.5-2.0质量份、溶剂100-300质量份、碳酸钙10-30质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.5-2质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.2质量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯粘合剂,其中水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、异氰酸酯固化剂1--3质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.2质量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革,其特征在于,所述的针刺法复合超细纤维仿生皮革包括面层、粘接层和无纺布层,面层通过粘接剂复合在无纺布层上面,胶层是水性聚氨酯涂层,无纺布层是高密度超细纤维无纺布层和低密度超细纤维无纺布层,高密度超细纤维无纺布层和低密度超细纤维无纺布层针刺勾连形成一体;高密度超细纤维无纺布层上面通过胶层与面层相复合连接。
