技术领域
本发明涉及超纤合成革技术领域,具体地说是一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法。
背景技术
随着生活品质的提高,服装用料趋向差异化、高端化、高品质方向发展,全球超纤市场以服装用超纤绒面革为高端产品为代表。超纤纤维合成材料是目前代替天然皮革最理想的产品,不但具有类似天然皮革的微观结构和外观形态,并且在物理机械性能方面超过天然皮革,超纤纤维合成材料是以双组分合成纤维为原材料,通过针刺制成具有空间立体结构的非织造布,经过聚氨酯树脂加工形成的产品,传统生产超纤皮革的方法一般采用含浸法,此方式无法实现精确定量,产品质量波动大,品质不稳定,目前也出现一些了一些通过在基布正反面涂刮的方法生产超纤皮革,生产出的产品质量比较稳定,可在运动鞋、沙发、汽车内饰、箱包、球类等生产领域得到广泛应用,但是作为超纤服装革用于服装生产仍然具有垂感不足、触感差、透气透湿性差等诸多不足,而且传统薄型服装革因资源有限多用于服装附料,起装饰性作用,无法大面积用于面料生产,因此一种垂感好、触感优、透气透湿性强、且能持续生产的薄型服装革的生产方法是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明提出一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6 和低密度聚乙烯为原料纺制出海岛型复合纤维,海岛型复合纤维中的岛组分为尼龙6,海组分为低密度聚乙烯;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维经针刺工艺生产平均克重400g/㎡-500g/㎡的非织造布;
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布加热,并通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度控制在0.9-1.9㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌20-30min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌3-4h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为75-85:15-20:140-160,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为18%-22%,粘度为6500cps-7500cps;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为(布厚-0.3mm)~(布厚-0.2mm),以保证聚氨酯树脂工作液充分浸入基布中,无纺布的正面和背面涂刮厚度均为0.8mm,实现聚氨酯树脂工作液的精确定量,保证产品质量的稳定性;二甲基甲酰胺能够稀释聚氨酯树脂,保证聚氨酯树脂工作液以低粘度、低固含量的形式快速、充分浸入无纺布内部,且能保证所生产出的产品质地柔软、触感优;基布的正面和反面涂刮相同厚度的聚氨酯树脂工作液,且粘度和固含量均相同,可以保证所生产出的超纤服装革正面和背面一致性优良,更适用于服装的生产;碳酸钙采用1200目碳酸钙,加入碳酸钙的目的一方面能够起到增重、提高垂感、保证触感的作用,另一方面,高目数的碳酸钙能影响聚氨酯树脂的凝固状态,使聚氨酯树脂成膜时形成微孔结构,增加了透气透湿性,也为后加工染色时形成良好的通透性,而且更利于染料分子在基布中的扩散,匀染性、染透性、颜色均一性会变佳,扩大后期的服装生产范围;
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤1)中所述尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯的质量比为50∶50-60∶40。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤2)中所述无纺布的制作工艺参数要求为针刺频率500-1500 刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000 刺/m2、铺网层数25-40 层和无纺布的车速2-5m/min。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤3)中将非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热5-6min。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的后整理工序包括:片皮、磨毛、染色处理。
作为优选的技术方案,所述聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、通过对无纺布正面和背面涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液的方式,无纺布的正面和背面涂刮厚度均为0.8mm,实现了聚氨酯树脂工作液的精确定量,保证产品质量的稳定性;
2、二甲基甲酰胺能够稀释聚氨酯树脂,保证聚氨酯树脂工作液以低粘度、低固含量的形式快速、充分浸入无纺布内部,无纺布正面和背面均涂刮低粘度、低固含量的聚氨酯树脂工作液,能保证所生产出的产品质地柔软、触感优;
3、基布的正面和反面涂刮相同厚度的聚氨酯树脂工作液,且粘度和固含量均相同,可以保证所生产出的超纤服装革正面和背面一致性优良,更适用于服装的生产;
4、在聚氨酯树脂工作液中添加碳酸钙,碳酸钙采用1200目的碳酸钙,加入碳酸钙的目的一方面能够起到增重、提高垂感、保证触感的作用,另一方面,高目数的碳酸钙能影响聚氨酯树脂的凝固状态,使聚氨酯树脂成膜时形成微孔结构,增加了透气透湿性,也为后加工染色时形成良好的通透性,而且更利于染料分子在基布中的扩散,匀染性、染透性、颜色均一性会变佳,扩大后期的服装生产范围。

实施例1
一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯按50∶50的质量比混合,通过螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,控制温度为245℃,经过牵伸、上油、卷曲工序纺制出海岛型复合纤维;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维,设定针刺频率500-1500 刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000刺/m2、铺网层数25层、车速2m/min,生产出平均克重为400g/㎡非织造布;
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热5min,随后通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度为0.9㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌20min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌3h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为75:15:140,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为18%,粘度为6500cps,其中聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为0.6mm;
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过片皮、磨毛、染色一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。
实施例2
一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯按55∶45的质量比混合,通过螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,控制温度为260℃,经过牵伸、上油、卷曲工序纺制出海岛型复合纤维;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维,设定针刺频率500-1500 刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000刺/m2、铺网层数35层、车速4m/min,生产出平均克重为450g/㎡非织造布。
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热5min,随后通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度为1.4㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌25min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌3.5h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为80:17:150,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为20%,粘度为7000cps,其中聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为1.1mm;
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过片皮、磨毛、染色一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。
实施例3
一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯按60∶40的质量比混合,通过螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,控制温度为270℃,经过牵伸、上油、卷曲工序纺制出海岛型复合纤维;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维,设定针刺频率500-1500 刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000刺/m2、铺网层数40层、车速5m/min,生产出平均克重为500g/㎡非织造布。
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热6min,随后通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度为1.9㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌30min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌4h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为85:20:160,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为22%,粘度为7500cps,其中聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为1.6mm;
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过片皮、磨毛、染色一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。
实施例4
一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯按55∶45的质量比混合,通过螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,控制温度为260℃,经过牵伸、上油、卷曲工序纺制出海岛型复合纤维;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维,设定针刺频率500-1500 刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000刺/m2、铺网层数35层、车速4m/min,生产出平均克重为450g/㎡非织造布。
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热5min,随后通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度为1.4㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌25min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌3.5h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为80:17:150,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为20%,粘度为7000cps,其中聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为1.2mm;
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过片皮、磨毛、染色一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。

Claims (6)

1.一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)复合纤维的纺制:以尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯为原料纺制出海岛型复合纤维,海岛型复合纤维中的岛组分为尼龙6,海组分为低密度聚乙烯;
2)无纺布的制作:用步骤1)所制作的海岛型复合纤维经针刺工艺生产平均克重400g/㎡-500g/㎡的非织造布;
3)无纺布的定型:对步骤2)制得的非织造布加热,并通过轧辊对其进行定型,定型厚度控制在0.9-1.9㎜;
4)配制聚氨酯树脂工作液:在反应釜内先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入碳酸钙,搅拌20-30min后加入聚氨酯树脂搅拌3-4h,控制二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸钙和聚氨酯树脂的加入质量比为75-85:15-20:140-160,控制聚氨酯树脂工作液的固含量为18%-22%,粘度为6500cps-7500cps;
5)涂刮聚氨酯树脂工作液:在无纺布正面涂刮步骤4)所制得的聚氨酯树脂工作液,涂层厚度为0.8mm,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,然后在无纺布背面涂刮厚度为0.8mm的上述聚氨酯树脂工作液,通过轧辊将聚氨酯树脂工作液强制压入无纺布内,每对轧辊之间的间隙为(布厚-0.3mm)~(布厚-0.2mm);
6)后整理:将步骤5)制成的基布经过一系列的后整理工序,加工制成客户需要的样品。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯的质量比为50∶50-60∶40。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述无纺布的制作工艺参数要求为针刺频率500-1500刺/min、针刺密度1000-2000刺/m2、铺网层数25-40层和无纺布的车速2-5m/min。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中将非织造布放在130℃的烘箱内加热5-6min。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的后整理工序包括:片皮、磨毛、染色处理。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种薄型超纤服装革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯树脂为旭川化学有限公司生产的HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂,HT35和31S两种聚氨酯树脂按质量比为2:1的比例混合。
