本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别指一种发泡水泥,它是改性全闭孔无机泡沫材料——人工蛭石,其特征在于:将氧化镁100g、氯化镁100g、硬酯酸钙5g、过氧化氢15mg、铸造废砂100g、FD-1防锈剂20g、混合磷酸盐6g而进行混合,再搅拌均匀,注入模具,即可发泡成型。其搅拌速度大于300转/分。本发明的优点在于:抗腐蚀、高强度;既可利用工业废渣粉煤灰、工业废砂,又可不用高压养护;且可在高温下使用;其用途极为广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别指一种发泡水泥,它是改性全闭孔无机泡沫新材料——人工蛭石。本发明是对本发明人的另一中国专利申请的分案,即发明专利申请号为:95101958.9;国际分类号为:E04B 1/88。
背景技术
普通的建筑物,常采用砖、石或水泥制品为材料,但采用这些材料建造的建筑物,其保温、隔热、隔音性能较差,且要求建筑物的基础投资较大。
目前,在现代建筑中,特别是高层框架式建筑中逐渐使用一些轻质发泡建材,如中国专利88105139.x、92102197.6、92106052.1所公开的这种轻质发泡建筑材料是以氯化镁、氧化镁为粘接剂的泡沫制品,这些以氯氧镁为胶结料,以粉煤灰为辅助胶结料,经发泡制成的新型材料,它具有体积轻、保温、隔热、隔音等性能,但还存在有许多不足之处。例如:以氯氧镁为主要胶结料的制品,都普遍存在着对金属有极强的腐蚀作用,其原因是由于氯氧镁制品在水或潮湿的环境下会有较浓的氯离子析出,故其耐水性差,易变形。实验表明,氯离子含量约在10%左右,比海水中的氯离子含量还要高,所以大大地限制了这些制品的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服背景技术中的不足而提供的一种抗腐蚀、高强度的发泡水泥新材料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它是以快凝高强度胶粘剂,加入改性剂、发泡剂、泡孔调节剂及填料,在一定的方式下(即搅拌速度大于300转/分)搅拌,再浇注模具内发泡而成,其特征在于:所述的胶凝材料至少为下列一组:
水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、环氧丙烷;
高强铁(硫)铝酸盐水泥体系;
改性氯氧镁水泥。
所述的改性剂至少为下列一组:
硅粉、水泥、二氧化碳气体、氨水、六偏磷酸钠;
硅粉、减水剂、调凝剂、有机树脂、石英粉;
混合磷酸盐、硅粉、稀土、防腐缓适剂、亚销酸钠。
所述的发泡剂为下列至少一种:
双氧水、镁粉、松香皂、氟立昂。
所述的泡孔调节剂为下列至少一种:
硅油、拉开粉、硬质酸锌、硬质酸钙。
所述的填料可选用下列工业废料中的至少一种:
粉煤灰、废砂、废矿。
本发明是一种具有泡沫结构的轻石,其性能可通过不同配方组份的调整来改变,它已由中国建筑科学研究院得到检验。本发明属非燃烧体,其密度可在100-400kg/m间变化,导热系数相应在0.035-0.15之间变化,抗压强度在1-2Mpa间变化。在-20C冷冻4小时,在+20C水中融4小时,循环30次后,其抗压强度不但没有降低,反有提高。
本发明与现有发泡氯化镁制品相比,最突出的特点是,不存在氯化镁制品对金属的强大腐蚀作用。按普通泡沫混凝土的要求,可在制品内部放入钢筋或钢件,而现存发泡制品内只能放置竹筋,并做严格的防腐处理。
本发明的优点在于:抗腐蚀、高强度;既可利用工业废渣粉煤灰、工业废砂,又可不用高压养护;且可在高温下使用;其用途极为广泛。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将水玻璃300g、二甲基硅油5g、氟立昂15ml、粉煤灰200g、水15ml而进行混合,再搅拌均匀,注入模具,即可发泡成型。
实施例2:
将硫铝酸盐水泥200g、FN减水剂5g、过氧化氢15mg、硅油5g、石英粉(或硅粉)20g、粉煤灰100g、水适量进行混合,再搅拌均匀,注入模具,即可发泡成型。
实施例3:
将氧化镁100g、氯化镁100g、硬酯酸钙5g、过氧化氢15mg、铸造废砂100g、FD-1防锈剂20g、混合磷酸盐6g而进行混合,再搅拌均匀,注入模具,即可发泡成型。
其中,FD-1防锈剂为市售的防锈剂。

Claims (2)

1、一种发泡水泥,其特征在于:将氧化镁100g、氯化镁100g、硬酯酸钙5g、过氧化氢15mg、铸造废砂100g、FD-1防锈剂20g、混合磷酸盐6g而进行混合,再搅拌均匀,注入模具,即可发泡成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发泡水泥,其特征在于:其搅拌速度大于300转/分。
