And the limiting block 104 is provided with a limiting adjusting bolt 105, and the adjusting bolt 105 is provided with a positioning nut 106 so as to finely adjust the limiting range and improve the limiting accuracy.
The swing rail includes a merge joint portion on an upstream side, a drive portion on a downstream side, and a pivot joint portion provided between the merge joint portion and the drive portion, and the merge drive mechanism connects and pushes and pulls the drive portion. The structure prevents the confluence driving mechanism from extending to the confluence opening along with the confluence jointing part, namely, the confluence driving mechanism is prevented from interfering with the introduced clothes hanger. The length of the driving part is smaller than that of the confluence connecting part, so that the driving efficiency of the confluence driving mechanism is improved, namely, the push-pull driving part generates a small swinging distance, and the confluence connecting part can obtain a large swinging distance.
And a clothes hanger baffle plate 11 extending to the position where the driving part completely swings out is arranged on the mounting rack so as to prevent the clothes hanger sliding into the swinging rail from sliding out of the rail due to inertia.
As a way of the cooperative connection of the swing rail and the upstream and downstream connecting rails, as shown in the attached drawings: the swing rail 5 both ends all are equipped with bayonet joint 51, the relative one end of upstream connection rail 4 and downstream connection rail 6 all is equipped with inserting groove 52, just the inserting groove of upstream connection rail 4 is close to one side opening in the mounting bracket, the inserting groove of downstream connection rail 6 is close to one side opening outside the mounting bracket. The splicing structure can effectively ensure the connection tightness between the swing rail and the upstream and downstream connecting rails, and simultaneously effectively ensure the position accuracy of the swing rail after resetting through an opening at one side of the splicing groove.
As another way of cooperatively connecting the swing rail with the upstream and downstream connecting rails, not shown in the drawings: the two ends of the swing rail 5 are both provided with insertion grooves, the opposite ends of the upstream connecting rail 4 and the downstream connecting rail 6 are both provided with insertion connectors, the insertion groove at the downstream end of the swing rail 5 is close to one side opening in the mounting frame, and the insertion groove at the upstream end of the swing rail 5 is close to one side opening outside the mounting frame. The principle is the same as in the first mode described above.
In addition, the bird hook lifting plate 9 includes a mounting plate 91, a support plate 92 perpendicular to the mounting plate 91, and a guide plate 93 extending from the support plate 92 near one end of the confluence opening 7, and the guide plate 93 is provided with an arc-shaped guide portion. The bird hook lifting plate is simple in structure, the bird hook is guided into the supporting plate through the guide plate to be stably supported, and enough space is reserved for guiding the clothes hanger. The width of the guiding plate 93 is smaller than that of the supporting plate 92, and the guiding plate 93 is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 92 far away from the side plate 2, so that the interference of the guiding plate 93 on the clothes hanger is effectively avoided. The mounting plate 91 is arranged on the side of the flow closing port 7, and the guide plate 93 is in the covering range of the flow closing port 7 so as to avoid interference on the clothes hanger on the premise of ensuring the reliability of lifting the bird hook. The confluence opening on the bottom plate 1 extends to the lower part of the upstream connecting rail 4 so as to further avoid the interference of the bottom plate on the clothes rack.

A clothing hanging and conveying system comprises a production area, a rear whole area, a storage area and a packaging area which are sequentially connected; the production line is characterized in that the rear integral area is provided with a first transition conveying line, a drying area conveying line, an ironing area conveying line and a second transition conveying line, one end of the first transition conveying line is connected with the production area, and the other end of the first transition conveying line is connected with the input end of the ironing area conveying line and the second transition conveying line; the drying area conveying line penetrates through the drying furnace, the inlet end of the drying area conveying line is connected with the production area, and the outlet end of the drying area conveying line is connected with the input end of the ironing area conveying line and a second transition conveying line; the output end of the ironing area conveying line is connected with the inlet end of the drying area conveying line and the storage area; the second transitional transfer line is also connected to the storage area.

The hanging conveyor system for clothes making according to claim 1, wherein the ironing zone conveyor line comprises at least two ironing conveyor units disposed on the same side of the drying oven, one ironing conveyor unit near the drying oven is connected to the inlet end of the drying zone conveyor line, and the ironing conveyor unit far away from the drying oven is connected to the ironing conveyor unit near one side of the drying oven.

The hanging conveyor system for clothes as claimed in claim 2, wherein a backward converging mechanism is provided at a position where the ironing conveyor unit near the drying oven is connected to the ironing conveyor unit far from the drying oven, the backward converging mechanism comprises a mounting frame consisting of a bottom plate, a top plate and a side plate, the bottom plate is provided with an upstream connecting rail, a swinging rail and a downstream connecting rail which are sequentially connected, the swinging rail is rotatably connected to the bottom plate, the bottom plate is provided with a converging driving mechanism for driving the swinging rail to rotate, the bottom plate and the side plate are provided with converging ports which are communicated with each other, the mounting frame is provided with a converging guide rail which extends from one side of the side plate, which faces away from the swinging rail, to the converging port, and the side plate is provided with a bird hook lifting plate on a side of the converging port and on a return path of the bird hook conveyor line.

The hanging and conveying system for clothes making according to claim 3, wherein the confluence driving mechanism comprises a driver and a driving arm rotatably connected to the output end of the driver and the swing rail, the output end of the driver is provided with a connecting block, the driving arm is rotatably connected to the connecting block, the bottom plate is provided with limiting blocks on both sides of the connecting block in the moving direction, the limiting blocks are provided with limiting adjusting bolts, and the adjusting bolts are provided with positioning nuts.

A garment hanger delivery system according to claim 3, wherein the swing rail comprises a converging joint on the upstream side, a drive section on the downstream side, and a swing joint between the converging joint and the drive section, the converging drive mechanism being coupled to push and pull the drive section.
6. A garment hanger delivery system according to claim 5, wherein the length of the drive portion is less than the length of the merge junction.
7. A garment hanger delivery system according to claim 3, wherein a hanger bar is provided on the mounting bracket extending to a position where the drive portion is fully swung out.

The hanging conveyor system for clothes making according to claim 3, wherein the swing rail is provided with two insertion connectors at two ends, the opposite ends of the upstream connecting rail and the downstream connecting rail are provided with insertion grooves, the insertion groove of the upstream connecting rail is close to one side opening inside the mounting rack, and the insertion groove of the downstream connecting rail is close to one side opening outside the mounting rack.

The hanging conveyor system for clothes making according to claim 3, wherein the swing rail is provided with insertion grooves at both ends, the opposite ends of the upstream and downstream connection rails are provided with insertion joints, the insertion groove at the downstream end of the swing rail is close to one side opening inside the mounting rack, and the insertion groove at the upstream end of the swing rail is close to one side opening outside the mounting rack.

The hanging conveying system for clothes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production area is provided with a feeding conveying line, a processing area conveying line, a checking area conveying line and a first fast conveying line which are connected in sequence, and the first fast conveying line is connected with the inlet ends of the first transition conveying line and the drying area conveying line; the first transition conveying line, the outlet end of the drying area conveying line, the input end of the ironing area conveying line and the second transition conveying line are connected with a second rapid conveying line, the storage area is provided with a storage area conveying line, the input end of the storage area conveying line is provided with a third rapid conveying line, and the third rapid conveying line is connected with the output ends of the second transition conveying line and the ironing area conveying line; the packing district is equipped with the packing transfer chain, be equipped with fourth fast conveyor line between packing district transfer chain and the storage area transfer chain, be equipped with fifth fast conveyor line between packing district transfer chain and the inspection district transfer chain.
