Abstract
本发明涉一种由弹性材料构成的挤压物形式的管垫(1),至少包含一第一端侧和第二端侧,所述端侧与挤压方向(Y)垂直或有一夹角;以及多根管子(2、8),所述管子在两端侧(11、12)之间在挤压方向上平行伸展。本发明的管垫的特征在于,至少部分管子(2、8)以可调间距(a、b)闭合,确切地说分别形成闭合的气柱,其中管栓塞(3、9、10)与管垫(1、7)形成一体的弹性复合体。另外还推荐一种制作本发明的管垫(1)的有益的方法。据此在挤压后利用在其外圆上分布有销栓的压力辊对管垫进行点状碾压,确切地说形成凹槽(5)和栓塞隔档(6)。接着对其进行硫化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由弹性材料构成的挤压物形式的管垫,包含至少
-一第一端侧和第二端侧,所述两端侧垂直于挤压方向或与挤压方向成一定角度;以及
-多根管子,所述管子在两个端侧间在挤压方向上平行伸展。
背景技术
对这样一种管垫例如在文献DE-C-33 45 388、DE-C-34 03 234、DE-C-35 24 719和EP-B-0 569 867中已做了详细的说明。
在迄今公知的管垫中赃物和水会由端侧进入,将导致管垫不能充分发挥其弹性作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种管垫,其中可以在很大程度上避免赃物和水的侵入,同时还将改善材料的弹性,延长使用寿命并使之能承受持续应力的作用。
该目的的实现方案是,至少部分管子以可调间距闭合,分别形成闭合的气柱,其中管栓塞以凹槽和栓塞隔挡的形式与管垫形成一体的弹性复合体。
其中管栓塞沿一条垂直于挤压方向的直线或与以不等于90°的,优选45-80°的角度向挤压方向延伸。
就管栓塞而言,尤其可以应用以下两种方案:
-管垫的第一端侧和第二端侧闭合,确切地说形成一完全闭合的管***;
-管垫的第一端侧和/或第二端侧部分或完全开口,确切地说形成一相应开口的端段。但在管垫的中间段存在一闭合的管***。
对管垫宜应用下述材料:
-管垫由乙烯-丙烯-二亚乙基三胺-混合聚合物(EPDM)基的硫化橡胶混合物构成,其中肖氏硬度为A30°-50°。
-另一材料是天然橡胶(NR)基的硫化橡胶混合物,其中其肖氏硬度为A30°-60°。
橡胶混合物的其它通用的组分例如是硫或硫供体化合物、促进剂、氧化锌、填料和防老化剂。
本发明的管垫尤其适用于轨道交通领域,确切地说适用于在下述应用领域的减震和隔音:
-作为道床或碎石路基的弹性垫。就此点而言,管垫也被称作道床垫或碎石路基垫。其中必要时管垫上可以覆盖一层无纺布等保护层。
-管垫起着枕靴***中的弹性的衬垫的作用。
-另外作为轨道支承点的弹性的衬垫,尤其是以钢轨衬垫的形式设置在钢轨下面。
另外本发明的目的还在于提出一种制作这种管垫的方法,该方法可以实现更为牢固的管栓塞并且费用低廉。
一种特别有益的制作本发明的管垫的方法,其特征在于包含下述步骤:
-在挤压后利用一压辊,在该压辊的圆周上分布有销柱,对管垫进行碾压,形成凹槽和栓塞隔档;
-然后进行硫化。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个由弹性材料,即由橡胶或类橡胶的塑料构成的管垫。这种管垫是挤压方向为Y的挤压物。其长度可以达到100米。
管垫1具有多根管子2,所述管子在挤压方向Y上平行伸展。其中管子以可调整的间距a闭合,确切地说形成闭合的气柱。管栓塞在此沿一与挤压方向Y成一角度约为α=55°的直线X伸展。其中形成多个闭合的管段I、II、III和IV。
就材料剪裁而言,视要求有两种可能性:
-沿线X穿过管栓塞3的中间进行剪裁。从而形成一完全闭合的端侧。
-沿线Z垂直于挤压方向Y进行剪裁。从而形成一在管垫端侧内部开口的管段III。但当管垫至少有一个闭合的管段,尤其是具有多个串接在一起的管段时,必须容忍此情况。在采用管垫1作为道床垫或碎石路基垫就是此情况。
图2示出管栓塞3,其中在栓塞范围内管垫1的上侧形成凹槽5。管栓塞本身是由栓塞隔档6实现的。
此时对材料沿线X穿过栓塞隔档6的中间进行裁剪,形成管垫1的一闭合的端侧。
图3示出一带有管子8的管垫7。在制作这种管垫时,首先在带状的结构上形成多个管栓塞9、10,与图1的实施例相反管栓塞沿一条垂直于挤压方向Y的直线X伸展。其中管子8以可调的间距b闭合,确切地说形成一闭合管段V。
此时,根据该实施例沿线X实现材料裁剪,其中形成第一端侧11和第二端侧12,所述端侧分别完全闭合。其中只有唯一一个闭合的管段V。
这种管垫例如可以作为枕靴***的弹性衬垫。
图4为图3所示的管垫7的截面图(A-A向),其中管子8的截面基本为半圆的结构,确切地说采用了另一种结构方案。但也可以是具有另外一种截面结构(例如圆形)的管子。
图5为图3所示的管垫7的纵剖视图(B-B向),确切地说形成一闭合的管子8。就管栓塞9、10而言,图2所示的管栓塞3在此也同样适用。
图6示出制作图1所示的管垫1的工艺过程。
带状的管垫1在挤压方向由挤压机13中被挤压出。管垫这时在一承载的滑移***上,特别是以托辊14的形式被输送。一在其圆周上分布设置有销栓16的压力辊15这时对管垫进行点状的碾压(即仅在栓塞范围内),确切地说形成一凹槽5和栓塞隔档6(图2)。其中管栓塞3(图1、2)沿一角度不等于90°的直线伸展。
这时管垫进入硫化槽17。其中在无压力的情况下在超高频槽内、在一盐浴设备或热风设备中进行硫化。
销栓17最好是可以更换的。直径约为20mm的销栓例如在道床垫或碎石路基垫中已经得到验证。
在采用另外一种压力辊15和销栓16的设置方案时还可以实现沿垂直于挤压方向Y的直线X伸展的管栓塞3。
Claims (17)
1.由弹性材料构成的挤压物形式的管垫(1,7),至少包含:
-第一端侧(11)和第二端侧(12),所述端侧与挤压方向(Y)垂直或有一夹角;以及
-多根管子(2、8),所述管子在两端侧(11、12)之间在挤压方向上平行伸展;其特征在于,
-至少部分管子(2、8)以可调间距(a、b)闭合,分别形成闭合的气柱,其中管栓塞(3、9、10)以凹槽(5)和栓塞隔挡(6)的形式与管垫(1、7)形成一体的弹性复合体。
2.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,管栓塞(9、10)沿垂直于挤压方向(Y)的直线(X)伸展。
3.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,管栓塞(3)沿一与挤压方向(Y)的夹角α不等于90°的直线(X)伸展。
4.按照权利要求3所述的管垫,其特征在于,所述夹角α为45°至80°。
5.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,第一端侧(11)和第二端侧(12)是闭合的,形成完全闭合的管***。
6.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,第一端侧(11)和/或第二端侧(12)部分或完全开口,形成一相应的开口端段,但在管垫的中间范围形成一闭合的管***。
7.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,管垫由乙烯-丙烯-二亚乙基三胺-混合聚合物(EPDM)基的硫化橡胶聚合物构成。
8.按照权利要求7所述的管垫,其特征在于,其肖氏硬度为A30°至50°。
9.按照权利要求1所述的管垫,其特征在于,管垫由天然橡胶(NR)基的硫化橡胶混合物构成。
10.按照权利要求9中所述的管垫,其特征在于,其肖氏硬度为A30°至60°。
11.按照权利要求1所述的管垫用于作为道床或碎石路基的弹性垫,其中对该管垫用无纺布层进行覆盖。
12.按照权利要求1所述的管垫用于作为枕靴***的弹性衬垫。
13.按照权利要求1所述的管垫用于作为轨道支承点的弹性垫,作为钢轨垫板设置在轨底下面。
14.制作按照权利要求1至13中任一项所述的管垫的方法,其特征在于下述方法步骤:
-在挤压后利用一压力辊(15),在该压辊的圆周上分布有销栓(16),对管垫进行碾压,形成凹槽(5)和栓塞隔档(6);
-接着进行硫化。
15.按照权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,采用的销栓(16)是可更换的。
16.按照权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在无压力的情况下在超高频-槽、在盐浴设施或在热风设施中进行硫化。
17.按照权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,制成最大长度为100m的管垫,形成闭合的管段(I、II、III、IV、V),根据用途与一材料段连接。
