the top of the conveying assembly (8) is movably provided with a support groove (2), the top of the support groove (2) is movably provided with a liquid storage tank (1), the top of the liquid storage tank (1) is movably provided with a sealing cover (7), the output end of the liquid storage tank (1) is fixedly provided with a liquid discharge valve (10), and the bottom of the support groove (2) is movably provided with a cavity (9);
and connecting components (4) are movably mounted between the supporting rods (3).
