本发明公开了一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法,利用泡沫水洗剂,将退浆以及酵素石磨洗简化为泡沫法的超低水位的水洗,缩短了工艺流程,省浮石、省水、省蒸汽、省化工助剂及人工等各种成本,得到的产品花度颗粒感强、底色鲜艳、立体感强以及整体纹路清晰,且对设备要求不高,适合花度粗犷的服装要求。

本发明涉及一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法。
背景技术:
现有牛仔水洗常规的工序有:手工(吊磨、手擦猫须、扎花等)、退浆、酵素石磨洗、漂洗(高锰酸钾漂白、次氯酸钠漂白、双氧水漂白)、中和洗、压皱整理(即树脂整理)、套色、柔软整理等等。传统的牛仔退浆以及酵素石磨洗工艺都是分两步进行,先退浆再进行酵素石磨洗,工艺复杂,成本高,需要耗费大量的水资源。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法,利用泡沫水洗剂将退浆以及酵素石磨洗简化为泡沫法的超低水位的水洗,缩短了工艺流程,省浮石、省水、省蒸汽、省化工助剂及人工等各种成本,得到的产品花度颗粒感强、底色鲜艳、立体感强以及整体纹路清晰,且对设备要求不高,适合花度粗犷的服装要求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将做好手工(吊磨、手擦猫须、扎花等)且分好色的未洗牛仔成衣,装入水洗机,空机打少量蒸汽转10分钟,当为裤子时将裤子打开防止折痕,根据1:2的体积比进水和泡沫水洗剂,根据水量加入相应的泡沫助剂,可根据需求加入少量合适大小的石头,转机酵石洗,时间到了对版,然后过清水,交后续水洗正常流转;按总质量百分数为100%计,泡沫水洗剂包括组分A、B和C,三者的质量分数分别为A40-60%,B20-30%,C10-30%;组分A按总质量百分比为100%计,包括烷基糖苷8%~48%,异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~37%,冰醋酸0.2%~2%,余为纯净水;组分B按总质量百分比为100%计,包括纤维素酶80%~90%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~10%,余为纯净水和无机盐;组分C按总质量百分比为100%计,包括亲水性阳离子改性聚酯2%~18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~32%,月桂醇聚醚-5硫酸酯钠5%~55%,余为纯净水。
亲水性阳离子改性聚酯的制备方法参见CN 106397754A实施例1。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明利用泡沫水洗剂将退浆以及酵素石磨洗简化为一浴法的泡沫法超低水位的水洗,缩短了工艺流程,省浮石、省水、省蒸汽、省化工助剂及人工等各种成本,得到的产品花度花度颗粒感强、底色鲜艳、立体感强以及整体纹路清晰,且对设备要求不高,适合花度粗犷的服装要求。

以下是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法
包括以下步骤:将做好手工(吊磨、手擦猫须、扎花等)且分好色的未洗牛仔成衣85kg(135件),装入水洗机,空机打少量蒸汽转10分钟,根据1:2的体积比进水和泡沫水洗剂,根据水量加入相应的泡沫助剂HS3208,可根据需求加入少量合适大小的石头,转机酵石洗,时间到了对版,然后过清水,交后续水洗正常流转;泡沫水洗剂包括组分A、B和C,三者的质量比为2:1:1,组分A按总质量百分比为100%计,包括烷基糖苷8%,异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚37%,冰醋酸0.2%,余为纯净水;组分B按总质量百分比为100%计,包括纤维素酶80%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%,余为纯净水和硫酸钠;组分C按总质量百分比为100%计,包括亲水性阳离子改性聚酯2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚32%,月桂醇聚醚-5硫酸酯钠5%,余为纯净水。
对比例1:
采用传统的先退浆再进行酵素石磨洗工艺。

实施例1和对比例1比较可知,本发明将退浆以及酵素石磨洗简化为一浴法的泡沫法超低水位的水洗,缩短了工艺流程,省浮石、省水、省蒸汽、省化工助剂及人工等各种成本,得到的产品花度花度颗粒感强、底色鲜艳、立体感强以及整体纹路清晰,且对设备要求不高,适合花度粗犷的服装要求。
实施例2:
参考实施例1,不同之处在于:组分A按总质量百分比为100%计,包括烷基糖苷48%,异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,冰醋酸2%,余为纯净水;组分B按总质量百分比为100%计,包括纤维素酶90%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,余为纯净水和无机盐硫酸钠;组分C按总质量百分比为100%计,包括亲水性阳离子改性聚酯18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,月桂醇聚醚-5硫酸酯钠55%,余为纯净水。

1.一种牛仔成衣泡沫水洗方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:将做好手工且分好色的未洗牛仔成衣,装入水洗机,空机打少量蒸汽转10分钟,当为裤子时将裤子打开防止折痕,根据1:2的体积比进水和泡沫水洗剂,根据水量加入相应的泡沫助剂,转机酵石洗,时间到了对版,然后过清水,交后续水洗正常流转;按总质量百分数为100%计,泡沫水洗剂包括组分A、B和C,三者的质量分数分别为A40-60%,B20-30%,C10-30%;组分A按总质量百分比为100%计,包括烷基糖苷8%~48%,异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~37%,冰醋酸0.2%~2%,余为纯净水;组分B按总质量百分比为100%计,包括纤维素酶80%~90%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~10%,余为纯净水和无机盐;组分C按总质量百分比为100%计,包括亲水性阳离子改性聚酯2%~18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~32%,月桂醇聚醚-5硫酸酯钠5%~55%,余为纯净水。
