Background
During the shutdown overhaul of the nuclear power station, the evaporator needs to be overhauled, in order to prevent radioactive gas or liquid from causing unnecessary damage to overhaul personnel, improve the repair quality and shorten the repair time, remote automatic operation equipment is needed, and in the working process of the equipment, the maintenance equipment needs to be ensured to be parallel to a plane to be maintained, so that a special leveling device is needed for adjustment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a three-foot leveling device for evaporator maintenance and a working method thereof, which are used for solving the leveling problem of remote automatic operation equipment for evaporator maintenance of a nuclear power station.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a three-foot leveling device for evaporator maintenance comprises a bearing frame 1, a lifting mechanism 2, a three-foot platform 3, a connecting assembly 4, a rotary rocker arm 5, a connecting flange 6, a rotary motor and a speed reducer 7;
the bearing frame 1 is used for bearing the whole three-foot leveling device and is fixed on the inner wall of the evaporator through an inner supporting mechanism during working;
the lifting mechanisms 2 are divided into three groups, the three groups are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the bearing frame 1, each group of lifting mechanisms can be independently controlled and adjusted and comprises a lifting motor 9, a lifting slider 10 and a connector 11, the lifting slider 10 is movably arranged on a screw nut mechanism, the screw nut mechanism is connected with the lifting motor 9 through a synchronous belt, and the lifting motor 9 drives the lifting slider 10 to realize lifting motion through the synchronous belt and the screw nut mechanism;

Preferably, to ensure the precision of the adjustment, the lifting motor 9 is provided with an encoder 8 for monitoring the number of rotation turns of the lifting motor 9.
Preferably, the three connecting assemblies 4 are uniformly distributed on the three-legged platform 3 through screw connection and are respectively connected with the connectors 11 arranged on the three groups of lifting mechanisms 2, so that the lifting mechanisms 2 and the three-legged platform 3 are connected through the connecting assemblies 4.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

2. the lifting of the three-foot leveling device is adjusted through the screw rod nut mechanism, the positioning precision of the mechanism is high, and the motor can conveniently achieve the leveling precision by selecting a servo motor;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the three-foot leveling device for evaporator maintenance of the present invention comprises a carrier 1, a lifting mechanism 2, a three-foot platform 3, a connecting assembly 4, a rotary rocker arm 5, a connecting flange 6, and a rotary motor and reducer 7.
The bearing frame 1 is used for bearing the whole three-foot leveling device and installing other parts, and can be fixed on the inner wall of the evaporator through the inner supporting mechanism during working.

As shown in fig. 2, the tripod type platform 3 is mounted above the carriage 1, the connecting flange 6 is mounted at the center position above the carriage 1, the connecting flange 6 is connected with the rotary rocker arm 5 through a screw, the rotary motor and the speed reducer 7 connected with the rotary rocker arm 5 are mounted at the center position below the tripod type platform 3, and the rotary rocker arm 5 is driven to rotate through the rotary motor and the speed reducer 7, so that the rotation of the maintenance device mounted on the rotary rocker arm 5 is realized, and the multi-position maintenance is performed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
