Further, the interval adjusting device comprises a screw rod in threaded connection with the bag cores and a screw rod driving device capable of driving the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the vertical frame, and the screw rod can be arranged by arranging a thrust bearing or other bearing structures, so that the screw rod can only rotate on the vertical frame without position change. Screw rod and bag core screw-thread fit, the rotary motion of screw rod just can convert the linear motion of bag core to realize being close to and keeping away from of two sets of bag cores, through the regulation to bag core interval, just can realize the regulation to the diaphragm tensile force. According to the invention, the bag clamp used for reinforcing the membrane is arranged on the bag core, the bag clamp is of a controllable electric structure, and after the membrane is sleeved on the bag core, the bag clamp can be automatically opened and then clamps the edge of the membrane, so that the membrane is clamped and fixed.
After the membrane is turned over and opened, the membrane needs to be hoisted into the vertical frame and sleeved on the bag core, so that the invention provides the traction mechanism, the traction structure is arranged on the vertical frame, and the traction structure is used for dragging the membrane which is turned over and opened to the bag core in the vertical direction. The traction mechanism comprises a traction frame, the traction frame can be arranged in the vertical frame in a vertically moving mode and located below the bag core, a grabbing mechanical arm is arranged on the traction frame, a diaphragm which is overturned and opened is grabbed by the grabbing mechanical arm, a power assembly is arranged at the top of the vertical frame, and the power assembly supplies power to the traction frame to drive the traction frame to move up and down.
In order to improve the moving stability of the traction frame and avoid the situation that the traction frame is rocked when ascending or descending, the invention also provides the guide rod, the guide rod is vertically fixed in the vertical frame, the traction frame is provided with the limiting sleeve or the linear bearing, and the limiting sleeve or the linear bearing is in sliding fit with the guide rod and used for limiting the up-and-down movement of the traction frame.
Specifically, the power assembly is in power connection with the traction frame through a traction rope. Or a lead screw system is arranged in the vertical frame, and the lead screw system drives the traction frame to ascend and descend.
Through the structural design, the vertical frame is provided with the bag core and the traction structure, the membrane after being turned and opened is pulled to the bag core by the traction structure, the two bag cores are separated and can be tensioned, and therefore the membrane is fixed.
Third part, multi-function robot
The multifunctional robot is a plurality of manipulators which can work in coordination, the multifunctional robot is arranged on the vertical frame, and can open holes on the diaphragm, grab the valve body, align the valve seat and the valve body and screw up the valve body. Specifically, the multifunctional robot comprises a hole opening mechanical arm, a grabbing mechanical arm and a screwing mechanical arm, wherein the three mechanical arm devices are respectively used for opening holes in a membrane sleeved on a bag core, grabbing and placing a valve body and screwing the valve body and a valve seat.
Fourth part, bag body sewing and finished product workbench
The bag body sewing and finished product workbench is a horizontal workbench, the discharging frame is a horizontal workbench, the vertical frame is a vertical workbench, the bag body sewing and finished product workbench and the discharging frame are respectively arranged on two sides of the vertical frame, after the membranes are discharged at a fixed length from the discharging frame, the membranes can be sequentially sleeved on the bag core in the vertical frame to complete the sleeving of the membranes, the opening and the installation of the valve. The sheets (already fitted) with valves are then pulled onto a bag sewing and finishing station for further operations, such as heat sealing and sewing reinforcement of the bag mouth.
The bag body sewing and finished product workbench is connected with the vertical frame process and used for taking down the membrane sleeved on the bag core and provided with the valve body and sewing and reinforcing the edge of the membrane.
The bag body sewing and finished product workbench comprises a table top, a bag body traction guide rail is arranged on the table top, the extending direction of the bag body traction guide rail is vertical to the extending direction of the transverse guide rail, a bag body grabbing structure is arranged on the bag body traction guide rail and used for drawing a membrane sleeved on a bag core onto the table top, a sewing machine track is arranged at the edge of the table top, and an automatic sewing machine is arranged on the sewing machine track.
Fifth part, bag body heat seal mechanism
The bag body heat sealing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the vertical frame and is used for carrying out heat sealing on the opening at the end part of the membrane.
Based on the design concept, the invention has the following specific structure:
as shown in fig. 1, the full-automatic bag making machine for liquid bags of vertical containers comprises a material placing frame 1 and a vertical frame 2, wherein a bag core 3 is hung in the middle of the vertical frame 2, a traction mechanism 4, a multifunctional robot 5, an automatic conveyor 6, a bag body heat sealing mechanism 202 and a bag body sewing and finished product workbench 7 are installed on the periphery of the bag core 3, and corresponding operations are performed once through each station in the bag making process.
As shown in fig. 3, the discharging rack 1 includes a support 101, a PP film roll 110 and a PE film roll 109, and the PP film roll 110 and the PE film roll 109 discharge through the support 101. The transition plate 102 is fixedly installed on the discharging frame 1, and the PP film 112 and the PE film 111 discharged from the PP film roll 110 and the PE film roll 109 are transferred to the subsequent process equipment through the transition plate 102.
The invention is also provided with a turnover shaft 103 and a turnover plate 104, after the diaphragms (PP diaphragm 112 and PE diaphragm 111) are conveyed to the turnover plate 104, the turnover sucker 105 adsorbs and fixes the diaphragms on the turnover plate 104, and then the turnover cylinder 106 pushes the turnover plate 104 to turn over for 90 degrees around the turnover shaft 103. The adsorption cylinder 108 pushes the movable sucker 107 to coincide with the overturning sucker 105 and adsorb the membrane, the adsorption cylinder 108 retracts, and the opening of the membrane forms a cylindrical structure under the action of the overturning sucker 105 and the movable sucker 107; and after the material is discharged, the cutting knife 113 cuts the film material, and the feeding frame finishes the actions of discharging, opening and cutting the film material.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the traction mechanism 4 includes a traction frame 401, a gripping robot 404 is mounted on the traction frame 401, a power assembly 403 is connected to the traction frame 401 to provide power for the traction frame to move up and down, and a guide rod 402 passes through the traction frame 401 to determine the up and down movement direction for the traction frame 401.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the bag core 3 includes a bag core frame 301, a fixed fixing seat 302 is fixedly arranged at the top of the bag core frame 301, a slide rail 303 is installed at the bottom of the fixing seat 302, and a transmission screw 304 (screw) is connected with the two sets of bag cores 3, a slide rail installation seat 201 is arranged at the top of the vertical frame 2, the slide rail 303 is used for fixedly installing, the adjustment of the distance between the two sets of bag cores 3 can be realized by adjusting the transmission screw 304, the action of a film tensioning bag body after bag sheathing is realized, and the production requirements of liquid bags with different specifications and widths can be realized. The bag core frame 301 is provided with a clamping mechanism bag clamp, in the figure, the bag clamp comprises a clamping mechanism bag clamp 305, a bag clamp 306 and a bag clamp 307, the film material is drawn to the bag clamp, the bag clamp starts to work to clamp the film material to prevent the film material from falling off, the drawing mechanism draws another layer of film material to realize the bag covering action, and the bag core is provided with an exhaust valve seat clamping mechanism 308 and a common valve seat clamping mechanism 309 for placing the valve seat according to the requirement before the bag covering.
As shown in fig. 2, the multifunctional robot 5 can freely replace the tapping manipulator, the grabbing manipulator and the screwing manipulator which are placed on the automatic conveyor 6, so as to grab and place the valve seat on the exhaust valve seat clamping mechanism 308 and the common valve seat clamping mechanism 309, realize tapping of the valve hole of the bag body, realize grabbing and placing the valve body, and realize screwing action of the valve body and the valve seat.
As shown in fig. 5, the bag heat-sealing mechanism 202 is fixedly connected to the vertical frame 2, the bag heat-sealing mechanism 202 can peel off the opening ends of the PP and PE films that are well sleeved to realize heat-sealing of the PE, and the PP and PE films at the opening ends are sleeved to be flat after the sealing is finished.
As shown in fig. 8, the bag sewing and finishing workbench 7 comprises a workbench 701, a bag traction guide rail 706 is arranged on the workbench 701, a bag traction power mechanism 707 is arranged on the workbench 702, and the bag grabbing structure 703 is assembled on the bag traction guide rail 706 and connected with the bag traction power mechanism 707, so that the bag grabbing structure 703 can grab a bag and pull the bag to the workbench; a sewing machine track 705 is arranged on the rack 702, an automatic sewing machine 704 is assembled on the sewing machine track 705, and the automatic sewing machine can automatically grab the liquid bag opening edge and automatically turn the edge for sewing so as to realize bag body sewing and reinforcement.

the multifunctional robot comprises a hole-opening mechanical arm, a grabbing mechanical arm and a screwing mechanical arm and is used for opening a hole on a membrane sleeved on the bag core, grabbing and placing the valve body and screwing the valve body and the valve seat;
and the bag body sewing and finished product workbench is connected with the vertical frame process and is used for taking down the membrane sleeved on the bag core and provided with the valve body and sewing and reinforcing the edge of the membrane.
