本发明公开了一种全新结构的可结合人IL‑1β的抗体或其抗原结合片段,其具有良好的阻断IL‑1β与其受体相结合,从而下调IL‑1β活性的生物学功能,可应用于制备治疗IL‑1β过表达介导的免疫类疾病(例如关节炎、骨质疏松、肿瘤坏死因子受体相关周期性综合症等)的药物,具有良好的临床应用前景。
