Abstract

一种湿空气换热器轮动除霜控制***,包括空气取热单元、除霜单元以及控制单元(7),利用时空分割原理和温差除霜控制法相结合,将空气换热器取热***设置为多个可独立运行的取热单元,并将每一路独立的取热单元均设置一个取热回路和除霜回路,并综合考虑换热器取热回路入口与空气之间的温差、换热器除霜回路出口温度、空气温湿度等因素,控制电动阀的开闭,实现取热过程和除霜过程的切换。其中一路空气换热器(6)进行除霜的同时不影响其他分路空气换热器(6)取热工况的运行,逐一轮动地对每个分路空气换热器(6)进行除霜操作,从而实现轮动精准除霜和连续取热。
