技术领域
本发明属于电子材料和器件领域,具体涉及一种基于二硒化铌的水系非对称超级电容。
背景技术
在所有的能量存储***中,超级电容器因具有相对较高的功率、快速充电、良好的循环稳定性以及低维护成本等优点,而成为最有前途的候选者。超级电容器的电容源自活性电极材料的双电层能量存储机制或法拉第氧化还原诱导的伪电容机制。与燃料电池相比,超级电容器的能量密度非常低。通过开发非对称超级电容器,可以进一步提高超级电容器的能量密度。在非对称结构配置下,两种不同电极材料的不同电压窗,会使得合成操作电位窗最大,从而达到增加合成能量密度的效果。
在非对称超级电容器结构中,通常以碳质材料和它们的衍生物(例如石墨烯、活性炭或碳纳米管)作为阳极,以赝电容材料(例如NiO,MnO2,Fe3O4和RuO2)、导电聚合物以及碳基材料作为阴极。其中,高比电容来自可逆表面法拉第氧化还原反应诱导的伪电容。然而,这些材料的电子电导率不能令人满意,严重限制了它们在超级电容器中的广泛应用。
储能研究界一直在寻找具有将电池高能量密度的优点与超级电容器的长寿命和短充电时间相结合的潜力的材料。
发明内容
基于上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种基于二硒化铌的水系非对称超级电容器,旨在通过选择合适的活性材料二硒化铌,获得功率高、充电快、循环稳定性好、性能优异的超级电容器。
本发明为实现发明目的,采用如下技术方案:
本发明首先提供了一种二硒化铌纳米片的应用,是用于作为水系非对称超级电容器的正极活性材料。低维剥离的二硒化铌纳米片具有优越的金属性能(电导率约为104S/cm),可以提供增强的电荷存储能力。且二硒化铌纳米片在环境温度下是金属,在低温下可以表现出超导性。由于其优异的金属导电性以及在非对称电容器领域的赝电容储能机制,使得二硒化铌作为非对称超级电容器电极方面具有较大的吸引力。
本发明还提供了一种基于二硒化铌的水系非对称超级电容器,其特点在于:所述水系非对称超级电容器是以二硒化铌纳米片作为正极活性材料。
进一步地,所述二硒化铌纳米片是以二硒化铌粉末为原料,通过超声剥离制得。所述超声剥离的步骤为:将50mg二硒化铌粉末置于由乙醇与去离子水按体积比3:7构成的10mL混合液中,在冰水浴条件下,以30~50W的功率超声0.5~1h,然后以2500~3000rpm的转速离心30min,获得含二硒化铌纳米片的上清液。
在超声过程中,通过使用冰水浴的方式让混合溶液保持稳定的温度,避免超声时间过长导致的温度过高。超声完成后进行离心,在多次实验中,如果离心速度高于3000rpm,则所得的二硒化铌的分散体将会变为无色,这就表明上清液中的二硒化铌纳米薄片较少,利用率会很低。
和其它二维材料类似,相邻的二硒化铌纳米片受到范德华力的影响,容易发生聚集,这样会一定程度上减少纳米片的层间距,从而限制电解质离子的传输,在非对称超级电容器中纳米片与电解液离子之间的有效连接也会受到阻碍。而本发明二硒化铌纳米片的制备方法,可以有效解决上述问题。
将本发明制得的含二硒化铌纳米片的上清液与聚偏氟乙烯、乙炔黑按质量比8:1:1在NMP中混合并超声均匀,所得浆料滴涂在干燥好的泡沫镍上,即可作为水系非对称超级电容器的正极。同时,将活性炭作为负极活性材料,按上述方法制成负极,并以氢氧化钾溶液作为电解质,即可获得水系非对称超级电容器。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明以二硒化铌纳米片作为水系非对称超级电容器的正极活性材料,使所得电容器具有优异的电化学性能,能量密度高、循环稳定性好、库伦效率高。
2、本发明通过控制超声液相剥离与离心的工艺参数,使所得二硒化铌纳米片具有较好的使用形貌,其薄层结构提供了丰富的活性位点和良好的电传输能力,从而使基于其的非对称超级电容器具有出色的电化学性能。
3、本发明的技术方案为开发性能优异的超级电容器提供了新的材料支撑,并为安全的高性能储能装置提供了有效的策略。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚,以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。此处所描述的具体实施仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
1、二硒化铌纳米片的制备
将50mg二硒化铌粉末置于由乙醇与去离子水按体积比3:7构成的10mL混合液中,在冰水浴条件下,以50W的功率超声1h,然后以3000rpm的转速离心30min,取上清液,获得含二硒化铌纳米片的上清液。
图1为本实施例所制备的二硒化铌纳米片的透射电镜图像,可以看出剥离后的样品表现出较薄的层状结构。
图2为本实施例所制备的二硒化铌纳米片的XPS分析,其中:(a)对应Nb的XPS光谱,(b)对应Se的XPS光谱。Nb 3d光谱曲线揭示了核心能级谱在203.55、206.55、207和210.55eV处具有四个峰,对应于Nb4+3d5/2谱峰的(即203.55、206.55和207eV)可以归属于二硒化铌,且与五氧化二铌对应的Nb5+3d3/2谱峰(即210.55eV)共存,二硒化铌样品存在氧化物污染,这可能是在样品合成和暴露于大气中导致的。Se XPS光谱中的53.35、54.5eV处的峰可以被分配到Se2-,55.3eV处的峰属于非晶相Se(a-Se)。
2、以二硒化铌纳米片为正极活性材料,制备正极
将泡沫镍剪至1cm×3cm大小,放置在3M的盐酸溶液中浸泡15分钟以去除表面氧化层,然后用去离子水、丙酮和乙醇各清洗一次以去除杂质的影响,最后真空干燥24小时,备用。
将步骤1所获得的含二硒化铌纳米片的上清液与聚偏氟乙烯、乙炔黑按质量比8:1:1在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中混合并超声均匀,所得浆料滴涂在干燥好的泡沫镍上,即可作为水系非对称超级电容器的正极。
以二硒化铌正极为工作电极、以Hg/HgO和箔片分别参比电极和对电极,使用1M的KOH作为电解质,应用三电极测试***来测试二硒化铌正极的电化学性能。如图3(a,b)所示,二硒化铌电极在三电极体系下工作的窗口电压范围为0-0.6V,在不同扫描速率下(2、5、10、20、30、50、80、100mV/s)的各CV曲线皆显示稳定的一对氧化还原峰,这表明其良好的电容行为,在充电放电过程中氧化还原峰分别位于0.5V和0.38V左右。同时可以观察到,随着负极和正极的峰值在有规律地向高/低电位移动,表明随着扫描速率的增加,极化现象也在随之增加。在2mV/s的低扫描速率下的阳极和阴极峰表明,比电容主要归因于氧化还原对的快速和可逆的电化学氧化还原反应过程。阳极和阴极峰由于极化而分离,分别向正负方向移动并且CV曲线的形状都基本保持一致。即使在高电流密度下,二硒化铌纳米片也显示出较小的IR降,这证实了电极材料的优异电导率。图3(c)显示了二硒化铌电极在电流密度为1、2、3、4、5、6、8Ag-1时的GCD曲线,平均放电电位约为0.4V,不同电流密度下的GCD曲线几乎是对称的,也表示电极具有高倍率容量。这种对称性即使在高电流密度下也能保持,表明充放电过程中存在高度可逆的氧化还原反应,并且所有GCD曲线的性质都与获得的CV曲线一致。图3(d)给出了不同电流密度和扫描速率下二硒化铌电极的比电容,结果表明在三电极测试***下样品具有超高的电化学性能,在1Ag-1的电流密度下,比电容高达238Fg-1,说明其表现出优异的赝电容性能适合作为电容器的正极材料。
3、以活性炭为负极活性材料,制备负极
将泡沫镍剪至1cm×3cm大小,放置在3M的盐酸溶液中浸泡15分钟以去除表面氧化层,然后用去离子水、丙酮和乙醇各清洗一次以去除杂质的影响,最后真空干燥24小时,备用。将活性炭与聚偏氟乙烯、乙炔黑按质量比8:1:1在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中混合并超声均匀,所得浆料滴涂在干燥好的泡沫镍上,即可作为水系非对称超级电容器的负极。
以二硒化铌正极为工作电极、以Hg/HgO和箔片分别为参比电极和对电极,使用1M的KOH作为电解质,应用三电极测试***来测试活性炭负极的电化学性能。如图4(a,b)所示,其中显示了-0.8-0V电压窗口下的活性炭电极分别在2、5、10、20、30、50、80和100mV s-1扫描速率下的CV特性曲线。CV曲线在不同扫速下均近似矩形,表示了活性炭电极的理想电容行为。图4(c)中显示出在电流密度为0.8、1、2、4、6、8、10Ag-1时的GCD特性曲线,在图中可以看出GCD曲线为对称的线性曲线,并且其形状近呈三角形,同时可以忽略IR降,这也说明了制备的AC电极具有优异的可逆性以及高导电性。随后由公式计算比电容,如图4(d)所示,在电流密度在0.8、1、2、4、6、8、10Ag-1时比电容分别为181、152.5、112.5、95、90、80、75Fg-1。计算得出高的比电容也进一步证明了制备的活性炭电极在负的电压区间内具有优异的电化学性能。
4、组装水系非对阵超级电容器
采用上述制备的二硒化铌作为正极、活性炭作为负极,以1M氢氧化钾溶液作为电解质,最后将这些材料与一层NKK-MPF30AC-100隔膜一起组装成扣式电池。
应用两电极测试***来测试该超级电容器的电化学性能。如图5(a,b)所示,分别显示了2、5、8、10、20、50、80和100mV s-1扫描速率下的CV曲线,电解质在没有使用有机电解质的情况下,由二硒化铌正极和活性碳负极组装成的二硒化铌//活性炭非对称超级电容器电压区间仍然能够达到1.9V,表明其具有更优的能量密度。该设备即使在高扫描速率下也很稳定,并表现出理想的电容性能。混合超级电容器设备显示了法拉第反应和非法拉第反应的综合贡献。图5(c)示出了在1、2、3、4、5、6、8Ag-1不同电流密度下的GCD曲线,其特性与CV曲线保持一致。根据其相应的放电曲线计算出该装置的比容量和比电容,图5(d)给出了不同电流密度和扫描速率下二硒化铌//活性炭非对称超级电容器的比电容。在1、2、3、4、5、6和8Ag-1的电流密度下分别显示出39.5、32.6、28.4、25.2、22.4、18.9和16Fg-1的比电容。
结果表明,以二硒化铌为正极、活性炭为负极的非对称超级电容器器件显示出在1000W kg-1的功率密度下的能量密度为20Wh kg-1,比电容最高为39.5F g-1(1Ag-1),并且二硒化铌/活性炭非对称超级电容器电压区间能够达到1.9V,表明其具有更优的能量密度。此外,非对称器件还具有出色的循环稳定性和超高的库伦效率,其中4000次循环电容保持率为85%,库伦效率一直接近95%。图6为二硒化铌//活性炭非对称超级电容器循环性能,插图显示由二硒化铌//活性炭非对称超级电容器点亮的LED。这为开发高性能的混合超级电容器正极材料开提供了新的思路。

Claims (4)
1.一种二硒化铌纳米片的应用,其特征在于:用于作为水系非对称超级电容器的正极活性材料。
2.一种基于二硒化铌的水系非对称超级电容器,其特征在于:所述水系非对称超级电容器是以二硒化铌纳米片作为正极活性材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水系非对称超级电容器,其特征在于:所述二硒化铌纳米片是以二硒化铌粉末为原料,通过超声剥离制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水系非对称超级电容器,其特征在于,所述超声剥离的步骤为:将50mg二硒化铌粉末置于由乙醇与去离子水按体积比3:7构成的10mL混合液中,在冰水浴条件下,以30~50W的功率超声0.5~1h,然后以2500~3000rpm的转速离心30min,获得含二硒化铌纳米片的上清液。
