本发明涉及饮料领域,具体涉及一种高效解酒固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒精摄入过多易造成酒精性肝脏损伤,轻则腹痛、静脉栓塞,重则低血糖、脂肪栓塞、昏迷休克甚至危害生命。大量饮酒,特别是烈性酒,不仅对人体的消化、神经、循环等***产生严重的损伤,也是危害家庭和社会稳定的不良因素,饮酒后对人体的伤害已成为严重的医学问题和社会问题。对于解酒类的药物,现代医学尚缺乏理想的药物,化学药品解酒毒副作用大,治标不治本,且不适宜人群多。中医学在预防和治疗此病方面具有明显的优势。
虽然已有葛根和枳椇子单独使用、或与其它药材联合使用进行解酒保肝作用,但在解酒方面尚未见到葛根、枳椇子、大枣、甘草四味药材配伍。

本发明的目的是提供一种高效解酒固体饮料及其制备方法,本发明的制备方法制得的解酒固体饮料,其四种食材提取浓缩而成,具有解酒毒、平肝利尿、益气活血的功效,提高机体对酒精的转化率,加快血液流动,加快机体的新陈代谢。

本发明提供一种高效解酒固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:枳椇子12~17份、葛根12~17份、大枣12~17份、甘草2~4份。
本发明还涉及一种高效解酒固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)称量:称取配方量的枳椇子、葛根、大枣、甘草四种原料;
2)浸泡:将各原料采用温度≤50℃水浸泡20~60min,分别加8~10倍量水煎煮2~3次,每次煎煮1~2h;
3)提取:取各原料置提取罐中挤压提取,提取液分别过80目网滤和卧式离心,滤液合并,得水提取液;
4)浓缩:将提取液在70~80℃、-0.85~-0.92Mpa减压浓缩至25℃时测固形物含量18%,得浓缩液;
5)配制、杀菌:将浓缩液置于配制罐中,按照工艺要求比例添加麦芽糊精,持续搅拌均匀并使麦芽糊精完全溶解,再在124~127℃、50~65L/min条件下过超高温瞬时灭菌;
6)干燥、粉碎、混合:杀菌后料液进行喷雾干燥、喷雾干燥塔在进风温度185~210℃,出风温度85~100℃条件下干燥,得喷干粉;每批喷干粉A、B塔粉全部投入进行混合,粉过60目筛,得总混粉,备用;
7)包装:进行内包装和外包装。
本发明的使用方法可以是:在酒前30-40分钟饮用、在酒中饮用或酒后饮用。或者根据个人情况进行适当调整。
本发明的有益效果在于:1、原材料源于有机,优于有机,即所有原料对人和环境有害的化学合成物质均不得检出;
2、遵循古法熬制,极大的保留了原材料的功效;
3、4:1的浓缩比例,减少了体积,增强了疗效,使得服用、携带及贮存更为方便;
4、可以起到解酒、利水的作用,可阻止肠胃对酒精的吸收,同时还可起到护肝作用,极大程度的缓解酒后不适,且无毒副作用,进而减轻酒精对人体的伤害。
以下结合本发明中的主要成分的功效对本发明的有益效果作进一步说明:
枳椇子解酒利水,为君;葛根生津止渴,为臣;大枣有养胃、健脾、益血、滋补、强身之效,为佐使,甘草有清热解毒、治疗咽喉肿痛的功效。
枳椇子是传统常用解酒护肝中药,药用历史悠久,其枝叶、种子以及具有花序轴的果实皆可入药。现代药理研究表明,枳椇子提取物或单体成分具有解酒、保肝、降尿酸以及抗肿瘤的药理作用,黄酮、三萜皂苷类、苯丙素类以及多糖是其主要成分。自《新修本草》首载“以木为屋,屋中酒则味薄”以后,古代本草方书及现代实验研究多以枳椇子的解酒作用为研究重点,表明枳椇子具有明确的解酒作用,并有悠久的使用历史。在《本草拾遗》中枳椇子有记载“润五脏,利大小便”的功效,在此基础上,通过动物实验探讨枳椇子预防急性酒精中毒的疗效。采用给动物灌胃二锅头酒的方法,建立急性酒精中毒的动物模型,观察枳椇子对急性酒精中毒小鼠睡眠时间、自主活动、运动协调性、学习记忆,以及酒精代谢的影响。实验结果表明,枳椇子提取物能够对抗酒精对中枢神经***的损害,表现为能够缩短急性酒精中毒小鼠的昏睡时间,减少因小量饮酒致中枢神经***兴奋而引起的自主活动数,改善共济失调症状,改善学习记忆能力,能够有效地降低血液中乙醇含量,增加肝中乙醇脱氢酶活性。总之,枳椇子提取物能够迅速缓解急性酒精中毒症状,通过抑制酒精在胃肠道的吸收,促进酒精在肝中的代谢,加速酒精的分解,起到有效的解酒防醉作用。
葛根性凉味甘辛,有解表退热,生津、透疹、解酒等多种功能,最早记载于《神农本草经》,自古以来被中医列为解酒专药,如古医书《本草纲目》《药性论》《本草拾遗》《滇南本草》中均有记载称葛根具有解酒保肝之功效。葛根具有悠久的药食两用历史,国家卫生健康委员会公布的《既是食品又是药品的物品名单》将之列入其中,因此有多种含葛根解酒护肝产品上市。葛根解酒主要成分除了葛根素、葛根总黄酮和葛根多糖外,还有葛根多肽及葛根黄豆苷元及其衍生物;其主要机制有抑制酒精吸收、加快酒精代谢、抗氧化作用、保护肝脏与心肌细胞以及神经保护作用;相关产品种类丰富、评价良好。
枣作为药用也很早,《神农本草经》即已收载,历代药籍均有记载,对其养生疗病的认识不断深化。中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到,红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣性温味甘,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、磷、铁、镁及丰富的维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2,此外还含有胡萝卜素等,营养十分丰富,民间有“天天吃红枣,一生不显老”之说红枣不仅是人们喜爱的果品,也是一味滋补脾胃、养血安神、治病强身的良药。
甘草有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的功效。
四位药材相互作用,相辅相成。

一种高效解酒固体饮料,由以下重量的原料制备而成:枳椇子17g、葛根17g、大枣12g、甘草2g。

一种高效解酒固体饮料,由以下重量的原料制备而成:枳椇子16g、葛根16g、大枣17g、甘草2g。
实施例3
一种高效解酒固体饮料,由以下重量的原料制备而成:枳椇子13g、葛根17g、大枣16g、甘草4g。
实施例4
上述实施例1-实施例3所述的高效解酒固体饮料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)称量:称取配方量的枳椇子、葛根、大枣、甘草四种原料;
2)浸泡:将各原料采用温度≤50℃水浸泡20~60min,分别加8~10倍量水煎煮2~3次,每次煎煮1~2h;
3)提取:取各原料置提取罐中挤压提取,提取液分别过80目网滤和卧式离心,滤液合并,得水提取液;
4)浓缩:将提取液在70~80℃、-0.85~-0.92Mpa减压浓缩至25℃时测固形物含量18%,得浓缩液;
5)配制、杀菌:将浓缩液置于配制罐中,按照工艺要求比例添加麦芽糊精,持续搅拌均匀并使麦芽糊精完全溶解,再在124~127℃、50~65L/min条件下过超高温瞬时灭菌(UHT);
6)干燥、粉碎、混合:杀菌后料液进行喷雾干燥、喷雾干燥塔在进风温度185~210℃,出风温度85~100℃条件下干燥,得喷干粉;每批喷干粉A、B塔粉全部投入进行混合,粉过60目筛,得总混粉,备用;
7)包装:内包装:按批包装指令单领取待包装物料及包装材料,并复核品名、批号、规格、数量等内容,采用自动颗粒分装机进行分装,分装过程每30分钟检查一次装量、密封性,外观、打印信息等,分装结束后,及时统计包装材料,确保物料平衡为100%。取样,送至质量控制实验室检验;外包装:根据批包装指令领取规定量的包装材料、标签、产品合格证等,复核待包装药品的品名、批号、规格、数量等信息,贴上标签,将合格的产品装入瓦楞纸箱中,取样、封箱、贴签,入库。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种高效解酒固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:枳椇子12~17份、葛根12~17份、大枣12~17份、甘草2~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效解酒固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)称量:称取配方量的枳椇子、葛根、大枣、甘草四种原料;
2)浸泡:将各原料采用温度≤50℃水浸泡20~60min,分别加8~10倍量水煎煮2~3次,每次煎煮1~2h;
3)提取:取各原料置提取罐中挤压提取,提取液分别过80目网滤和卧式离心,滤液合并,得水提取液;
4)浓缩:将提取液在70~80℃、-0.85~-0.92Mpa减压浓缩至25℃时测固形物含量18%,得浓缩液;
