本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,尤其是一种碱性金属清洗液,按照重量百分比由如下物质组成,按每升计算:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%~5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%~8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠FMES 2%~8%、二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮1%~5%、渗透剂JFC一G 1%~6%、耐强碱渗透剂2%~8%,该碱性金属清洗液通过添加的十二烷基硫酸钠来增强耐强碱,超强去油脂和净洗分散能力,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠FMES用来净洗分散以及除油除蜡脱墨功能,二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮可以强力快速溶解污垢,各组分添加合理,且制备成本不高,实用性较强。

背景技术
碱性清洗剂是指PH值大于7的清洗剂,其主要是以表面活性剂和其它原料复配而成的;因具有环保无毒、安全、经济成本低、清洗效果好的特点而被广泛运用。
现有的电镀厂以及喷涂厂大多采用酸性清洗液,该清洗液对人体和环境造成极大的伤害,因此实用性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在酸性清洗液对人体和环境造成极大的伤害等缺点,而提出的一种碱性金属清洗液。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种碱性金属清洗液,按照重量百分比由如下物质组成,按每升计算:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%~5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%~8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠FMES 2%~8%、二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮1%~5%、渗透剂JFC一G 1%~6%、耐强碱渗透剂2%~8%、二乙二醇丁醚0.6%~1.2%、抓爬剂TTM 1%~ 6%、玻璃脱墨剂 5%~12%、焦磷酸钾 1%~7%、葡萄糖酸钠 3%~10%、五水偏硅酸钠2%~ 8%、HEDP一4NA2%~ 8%、EDTA一4NA 1%~6%、柠檬酸0.5%~1%、氢氧化钠 3%~10%、氢氧化钾 0.5%~1.2%、卡松0.5%~1.2%、余量为去离子水。
优选的,还包括香奈儿香精,所述香奈儿香精的百分比为3%~8%,。
一种碱性金属清洗液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料加工,将上述原料按重量比添加至反应釜中,进行搅拌混合;
S2、过滤检测,测定S1中溶液的pH值、电导率,合格后过滤后,即得清洗液成品;
S3、成品包装,将S2的成品清洗液进行罐装并打包入库。
优选的,所述搅拌时间为8-10h,所述搅拌时的温度为40℃。
本发明提出的一种碱性金属清洗液,有益效果在于:本发明通过添加的十二烷基硫酸钠来增强耐强碱,超强去油脂和净洗分散能力,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠FMES用来净洗分散以及除油除蜡脱墨功能,二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮可以强力快速溶解污垢,各组分添加合理,且制备成本不高,实用性较强。

还包括香奈儿香精,所述香奈儿香精的百分比为3%,。

还包括香奈儿香精,所述香奈儿香精的百分比为5.5%,。
一种碱性金属清洗液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料加工,将上述原料按重量比添加至反应釜中,进行搅拌混合;
S2、过滤检测,测定S1中溶液的pH值、电导率,合格后过滤后,即得清洗液成品;
S3、成品包装,将S2的成品清洗液进行罐装并打包入库。
所述搅拌时间为9h,所述搅拌时的温度为40℃。
实施例三
一种碱性金属清洗液,按照重量百分比由如下物质组成,按每升计算:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%、十二烷基硫酸钠8%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠FMES 8%、二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮5%、渗透剂JFC一G 6%、耐强碱渗透剂8%、二乙二醇丁醚1.2%、抓爬剂TTM 6%、玻璃脱墨剂12%、焦磷酸钾7%、葡萄糖酸钠10%、五水偏硅酸钠8%、HEDP一4NA 8%、EDTA一4NA 6%、柠檬酸1%、氢氧化钠10%、氢氧化钾1.2%、卡松1.2%、余量为去离子水。
还包括香奈儿香精,所述香奈儿香精的百分比为8%,。
一种碱性金属清洗液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料加工,将上述原料按重量比添加至反应釜中,进行搅拌混合;
S2、过滤检测,测定S1中溶液的pH值、电导率,合格后过滤后,即得清洗液成品;
S3、成品包装,将S2的成品清洗液进行罐装并打包入库。
搅拌时间为10h,所述搅拌时的温度为40℃。

S2、过滤检测,测定S1中溶液的pH值、电导率,合格后过滤后,即得清洗液成品;
S3、成品包装,将S2的成品清洗液进行罐装并打包入库。
