本发明提供了一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂及其制法,其特征是由阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、助洗剂、消泡剂、水处理剂、杀菌剂等按一定配比、一定工艺与要求反应而成。本发明主要用于啤酒、饮料、调味品回收玻璃瓶的工业化清洗;本发明具有无磷、清洗能力强、杀菌消毒一次完成等特点;本发明不采用有机硅消泡剂,避免了有机硅消泡剂在强碱中分解,产生绿色粘稠物污染瓶体;本发明能在比平常清洗温度低20℃情况下快速渗透玻璃瓶体上的粘合剂、污垢,洗出的瓶子透明度高、瓶内无残留,大大降低了能源消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于啤酒、饮料、调味品回收玻璃瓶的工业化清洗, 具体涉及一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂及其制法。
背景技术
目前,中国啤酒、饮料、调味品增长迅速,国家环保要求的严格,其包装物玻璃瓶的生产越来越难,回收清洗再利用变得尤为重要。现有清洗剂多含有酚类、磷类化合物,酚类化合物含有苯环,据很多报道对人体、环境有一定污染;磷是导致水体富营养化和水华的“元 凶”,1克磷就可使藻类生长100克,而含磷洗涤用品又是导致水体总磷含量增加的重要原 因之一。
啤酒、饮料、调味品现在用的玻璃瓶用清洗剂,如国内专利公开号: CN1651560A、CN1198469A、CN1191893A、CN1079506A等专利中,清洗剂中大部 分都为含磷组分,有的虽不含磷但含有酚类,这给人类和环境带来危害;有的含 有有机硅消泡剂,在洗瓶过程中有机硅强碱下作用下分解生成粘性硅酸盐吸附商 标纸的色浆,造成二次污染;上述专利中清洗剂的使用温度大部分都在85℃左 右,为了响应国家节能减排的号召,本发明在65℃左右快速渗透玻璃瓶体上的 粘合剂、污垢,洗出的瓶子透明度高、瓶内无残留,大大降低了能源消耗。
发明内容
首先,需要说明的是本发明基于发明人的下列发现完成的:
国内采用的清洗剂大部分都含有磷和酚,对人体、环境有一定的污染, 克服现有玻璃瓶清洗技术的缺点与不足,研制了具有无磷、清洗能力强、杀菌消 毒一次完成;清洗中有机硅消泡剂分解,产生绿色粘稠物污染瓶体,本发明不 采用有机硅消泡剂,避免了有机硅消泡剂在强碱中分解,产生绿色粘稠物污染瓶 体;本发明降低了清洗温度,在低于平常清洗温度20℃情况下也能快速渗透 玻璃瓶体上的粘合剂、污垢,洗出的瓶子透明度高、瓶内无残留,大大降低了能 源消耗的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂及其制法。
进而,本发明解决现有技术问题存在的技术问题,原有清洗剂中杀菌消 毒一次完成的主要成分为次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂,但次氯酸钠有一定的气 味,影响工作环境残留应用不好;众所周知,泥土、玻璃等带有负电荷,如果用 阳离子表面活性剂容易吸附,失去阳离子活性,所以用阳离子表面活性剂有缺陷。 本发明用过碳酸钠作为杀菌剂,过碳酸钠在溶液中分解成水和氧气,无味无污染, 环保安全。
本发明解决了存在的现有技术问题,一般的清洗剂清洗温度为85℃才 能达到渗透力、清洗力,才能将玻璃瓶上的粘合剂、污垢清洗干净,本发明优选 壬基聚氧乙烯(5)聚氧丙烯(3)醚、十二烷基聚氧乙烯(3)醚硫酸钠,具有 在温度低20℃情况下快速渗透玻璃瓶体上的粘合剂、污垢,洗出的瓶子透明度 高、瓶内无残留,大大降低了能源消耗的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂及其制法。
简要说明:一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂的应用过程,以啤酒厂玻璃瓶 清洗为例,常用的洗瓶工艺:预喷淋水温度:40℃-50℃,碱Ⅰ浸泡槽温度75℃ -85℃,碱Ⅱ温度55℃-65℃。碱Ⅰ清洗剂浓度0.2%-0.3%,碱Ⅱ清洗剂浓度 0.1%-0.2%,冷却水温度20℃-30℃,最后冷却水温度10℃-20℃,喷淋压力为 0.10MPa-0.2MPa。碱Ⅰ浸泡槽体积大约13立方米,盛水大约13吨,本发明一种 环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂洗瓶工艺为:预喷淋水温度:40℃-45℃,碱Ⅰ浸泡槽 温度55℃-65℃,碱Ⅱ温度40℃-50℃。碱Ⅰ清洗剂浓度0.1%-0.2%,碱Ⅱ清洗 剂浓度无要求,冷却水温度20℃-30℃,最后冷却水温度10℃-20℃,喷淋压力 为0.10MPa-0.2MPa,本发明在碱Ⅰ浸泡槽温度55℃-65℃即可达到清洗效果,温 度与传统洗涤温度相差20℃大大降低了能源消耗。
本发明一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂经检测,技术指标如下:

下面的实例将具体说明本发明的操作方法,但不能作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
按质量分数将壬基聚氧乙烯(5)聚氧丙烯(3)醚15、GPE 6混合均匀;
按质量分数将十二烷基聚氧乙烯(3)醚硫酸钠8、五水偏硅酸钠10、葡 萄糖酸钠20、硫酸钠20、碳酸钠7、丙烯酸-马来酸酐树脂9、过碳酸钠5依次 倒入立式搅拌器中,搅拌20分钟;
将[0012]倒入[0013]中,继续搅拌30分钟,出料即可。
实施例二
按质量分数将壬基聚氧乙烯(5)聚氧丙烯(3)醚18、消泡剂9混合均 匀;
按质量分数将十二烷基聚氧乙烯(3)醚硫酸钠5、五水偏硅酸钠8、葡 萄糖酸钠25、硫酸钠15、碳酸钠10、丙烯酸-马来酸酐树脂7、过碳酸钠3依 次倒入立式搅拌器中,搅拌20分钟;
将[0016]倒入[0017]中,继续搅拌30分钟,出料即可。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂及其制法,其特征在于,包含:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、助洗剂、消泡剂、水处理剂、杀菌剂等按一定配比、一定工艺与要求混合而成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚具有III所示的结构式:
CH3(CH2)n1-O-(CH2CH2O)n2(CH2CH2CH2O)n3-H III
其中:n1为8-12;
n2为3-6;
n3为3-6。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂为壬基聚氧乙烯(5)聚氧丙烯(3)醚。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为甘油聚氧丙烯醚(GP330)和甘油聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(GPE)的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述水处理剂为丙烯酸-马来酸酐树脂和乙二胺四乙酸二钠的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保多功能玻璃瓶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述按一定配比、一定工艺与要求混合而成为:
⑴按质量分数将壬基聚氧乙烯(5)聚氧丙烯(3)醚10-20,,消泡剂5-10混合均匀;
⑵按质量分数将十二烷基聚氧乙烯(3)醚硫酸钠3-10、助洗剂40-80、水处理剂5-10、过碳酸钠1-5依次倒入立式搅拌器中,搅拌20分钟;
⑶将⑴倒入⑵中,继续搅拌30分钟,出料即可。
