背景技术
泡泡布即是我们常说的泡泡纱,它一般是以化纤(涤纶)为原料经过加工后制成的一种服装面料,这个加工过程包括水洗、高温烘干、消毒灭菌等一系列工艺后使布料表面具有泡泡状的纹理,这种布料用途广泛也受到人们的喜爱。
从锅碗瓢盆到水槽灶台,厨房最常用的清洁物品就是抹布,厨房里的抹布接触最多的就是油污和食物残渣,普通抹布使用后只会增添越来越多的细菌和散发出难闻的味道,既不环保也不卫生更不利于人身体的健康,为此,我们提出一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,而提出的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种厨用去油泡泡布,采用经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述去油泡泡布采用1:1平纹工艺,所述经纱采用锦纶丝为原料,所述纬纱采用竹纤维人造丝加捻为原料,经纱密度为30D/136F,纬纱密度为300D/72F;
一种厨用去油泡泡布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料提取,以2-8cm直径的竹材为原料,将其锯断为一定长度的竹段处后,置于小型无卡轴旋切机上进行旋切,在竹段外表面的竹青和竹外节基本旋除,将旋除竹青和外节的竹段纵向剖削为2-3块竹块,之后剔除竹块上的竹黄和内节,将剩余的竹块,送入强制进料的鼓式削片机中削片,竹块被削成长度为15-25mm、宽度为15-20mm、厚度为2-3mm的竹片,竹片含水率保持在30-50%之间,然后经过重复的滚压程序,在滚压时,先用凸粒形滚轴进行压榨,然后用齿形滚轴进行滚压分条,当竹片经过重复数次压榨、分条的滚压过程后,用热水浸泡竹片,使竹片定形,并通过脱胶软化剂相配合将竹肉与竹皮间的竹纤维进行软化,待软化之后去除竹纤维的油脂,使竹纤维不含油份后将竹纤维捞起,将竹纤维用送入一个内部带有搅拌器的圆形辊筒中,之后通过计量泵或流量阀将防霉剂通过辊筒的顶端施加到竹纤维上,施加防霉剂同时搅拌器持续搅拌,使防霉剂与竹纤维均匀混合,防霉剂的施加量为绝干竹纤维质量的2-6%,再把竹纤维用烘干装置进行烘干,经烘干后进行梳纤,将竹纤维通过一次成丝机分割成丝,将竹纤维丝通过加捻机进行加捻;
S2:织布,利用织布机的打纬机构把引入梭口后的纬纱推向织口,通过综丝设备配合织布机的桃盘,经整经、穿纵、插筘、上机、引纬、穿梭以及纺织将经纱、纬纱以90°角的交错方式提综形成为布胚;
S3:绗缝,使用S2得到的布胚叠加后,在双层布胚的内部放置一层热熔布,通过缝布机将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定;
S4:加工烘干,将S3中制备的织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,使屈曲波高增大,然后经松式干燥得到预缩布料;随后经煮漂机加入煮漂助剂进行煮漂,最将煮漂后的布料进行洗布,得预缩煮漂后的面料后放入烘房技术把绗缝好的布烘成现在的半成品;
S5:切割成型,将S4得到的半成品放入超声波热切机中,根据需要与设计将半成品原料切割成需要的块状,由此得到厨用去油泡泡布。
优选的,S1中所述滚压过程中用于压榨的凸粒形滚轴和用于滚压条的齿形滚轴是以间隔方式交错排列,即在一组凸粒形滚轴后面接一组齿形滚轴,在该齿形滚轴后面接一组凸粒形滚轴,再在该凸粒形滚轴后面再接一组齿形滚轴,如此将数组凸粒形滚轴与齿形滚轴交错排列,所述凸粒形滚轴是在滚轮的外圆上设有向外凸起的凸粒,该凸粒为维状、柱状、粉状等凸出物。
优选的,S1中所述烘干装置为HHY160电热恒温干燥箱,烘干温度为50-55℃,烘干时间为5-6h。
优选的,S3中所述缝布机为00303C-3缝纫机,缝纫机根据需要生产泡泡布的大小将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定。
优选的,所述分丝机为18-5/8型双螺旋磋磨分丝机,所述纺织机为1603型全自动纺织机,所述超声波热切机为OU5100全自动数字型超声波热切机。
优选的,所述加捻机为JNDZ250捻线加捻打轴机,所述加捻机转速为1800-2000r/min。

1、本发明,竹纤维丝具备去油不沾油的功能,竹纤维丝与锦纶丝针织工艺组织后自然形成凹凸感的织物与进水后自然成绉的特性,使本发明的表面具有很强的摩擦力,对粘在碗,锅表面残留物可以轻松的抹掉,本发明较为环保;
2、本发明,工艺简单,步骤简练,生产过程中的较多步骤皆可机械化生产,机械化程度较高,材料要求较低,可以批量化生产,生产成本较低,经济效益较高;
3、本发明,采用竹材作为原料制取竹纤维粘胶纤维丝,不但可以提高农产品的安全环保性,使资源更加优化合理的运用,而且此竹纤维丝是可再生资源,而且在自然环境中可以生物降解,其扩大使用可以减少对合成纤维的需求,并减少对环境的负担,更加绿色环保。

S1:原料提取,以6cm直径的竹材为原料,将其锯断为一定长度的竹段处后,置于小型无卡轴旋切机上进行旋切,在竹段外表面的竹青和竹外节基本旋除,将旋除竹青和外节的竹段纵向剖削为2-3块竹块,之后剔除竹块上的竹黄和内节,将剩余的竹块,送入强制进料的鼓式削片机中削片,竹块被削成长度为25mm、宽度为15mm、厚度为3mm的竹片,竹片含水率保持在50%之间,然后经过重复的滚压程序,在滚压时,先用凸粒形滚轴进行压榨,然后用齿形滚轴进行滚压分条,当竹片经过重复数次压榨、分条的滚压过程后,用热水浸泡竹片,使竹片定形,并通过脱胶软化剂相配合将竹肉与竹皮间的竹纤维进行软化,待软化之后去除竹纤维的油脂,使竹纤维不含油份后将竹纤维捞起,将竹纤维用送入一个内部带有搅拌器的圆形辊筒中,之后通过计量泵或流量阀将防霉剂通过辊筒的顶端施加到竹纤维上,施加防霉剂同时搅拌器持续搅拌,使防霉剂与竹纤维均匀混合,防霉剂的施加量为绝干竹纤维质量的4%,再把竹纤维用烘干装置进行烘干,经烘干后进行梳纤,将竹纤维通过一次成丝机分割成丝,将竹纤维丝通过加捻机进行加捻;
S2:织布,利用织布机的打纬机构把引入梭口后的纬纱推向织口,通过综丝设备配合织布机的桃盘,经整经、穿纵、插筘、上机、引纬、穿梭以及纺织将经纱、纬纱以90°角的交错方式提综形成为布胚;
S3:绗缝,使用S2得到的布胚叠加后,在双层布胚的内部放置一层热熔布,通过缝布机将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定;

S1:原料提取,以4cm直径的竹材为原料,将其锯断为一定长度的竹段处后,置于小型无卡轴旋切机上进行旋切,在竹段外表面的竹青和竹外节基本旋除,将旋除竹青和外节的竹段纵向剖削为3块竹块,之后剔除竹块上的竹黄和内节,将剩余的竹块,送入强制进料的鼓式削片机中削片,竹块被削成长度为15mm、宽度为15mm、厚度为2mm的竹片,竹片含水率保持在30%之间,然后经过重复的滚压程序,在滚压时,先用凸粒形滚轴进行压榨,然后用齿形滚轴进行滚压分条,当竹片经过重复数次压榨、分条的滚压过程后,用热水浸泡竹片,使竹片定形,并通过脱胶软化剂相配合将竹肉与竹皮间的竹纤维进行软化,待软化之后去除竹纤维的油脂,使竹纤维不含油份后将竹纤维捞起,将竹纤维用送入一个内部带有搅拌器的圆形辊筒中,之后通过计量泵或流量阀将防霉剂通过辊筒的顶端施加到竹纤维上,施加防霉剂同时搅拌器持续搅拌,使防霉剂与竹纤维均匀混合,防霉剂的施加量为绝干竹纤维质量的2-6%,再把竹纤维用烘干装置进行烘干,经烘干后进行梳纤,将竹纤维通过一次成丝机分割成丝,将竹纤维丝通过加捻机进行加捻;
S2:织布,利用织布机的打纬机构把引入梭口后的纬纱推向织口,通过综丝设备配合织布机的桃盘,经整经、穿纵、插筘、上机、引纬、穿梭以及纺织将经纱、纬纱以90°角的交错方式提综形成为布胚;
S3:绗缝,使用S2得到的布胚叠加后,在双层布胚的内部放置一层热熔布,通过缝布机将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定;
S4:加工烘干,将S3中制备的织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,使屈曲波高增大,然后经松式干燥得到预缩布料;随后经煮漂机加入煮漂助剂进行煮漂,最将煮漂后的布料进行洗布,得预缩煮漂后的面料后放入烘房技术把绗缝好的布烘成现在的半成品;
S5:切割成型,将S4得到的半成品放入超声波热切机中,根据需要与设计将半成品原料切割成需要的块状,由此得到厨用去油泡泡布。
其中,S1中滚压过程中用于压榨的凸粒形滚轴和用于滚压条的齿形滚轴是以间隔方式交错排列,即在一组凸粒形滚轴后面接一组齿形滚轴,在该齿形滚轴后面接一组凸粒形滚轴,再在该凸粒形滚轴后面再接一组齿形滚轴,如此将数组凸粒形滚轴与齿形滚轴交错排列,凸粒形滚轴是在滚轮的外圆上设有向外凸起的凸粒,该凸粒为维状、柱状、粉状等凸出物,S1中烘干装置为HHY160电热恒温干燥箱,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为5h,S3中缝布机为00303C-3缝纫机,缝纫机根据需要生产泡泡布的大小将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定,分丝机为18-5/8型双螺旋磋磨分丝机,纺织机为1603型全自动纺织机,超声波热切机为OU5100全自动数字型超声波热切机,加捻机为JNDZ250捻线加捻打轴机,加捻机转速为2000r/min。
实施例2:通过上述方法制备去油泡泡布,产品进水后自然成绉,并具有很强的摩擦力,采用竹材作为原料制取竹纤维粘胶纤维丝,不但可以提高农产品的安全环保性,使资源更加优化合理的运用,而且此竹纤维丝是可再生资源,而且在自然环境中可以生物降解,其扩大使用可以减少对合成纤维的需求,并减少对环境的负担,更加绿色环保,将去油泡泡布,发放至朋友服用,经过半个月对朋友回访,此步骤加工的泡泡布,朋友使用后好评率为2

1.一种厨用去油泡泡布,其特征在于:采用经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述去油泡泡布采用1:1平纹工艺,所述经纱采用锦纶丝为原料,所述纬纱采用竹纤维人造丝加捻为原料,经纱密度为30D/136F,纬纱密度为300D/72F;
一种厨用去油泡泡布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料提取,以2-8cm直径的竹材为原料,将其锯断为一定长度的竹段处后,置于小型无卡轴旋切机上进行旋切,在竹段外表面的竹青和竹外节基本旋除,将旋除竹青和外节的竹段纵向剖削为2-3块竹块,之后剔除竹块上的竹黄和内节,将剩余的竹块,送入强制进料的鼓式削片机中削片,竹块被削成长度为15-25mm、宽度为15-20mm、厚度为2-3mm的竹片,竹片含水率保持在30-50%之间,然后经过重复的滚压程序,在滚压时,先用凸粒形滚轴进行压榨,然后用齿形滚轴进行滚压分条,当竹片经过重复数次压榨、分条的滚压过程后,用热水浸泡竹片,使竹片定形,并通过脱胶软化剂相配合将竹肉与竹皮间的竹纤维进行软化,待软化之后去除竹纤维的油脂,使竹纤维不含油份后将竹纤维捞起,将竹纤维用送入一个内部带有搅拌器的圆形辊筒中,之后通过计量泵或流量阀将防霉剂通过辊筒的顶端施加到竹纤维上,施加防霉剂同时搅拌器持续搅拌,使防霉剂与竹纤维均匀混合,防霉剂的施加量为绝干竹纤维质量的2-6%,再把竹纤维用烘干装置进行烘干,经烘干后进行梳纤,将竹纤维通过一次成丝机分割成丝,将竹纤维丝通过加捻机进行加捻;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺,其特征在于:S1中所述滚压过程中用于压榨的凸粒形滚轴和用于滚压条的齿形滚轴是以间隔方式交错排列,即在一组凸粒形滚轴后面接一组齿形滚轴,在该齿形滚轴后面接一组凸粒形滚轴,再在该凸粒形滚轴后面再接一组齿形滚轴,如此将数组凸粒形滚轴与齿形滚轴交错排列,所述凸粒形滚轴是在滚轮的外圆上设有向外凸起的凸粒,该凸粒为维状、柱状、粉状等凸出物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺,其特征在于:S1中所述烘干装置为HHY160电热恒温干燥箱,烘干温度为50-55℃,烘干时间为5-6h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺,其特征在于:S3中所述缝布机为00303C-3缝纫机,缝纫机根据需要生产泡泡布的大小将双层布胚与热熔布进行固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述分丝机为18-5/8型双螺旋磋磨分丝机,所述纺织机为1603型全自动纺织机,所述超声波热切机为OU5100全自动数字型超声波热切机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨用去油泡泡布及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述加捻机为JNDZ250捻线加捻打轴机,所述加捻机转速为1800-2000r/min。
