As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the stroller 100 of the present invention comprises a frame 10, a carrier 20 for carrying a baby and a height adjusting mechanism 30 for adjusting the position of the carrier 20 on the frame 10, wherein the height adjusting mechanism 30 comprises a connecting seat 31, a clamping seat 32, a clamping assembly 33 and a releasing operation member 34 linked with the clamping assembly 33, the connecting seat 31 is mounted on the carrier 20 and has a pushing structure 311 for selectively pushing the clamping assembly 33 to move in a releasing direction, the clamping seat 32 is movably mounted in the frame 10, the carrier 20 is assembled on the frame 10 in a forward or backward direction by means of the detachable clamping between the connecting seat 31 and the clamping seat 32, the clamping seat 32 has at least a first adjusting position X and a second adjusting position Y above the first adjusting position X relative to the frame 10, the frame 10 is provided with a first section position 11 for clamping the clamping assembly 33 to keep the clamping seat 32 at the second adjusting position Y, the clamping assembly 33 is mounted on the clamping seat 32, and the clamping assembly 33 is staggered with the frame 20 when the clamping assembly 311 is assembled with the frame 10 in a backward direction; when the pushing structure 311 is assembled on the frame 10 in a forward direction, the pushing structure pushes the clamping assembly 33 to perform a movement of releasing the clamping with the first section 11, so that the clamping seat 32 is switched from the second adjusting position Y to the first adjusting position X, when the carrier 20 is assembled on the frame 10 in a forward direction, the installation height of the carrier 20 on the frame 10 can be automatically limited, and when the carrier 20 is assembled on the frame 10 in a backward direction, the installation height of the carrier 20 on the frame 10 is not limited, so that the baby carriage 100 of the invention can limit the relative height of the carrier 20 and the frame 10 according to the forward direction of the carrier 20 on the frame 10. Preferably, according to practical needs, the connecting seat 31 is further mounted on the frame 10, the engaging seat 32 is movably mounted on the carrier 20, and accordingly, the engaging seat has at least a first adjusting position X and a second adjusting position Y above the first adjusting position X relative to the carrier 20, and the carrier 20 is provided with a first section position portion 11 for keeping the engaging seat 32 at the second adjusting position Y, which can also enable the carrier 20 to be adjusted in height relative to the frame 10, so that the invention is not limited thereto. For example, the card releasing operation member 34 releases the fastening assembly 33 to fix the frame 10 and the carrier 20 during the retraction movement, so as to allow the fastening seat 32 to adjust between the first adjusting position X and the second adjusting position Y, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the height of the carrier 20 on the frame 10, and the card releasing operation member 34 engages the carrier 20 during the extension of the fastening seat 32, so as to prohibit the movement of the fastening seat 32 on the frame 10, and keep the carrier 20 at a certain position of the frame 10, but not limited thereto. In addition, the carriers 20 are mainly two types, and one type is a carrier 20 for providing a baby to sit on, for example, the baby seat shown in fig. 6, and of course, the carrier may also be a car safety seat for use on a car, but is not limited thereto; another category is a carrier 20 that provides for an infant to lie on, such as, but not limited to, a baby crib. It is understood that the structure of the carrier 20 is well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein. More specifically, the following is:
as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 11 to 14, the frame 10 is further provided with a second section position portion 12 for the engaging component 33 to engage so as to keep the engaging seat 32 at the first adjustment position X, when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a backward use manner, the engaging component 33 makes a releasing movement under the linkage of the releasing operation member 34, so that the engaging seat 32 is switched between the first adjustment position X and the second adjustment position Y, that is, the engaging component 33 can engage with the second section position portion 12 when the engaging seat 32 reaches the first adjustment position X, and the engaging component 33 can engage with the first section position portion 11 when the engaging seat 32 reaches the second adjustment position Y, thereby ensuring a firm and stable installation between the carrier 20 and the frame 10 when the carrier 20 is used backward. Specifically, when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, the engaging component 33 engages with the second segment 12 when the engaging seat 32 is located at the first adjustment position X, so that when the carrier 20 in a backward direction reaches the second adjustment position Y, the engaging component 33 engages with the second segment 12 to prevent the carrier 20 from sliding out of the frame 10, and to firmly and stably fix the carrier 20 to the frame 10.
As shown in fig. 4 to 14, the engaging component 33 includes an engaging member 331, a triggering member 332 and a connecting member 333, the releasing operation member 34 is linked with the engaging member 331, the engaging member 331 is telescopically disposed in the engaging seat 32, the engaging member 331 is selectively engaged with one of the first section position portion 11 and the second section position portion 12, and the pushing structure 311 pushes the triggering member 332 to move when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, and the movable triggering member 332 links the engaging member 331 to retract into the engaging seat 32, so that the engaging component 33 has a simple structure and is convenient to arrange and install. Specifically, the first end of the connecting member 333 is connected to the releasing card operating member 34, and the second end of the connecting member 333 is connected to the engaging member 331, so as to synchronize the movement between the releasing card operating member 34 and the engaging member 331, thereby facilitating quick release of the card. Preferably, the engaging member 331, the triggering member 332, and the connecting member 333 are integrally formed by means such as sheet metal or casting, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the trigger piece 332 is slidably and telescopically disposed on the engaging seat 32, so that the trigger piece 332 moves faster to connect with the engaging piece 331, for example, a guide rail 321 is disposed in the engaging seat 32, and the trigger piece 332 is slidably mounted on the guide rail 321, however, the guide rail 321 may be provided by the trigger piece 332 itself according to actual needs, so that the invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, the pushing structure 311 pushes the trigger member 332 to slide into the engaging seat 32 when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, the trigger member 332 pushes the connecting member 333 to move in the process of sliding into the engaging seat 32, the moving connecting member 333 drives the engaging member 331 to retract into the engaging seat 32, so that the engaging member 33 moves smoothly and continuously when releasing the card, and the engaging member 331 can be smoothly retracted into the engaging seat 32 to release the card by pushing the connecting member 333 by the trigger member 332. More specifically, the sliding direction of the trigger 332 intersects with the moving direction of the connecting member 333, so that no movement interference occurs between the trigger 332 and the connecting member 333, and the engaging member 331 can be effectively and stably driven to move. In order to automatically withdraw the releasing card operating member 34 and the triggering member 332 retracted into the engaging seat 32 for resetting, the engaging assembly 33 further includes a releasing card resetting member 334 disposed between the releasing card operating member 34 and the engaging seat 32, and a triggering resetting member 335 disposed between the triggering member 332 and the engaging seat 32, wherein the releasing card resetting member 334 constantly has a tendency to urge the releasing card operating member 34 out of the engaging seat 32, and the triggering resetting member 335 constantly has a tendency to urge the triggering member 332 out of the engaging seat 32. For example, the releasing and resetting member 334 and/or the triggering and resetting member 335 are elastic members, such as but not limited to compression springs or extension springs, although the releasing and resetting member 334 and the triggering and resetting member 335 may be magnetic members according to practical needs, and the purpose of automatically resetting the triggering and releasing operation members 332 and 34 is achieved by the opposite repulsion by mounting one magnetic member on the engaging seat 32 and mounting the other magnetic member on the releasing and resetting operation member 34 and/or the triggering and resetting member 332, which is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9 to 14, the slide rail 13 is mounted on the frame 10, the engaging seat 32 is slidably mounted on the slide rail 13, and the first section position portion 11 and the second section position portion 12 are disposed on the slide rail 13, so that the position of the engaging seat 32 on the frame 10 can be adjusted conveniently. For example, the sliding rail 13 is convexly mounted on the upper handlebar of the frame 10, so that the sliding rail 13 is mounted, but not limited to. Specifically, the slide rail 13 is further provided with a plurality of fine adjustment sections 14 spaced apart from each other, the fine adjustment sections 14 are located between the first section 11 and the second section 12, and when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10, the engaging component 33 can selectively engage with one of the fine adjustment sections 14 in addition to selectively engaging with the first section 11 and the second section 12, so that the carrier 20 can more flexibly adjust the position on the frame 10. For example, 3 fine adjustment sections 14 are disposed between the first section 11 and the second section 12, so that the clamping seat 32 can be adjusted in 5 stages on the frame 10, and the use of the carrier 20 is more flexible. More specifically, the locking component 33 releases the locking of the fine adjustment section 14 adjacent to the first section 11 when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, so as to further limit the height of the carrier 20 when assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, and ensure the safety of the stroller 100. For example, each of the first segment 11, the second segment 12 and the fine segment 14 has a slot structure, so that the engaging member 331 can be selectively inserted into the first segment 11, the second segment 12 or one of the fine segments 14, so as to facilitate the engaging seat 32 to be maintained at a certain position of the frame 10.
As shown in fig. 7 to 14, the lower side wall of the first section 11 and the lower side wall of the fine adjustment section 14 adjacent to the first section 11 each have a forward sliding inclined surface 15 obliquely arranged from top to bottom outwards, the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in a forward direction, and when the engaging member 331 extends to the first section 11 or the fine adjustment section 14 adjacent to the first section 11, the pushing structure 311 pushes the trigger member 332, and the movable trigger member 332 links the engaging member 331 to retract into the engaging seat 32, at this time, the engaging member 333 slides outwards and finally abuts against the forward sliding inclined surface 15, so that the engaging member 331 automatically slides downwards and can only engage with the remaining fine adjustment section 14 or the second section 12, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically limiting the height of the carrier 20 according to the installation mode of the carrier 20. In order to ensure that the engaging member 331 can be selectively engaged with one of the first segment 11, the second segment 12 or any of the fine segment 14 when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in the backward direction, the forward sliding inclined surface 15 does not extend to the bottom of the slot in which it is located, so that a supporting sidewall 16 is further provided between the forward sliding inclined surface 15 and the bottom of the slot in which it is located, and when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in the backward direction, the engaging member 331 in the first segment 11 or the fine segment 14 adjacent thereto is supported by the supporting sidewall 16, so that the engaging member 331 can be stably engaged with any slot when the carrier 20 is assembled to the frame 10 in the backward direction, and the engaging seat 32 can achieve the purpose of 5-stage position adjustment relative to the frame 10.
