技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域。具体地涉及一种艾草足贴。
背景技术
中医理论认为,足部是足三阴经的起点,也是足三阳经的终点,足部通过这六条经络与全身相连,因此自古有贴敷足底治疗疾病和保健养生的传统,在《黄帝内经》、《肘后备急方》《千金要方》、《外台秘要》等许多文献中都有相关的记载。
由于制剂水平的限制,古籍中记载的大多是将药物制成粉末,然后用水、黄酒、醋、蜂蜜等调成糊状,贴敷在肚脐、足底等穴位处,起到治疗和保健作用。不仅使用过程操作复杂,使用过程中水分容易散失,干燥后透皮吸收效果变差,还容易污染衣物等。
随着提取和包装技术的进步,在国内开始有人将中药进行简单的粉碎,然后混合包装制成商品。例如:
201810722786.6公开了一种养生足贴的制作方法,所使用的原料包括天然竹酢精华粉、竹炭粉、电气石、天然矿物微粉、艾叶、橘络精油、贝壳硬蛋白粉、薰衣草粉和红花。制作方法是将这些药物粉碎成120-140目粉末,混合后包装成6-8克的包装。
201810230643.3公开了一种蕲艾新足贴,包括以下组分:蕲艾410-450份,川穹5-25份,黄芪5-25份,藏红花3-15份,熟地黄5-25份,透骨草10-30份,高良姜1.1-5.2份,广藿香1.8-9.3份,降香0.9-5.1份,香附1.2-4.7份,陈皮1.1-5.3份,丹参1.1-5.1份,生川乌1.2-5.3份,当归0.8-5.5份,络石藤1.2-5.3份,夜交藤1.1-5.3份,伸筋草2.1-8.8份,宽筋藤2.2-9份,鸡血藤2-9份,川芎1-5份,干姜皮1.1-5.2份,薄荷脑0.3-1.5份。本蕲艾新足贴有通经活络,祛风除湿,扶阳固本功效。
目前的做法依然是将中药和添加物打成细粉,然后混合包装。中药材即使经过粉碎,其中的有效成分仍然存在于药材组织中,很难被皮肤吸收。
发明内容
本发明提供一种艾草足贴,该足贴针对气虚、气郁体质人群,具有舒经活络,益气行血的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明包括如下技术方案:
一种艾草足贴,其是包括以下成分的药包:中药浸膏粉30~90重量份;艾叶精油0.2~15重量份、远红外陶瓷粉0.1~15重量份、竹醋粉5~35重量份和磁石粉1~30重量份;
该中药浸膏粉由以下原料制成:艾草10~60重量份、桔梗2~15重量份、人参叶2~30重量份、川芎2~20重量份和磁石2~30重量份。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述艾草足贴包括以下成分的药包:中药浸膏粉40~80重量份;艾叶精油0.5~10重量份、远红外陶瓷粉0.5~10重量份、竹醋粉10~30重量份和磁石粉2~25重量份。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述中药浸膏粉由以下原料制成:艾草15~50重量份、桔梗5~10重量份、人参叶5~20重量份、川芎5~15重量份和磁石5~25重量份。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述中药浸膏粉的制备方法为,将所述原料药混合后热水浸提,提取的药液浓缩、干燥制成浸膏。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述中药浸膏粉采用以下方法制备:
I.艾草、桔梗、人参叶、川芎、磁石原药材经检验合格后粉碎,过50目筛;
II.按配方用量称取各种药粉,加入提取罐中,加入6~20倍药物重量的去离子水,浸泡15~45分钟后,升温至90~100℃,保温0.5~2小时,降温至40~50℃;
III.滤除药渣,药渣再加入6~10倍药物重量的去离子水,按照上一步的时间和温度条件提取一次;
IV.两次提取的药液浓缩,然后干燥成浸膏,浸膏粉碎,过80目筛。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述远红外陶瓷粉和磁石粉的粒度为100目以上。
如上所述的艾草足贴,优选地,所述药包的重量为3~5克。
另一方面,本发明提供如上所述的艾草足贴的药包的制备方法,该方法包括:将所述中药浸膏粉、艾叶精油、远红外陶瓷粉、竹醋粉和磁石粉按照所述配比加入混合机中,搅拌至混合均匀,然后装入热合无纺布材料或可热合纸质材料的袋中。
本发明的艾叶精油和竹醋粉可以使用常规方法制备,也可以市场购买。
本发明的足贴中包括多味中药以及远红外陶瓷粉、艾叶精油、竹醋粉和磁石粉。其中具有补气助眠作用的中药浸膏由艾草、桔梗、人参叶、川芎、磁石组成。
艾草,《本草纲目》记载:艾以叶入药,性温、味苦、无毒、纯阳之性、通十二经、具回阳、理气血、逐湿寒、止血安胎等功效,亦常用于针灸。故又被称为“医草”。《本草从新》中记载:艾叶苦辛,生温,熟热,纯阳之性,能回垂绝之阳,通十二经,走三阴,理气血,逐寒湿,暖子宫……以之灸火,能透诸经而除百病。
艾草在提取加工和后续干燥的过程中,其挥发油即艾叶精油,会随着水蒸气的蒸发而散失。挥发油的分子量比较小,不仅本身容易被皮肤渗透吸收,还可以增进其它成分的吸收。同时,艾叶精油也是艾叶有效成分的一部分。
人参叶,《神农本草经》记载:主补五脏,安精神,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。《药性论》:主五脏气不足,五劳七伤,虚损瘦弱,吐逆不下食,止霍乱烦闷呕哕,补五脏六腑,保中守神。消胸中痰,主肺痿吐脓,冷气逆上,伤寒不下食,患人虚而多梦纷纭,加而用之。《本草纲目》:治男妇一切虚证,发热自汗,眩晕头痛,反胃吐食,寒疟,滑泻久痢,小便频数,淋沥,劳倦内伤,中风,中暑,痿痹,吐血,嗽血,下血,血淋,血崩,胎前产后诸病。
川芎,《神农本草经》记载:味辛,温。主治中风入脑头痛,寒痹,筋挛缓急,金创,妇人血闭无子。《本草纲目》:川芎,血中气药也。肝苦急,以辛补之,故血虚者宜之。辛以散之,故气郁者宜之。《左传》言麦曲,川芎御湿,治河鱼腹疾。予治湿泻,每加二味,其应如响也。血痢已通而痛不止者,乃阴亏气郁,药中加芎为佐,气行血调,其病立止。此皆医学妙旨,圆机之士,始可语之。五味入胃,各归其本脏。众服则增气偏胜,必有偏绝,故有暴夭之患。若药具五味,备四气,君臣作使配合得宜,岂有此害哉?如川芎,肝经药也。若单服既久,则辛喜归肺,肺气偏胜,金来贼木,肝必受邪,久则偏绝,岂不夭亡?故医者贵在格物也。燥湿,止泻痢,行气开郁。
桔梗,《中国药典》记载:宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛,音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成不溃。《神农本草经》:主胸胁痛如刀刺,腹满,肠鸣幽幽,惊恐悸气。《本草纲目》:主口舌生疮,赤目肿痛。
磁石咸寒质重,沉降下行,平肝潜阳,聪耳明目,镇惊安神,纳气平喘。用在本发明的中药浸膏中不仅可以帮助睡眠,更可以补益肾精,起到聪耳明目的作用,直接改善第二天起床时的精神状态。
本发明中既使用了磁石的原药粉,又在提取浸膏的制备过程中加入了磁石,是因为我们在产品研发过程中发现,两者复合具有协同增效作用。只用提取浸膏粉,可明显改善入睡过程,而原药粉后可增加睡眠深度,提高睡眠质量。人的工作或学习需要气的推动,一天下来气的消耗很大,才会感到疲倦。气力的恢复是在睡眠中完成的,所以一觉醒来,人才会感到精力充沛。因此,良好的睡眠有助于气虚体质的改善。
远红外陶瓷粉在受到人体的远红外辐射后进入激发状态,发出相似的波段的远红外,反馈回人体,从而给人体使用部位一个有益刺激,而加快血液流动速度,改善局部的营养供应和代谢废物的及时清理,从而改善局部环境,增进休息效果。同时,血液循环的加快更可以提高渗透吸收的活性成分在体内的输布速度,增进和加强足贴的调理效果。
竹醋粉的生产工艺源自传统中药竹沥液,是将竹子高温加热时流出的液体,里面还含多种酚类物质。竹沥性味甘、苦、寒,归经心;肝;肺经。功能主治:清热降火;滑痰利窍。主中风痰迷;肺热痰壅;惊风;癫痫;热病痰多;壮热烦渴;心烦;破伤风等。因其中含有醋酸,具有明显的类似醋的酸味,故有人称之为竹醋。本发明中使用竹醋粉的意义在于竹醋中含有醋酸等小分子酸,可以软化角质层,促进其它活性成分的渗透吸收。同时,醋酸和竹醋中的酚类物质又可抑制真菌生长,足贴贴敷期间造成了局部的潮湿和富营养环境,容易造成微生物滋生,加入竹醋粉可有效预防这种倾向。同时,竹醋具有降火除烦的功效,贴敷后可让人心情安静,更有利于入睡,增加睡眠深度。
本发明是针对现代人运动量偏少,生活工作压力大,经常出现身体酸痛不适等经络不通的情况,故本方以温经止血、散寒止痛、祛湿止痒的艾草为君药,来疏通经络,祛寒除湿止痛;经络不通,常伴有瘀滞,故以活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的川芎为臣药;以补气益肺、祛暑生津的人参叶为佐药,主要是考虑到现代人因运动量过少,常现疲惫、倦怠、懒言少动等气虚之象;又因现代人多心浮气躁,关于睡眠,古人有失眠系心肾不交、“阳入于阴则卧”的说法,故又佐以清热除烦的竹醋粉以及重镇安神的磁石,以清除心经伏热,使心肾相交,改善睡眠质量。因用于足底,故以被誉为“舟楫之剂”的桔梗为使药,起到“载诸药上浮”的作用,使药气输布全身而达到全面的调理作用。另外,添加的远红外陶瓷粉,也可以在贴敷时对涌泉等贴敷穴位产生良性刺激,鼓舞经络气血运行,提高睡眠质量,增进自我修复效果。
本发明的有益效果在于以下几个方面:
(1)本发明的足贴针对气虚、气郁体质人群,具有舒经活络,益气行血的功效,从体质上改善使用者的健康状态。
(2)即使是将药物打成细粉,中药的活性成分从纤维中溶解出来,也需要很长的时间。本发明采用水溶提取,有效成分完全脱离了植物纤维的束缚,更有利于渗透吸收。
(3)本发明的中药浸膏中含有一定量的糖类、蛋白质等亲水性物质,能够在贴敷的时候吸收皮肤呼出的水气液化溶解而渗出包装袋,直接作用于皮肤表面,从而进一步促进渗透吸收。
(4)中药在煎煮浓缩干燥的过程中,本身所含的挥发油会损失殆尽,添加植物精油和其它有益成分,从而实现配方设计要求。
(5)本发明的中药浸膏粉是将多种中药原药混合后进行水提,本发明的研究者发现,复方一起提取的效果明显好于单一提取。一般都认为磁石的水溶性比较差,一般简单水提取率极低,为提高提取率,磁石一般要用醋淬等的方式炮制。但研究者经对比发现,生磁石的效果更好,可能是由于醋淬之后的磁石铁离子溶出太多,会影响其它药材中活性成分的溶出。

1.将表1中原药材经检验合格后粉碎成50目的粉末。
2.按配方用量称取各种药粉,加入提取罐中,按工艺要求加入去离子水,浸泡30分钟后,升温至98℃,保温1小时,降温至45℃。
3.经离心机滤除药渣。药渣再加去离子水400公斤,按照上一步提取一次。
4.两次提取的药液加入浓缩罐中,浓缩至100升。
5.浓缩后的药液在微波干燥机中干燥成浸膏。
6.浸膏粉碎成80目。分别获得三种中药浸膏粉,中药浸膏粉(一)、中药浸膏粉(二)和对比中药浸膏粉。

2.制备艾草足贴药袋
按表1的所述配比称取各种组分加入混合机中,搅拌至混合均匀,然后装入热合无纺布材料的袋中,每袋装药4g,即得艾草足贴药袋。
3.足贴无纺布胶布块
50g/平方米水刺无纺布的单面涂覆热熔胶,在热熔胶上粘贴80g/平方米格拉辛纸,布块尺寸95mm×120mm,在距短边1.5CM处直线切口。
4.包装
将足贴药袋装入聚乙烯(PE)足贴自封袋中,无纺布胶布块装入聚丙烯(OPP)自封袋中。将足贴自封袋、胶布块自封袋和干燥剂袋(外:无纺布袋,内:粒状二氧化硅)装入聚丙烯包装袋中,即得艾草足贴产品。

对比例1
采用与实施例1相同的方法制备艾草足贴,只是用没有活性的麦芽糊精代替中药浸膏粉(一),研究中药浸膏粉在的作用效果。即采用表6所示的配方组成:

对比例2
采用直接将中药浸膏粉(一)用的中药材,打成80目粉后,代替中药浸膏粉使用。即采用表7所示的配方来制作中药粉:

性能评价实验
本艾草足贴的性能评价试验主要针对因为气虚体质进行。根据中华中医药学会发布的《ZZYXH/T157-2009中医体质分类与判定》,筛选单纯气虚体质的志愿者进行性能评价,并将标准中的气虚体质部分内容,作为实验例性能评价依据,共召集到88名志愿者,其中男性40名,女性48名,我们将之随机分为八组,分别使用各种足贴13周,再进行中医体质判定,得到结果见表9。

根据《ZZYXH/T157-2009中医体质分类与判定》,转化分越高,说明气虚体质情况越严重,得分高于40分,可判定为气虚体质,高于30分,说明有气虚倾向。如表9所示,从改善气虚体质的效果来看,实施例1效果最好。实施例3、4的效果不实施例1、2的效果稍差,说明中药浸膏粉二的总体效果不及中药浸膏粉一,也说明人参叶在改善气虚体质中的作用是比较显著的。从对比例的情况看,对比例1验证了添加中药浸膏粉在改善气虚体质方面的作用。市场上的足贴大多数属于对比例1这种概念性养生产品。从实际结果来看,出现少部分受试者表现出较好的改善效果,大概是因为在足底贴敷足贴后,改善了足部的保温效果,也是对足底穴位的良性刺激,故表现出一定的调理作用,这也从一个侧面说明了古人把经常按揉脚心作为一种养生方法是有道理的。对比例2的结果说明提取制备浸膏的工艺是必要的。这种将中药材原粉直接做足贴也是目前常见的工艺路线,其最大的优势就是工艺简单,生产周期短,成本低,从而可以保证产品更容易被顾客接受。实际测试效果也确实比对比例1有一定程度的改善,但是经过三个月的调理,大部分人还依然处于气虚体质状态,效果难以令人满意。从与实施例1的对比,也直接证实了采用提取浓缩干燥这一复杂工艺路线的必要性。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (7)
1.一种艾草足贴,其特征在于,其是包括以下成分的药包:中药浸膏粉30~90重量份;艾叶精油0.2~15重量份、远红外陶瓷粉0.1~15重量份、竹醋粉5~35重量份和磁石粉1~30重量份;
该中药浸膏粉由以下原料制成:艾草10~60重量份、桔梗2~15重量份、人参叶2~30重量份、川芎2~20重量份和磁石2~30重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的艾草足贴,其特征在于,所述艾草足贴包括以下成分的药包:中药浸膏粉40~80重量份;艾叶精油0.5~10重量份、远红外陶瓷粉0.5~10重量份、竹醋粉10~30重量份和磁石粉2~25重量份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的艾草足贴,其特征在于,所述中药浸膏粉由以下原料制成:艾草15~50重量份、桔梗5~10重量份、人参叶5~20重量份、川芎5~15重量份和磁石5~25重量份。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的艾草足贴,其特征在于,所述中药浸膏粉的制备方法为,将所述原料药混合后热水浸提,提取的药液浓缩、干燥制成浸膏。
5.如权利要求4所述的艾草足贴,其特征在于,所述中药浸膏粉采用以下方法制备:
I.艾草、桔梗、人参叶、川芎、磁石原药材经检验合格后粉碎,过50目筛;
II.按配方用量称取各种药粉,加入提取罐中,加入6~20倍药物重量的去离子水,浸泡15~45分钟后,升温至90~100℃,保温0.5~2小时,降温至40~50℃;
III.滤除药渣,药渣再加入6~10倍药物重量的去离子水,按照上一步的时间和温度条件提取一次;
IV.两次提取的药液浓缩,然后干燥成浸膏,浸膏粉碎,过80目筛。
6.如权利要求1所述的艾草足贴,其特征在于,所述远红外陶瓷粉和磁石粉的粒度为100目以上。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的艾草足贴的药包的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将所述中药浸膏粉、艾叶精油、远红外陶瓷粉、竹醋粉和磁石粉按照所述配比加入混合机中,搅拌至混合均匀,然后装入热合无纺布材料或可热合纸质材料的袋中。
