本申请实施例提供一种电机控制方法、装置及设备,其中,由预设的目标位置开始,以第一矢量电压控制电机的转子以第一方向进行转动,当检测到设于转子上的码盘产生第n个信号沿时,记录当前的第一矢量电压的第一电角度值;在记录第一电角度值后,以第二矢量电压控制电机的转子以第二方向进行转动,当检测到码盘产生第n个信号沿时,记录当前的第二矢量电压的第二电角度值;根据第一电角度值和第二电角度值获取转子的电角度偏移值;根据电角度偏移值和当前码盘的信号沿计数获取当前转子的电角度值,基于转子的电角度值对电机进行控制,本申请实施例实现了在不具备绝对位置信息的电机上采用矢量方式进行启动。
